One of the best places I like to visit near the International Airport. Classy cafe offering variety of different cuisines 😋 I like the indoor and the outdoor seating of the restaurant and the cafe. Very friendly and helpful staff 😌 I think JW Marriott never disappoints you. That’s why I just love going there. Everything here is spacious. The lobby, the washrooms, the café and the entrance area. And another really good point is that it’s just a 2 min walk away from the International Airport ✈️ Would definitely recommend this to my friends ☺️

No wonder Taj group of Hotels does have one of the greatest hospitality in the country and no other hotels could even match their kind of stature even if it's JW Marriott. All we asked was a room with a better view and we were denied straight away. When almost 70% of the hotel wasn't even occupied, they could have easily managed to give us one room with a better view since we booked 3 rooms. Never doing any business or staying with them ever. The good part was only the breakfast spread which was quite delicious but our overall experience was not that great. I know it's just the view, but sometimes it's all that matters.

It was my 1st stay in JW Marriott Sahar and I must say that “My stay was short and sweet.” The hotel was beautifully designed with great architecture. You will feel it once you enter the Lobby. Since my stay was just for a day, I could not able to see the facilities. This place is very close to the Airport and a perfect destination for tourist to avail the premium services. They provide me a huge room with splendid view. All the staff members were highly polite and professional and made my stay a memorable one. The breakfast served in JW Café was even more delicious with live Sitar performance. Overall my experience was good one and will surely visit again.

If you’re looking at a place with amazing room and huge variety of buffet spreads, please consider visiting JW Marriott Sahar. It’s obviously very well maintained, has spacious rooms and top notch service and staff. But my favourite part of the whole experience was the food. Every single item was delicious. It has by far the most elaborate breakfast menu I’ve ever seen.. ranging from Indian, continental, beverages, etc. Just to give you an example, they even served ice cream in a cone for breakfast. 😂 Please keep checking their website during off season for cheapest rates which can go as low as 5.5k for stay with breakfast!!

My husband and I visited as a couple for 4 nights. The buffet breakfast was great with a huge number of options. Both Indian and International food is available. The Indian food is quite spicy for International travelers like myself and even my Indian husband said quite a few dishes were too spicy. The executive lounge was amazing, the hospitality of the greeters, servers and cooks was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. Premium channels and cable was not available on the TV and there was a complete lack of English language programming. The pool, spa and fitness center looked inviting, however we didn't visit. The JW lounge on the main floor next to the lobby was relaxing with semi private areas to conduct business, work or relax. You can also order food and beverages in the JW Lounge. The lobby was very well decorated and welcoming, however could have been a couple of degrees cooler. The A/C in the room was also a bit weak. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. They offer world class service and go above and beyond to make sure your every request and need is met.

Reached here & explored room. Room is deluxe non smoking city view. City view is not up to the mark. But room is so luxurious, peaceful and full of facility. It takes so long to complete check-in process. No gala dinner on Christmas. Normal one. Let see how does food taste, I will update on next update.

The rooms are huge compared to other 5 stars. Restaurants are damn expensive but the food taste and quantity is quite good. Their breakfast/brunch spread is extensive and one of the best... their pool lacks a toddler area is a one big minus point. Gym is amazing. The Italian Restaurant- Romano has great food 🔥. And smiling/helpful staff

Best Luxury Hotel in Mumbai . It's good for business travellers as its close to international airport. Also best for leisure holiday with family and loved one. We opted for pool view club room which has stunning view of swimming pool. Food was delicious. Also buffet lunch n dinner experience was quite good at JWCafe. Rooms are equipped with all the amenities like coffee table, study table, chairs. King size bed was too good. Loved that luxury soaps, bathroom was clean n big comes with huge bathtub and all the toiletries on place. Only the sliding door was little clumsy. Liked The view from the room. Staff is well trained courteous and always ready to help. Overall good stay.

We went here for the buffet. Its 2k per person and the food was amazing. The experience was wonderful and the staff were the most amazing seen in any in Mumbai! Very courteous, welcoming and helpful!! Made our one hour trip worth it. Definitely recommend the buffet and there are lots of veg options to chose from, very satisfying range of cuisine.

Our first time staying at this JW. Loved the rooms, definitely 5* standard. The amenities in the spa area are also good. Good sizes sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. We had in-room breakfast, lovely assortment of fruits and savory Indian items.

Minutes from the airport, breakfast buffet, lavish lobby and room with lush garden view made us happy BUT front desk staff definitely needs training on how to accommodate their international guests arriving at 1 am. They wanted to charge me for 2 nights OR wanted us to wait until 9 am to get my room. We travel the world so well aware that exceptions can always be made in hospitality or in any industry. Finally agreeing to it, then the check in process was overly confusing and lacking in basic knowledge and mannerism (the agent walked away with my phone disappearing in the back room to show my reservation email to his manager). Customer’s phones and passports should never be out of their sight when checking in. That totally ruined our one day layover in Mumbai for us.

This one of best properties I have stayed at. Very clean and very nice staff. Price is very competitive compared to the competitors but is service is excellent. Checkout the pool- it’s a relaxing place even in Mumbai heat with breeze. Got a airport property, rooms are very clean and bigger- believe me. Lot of light makes you want to stay in the room than run away. Food is very good - breakfast and lunch. Very basic food items are cooked and presented with care. I would recommend this property if you are looking something close to the airport. Location being close to airport, there is not much to do walking distance.

At check-in, there was a delay due to a inconsiderate customer and receptionist not well versed in their role and aware of other customers waiting (like me). She could've call over another staff to help. 2 managers later came over to apologize to me as they must of noticed. That is appreciated, as well as the room upgrade, without having to request it. The rooms are updated nicely. They breakfast spread is quite decent. Service could use a little polish but overall, one of the nicer JWs I've stayed at.

Had office party at this place. The ambience is good. Location is superb. Food is average as it was buffet. Lot of people from our side so there was a long wait for roti or rice as they kept on getting over. Deserts were below average

This is the perfect hotel to go straight off a flight. You're in the hotel so quickly once you exit the airport. Lydia and all the front office staff are extremely helpful. Lydia stood out because of her cheerful smile and energy to welcome you and to say goodbye. The housekeeping staff on the floor go out of their way to help you have a relaxing stay. This is a perfect stop between flights or even to acclimatise yourself before going home. One suggestion is to have more staff to help at the hotel arrival to help with luggage during night arrivals. Arriving on Saturday night was busy and there were limited staff available to help screen the luggage. Apart from that we had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott on our journey out as well as back to the hotel. It is just what our trips needed a luxurious layover before the next journey begins. Thank you to all the JW Marriott staff.

Big international hotel with all amenities. Really big choice at the breakfast buffet. Staff is friendlich and fast. Only problem that I experienced was a rather mediocre hygiene level in my room. Clean at first glance but when you look closer, there were things like dark residue around the bathtub drain, traces of a dirty rag, not really clean tea cups and a lot of dust in some areas. Not what I expected from Marriott.

Compact property. Good location. Right next to airport. Attentive crew. Conference rooms, meeting rooms huddle rooms could have been more. We had meeting in the Cafe. The duty staff responded, adjusted, arranged, supported. Ambient music can be lower in volume. Great hygiene. Very good tea coffee options. Thanks 🙏

Best hotel to stay in, if you are a traveler and want to maximize your stay. I am a Titanium Elite (for life) customer and got to experience a wonderful welcome. Having stayed in Marriott properties over 1000 nights, I think I have the credibility to say that this is one of the best managed properties that I have stayed in. Nishtha, who was managing the lounge when I checked in, was very helpful and extremely careful about my needs. Over all and excellent experience!

Only had a short stop over night there, arrived at 2:30 am and had to leave after breakfast at 08:00 in the morning. Was not amused by room no. 1910. There was a connecting room right next to it, which was not the issue. But the people there weren't silent at the time of 3:00 am. Not partying but talking, opening doors, and closing them frequently. I had to use earplugs in order to get some sleep. Not something I am expecting from a Marriott. The location is very convenient close to the airport. the downfall is the extra charge to get me from the arrival area.

It's located at great location, near to airport so definitely quite convenient for frequent travellers. May be you can get a better hospitality if you are on a solo traveller aur in a small corporate group. It seems they are not trained to host a large gathering of corporate clients. Recently we're there for a national meet, even you asked for a small favour like 2 hours or so use of their borad room with projector or screen, thay gonna charge no matter you're people have occupied more than half of their hotel. Rest clean and luxurious ambience with good service.

Had a good experience recently ... Lunch had far too many options .. so go really empty stomach to enjoy the delicacy. Only thing is the locations...the map goes weird once reach and theres no sign board to indicate the turn .. high chances you might end up going directly to the airport but instead there is left going down from the highway and the hotel is right at the end of the road. What a lovely experience we had here, we were looking for weekend staycation as going too far was not an option for us. We booked a room with 3 meals. I don't need to talk about it food as it was exactly what it should be " Too Yummy" they had lot of options for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Staff was also friendly and professional they had their mask on all the time but I could see their smiles. Property was clean and everything was sanitized, I could see sanitizers kept everywhere. Looking forward for another stay very soon.

I have always been a fan of the JW Marriott brand of Marriott Hotels & Resorts. The JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar definitely lived up to my expectation and is a lesson in hospitality. Each and every hotel staff that we had interacted with was so pleasant, helpful and courteous. They made sure our little one felt welcome and pampered by giving her a welcome gift when we arrived and a box of goodies on the day we were leaving which was personally handed over by the Sous Chef Mahesh which I thought was a nice touch. We had requested the kitchen to prepare a snack which was not on the menu for her because that is what she is used to eating and even though they were not familiar with the snack, took the effort to understand how it is made and did a brilliant job making it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the bathtub is definitely the highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were extensive and delicious. They also successfully managed big crowds during breakfast and dinner by making sure that orders from the live counters were brought to our table without much delay. The hotel is located very close to the International airport and has free parking available on site. Loved every single second of the three nights we stayed here and will definitely be the hotel of choice if we return to Mumbai. I highly recommend this property.

JW Marriott Mumbai is by far one of the best hotel that I have stayed in. It is very close to the Mumbai airport. The ambience is very much to my taste which is rich and luxurious. The rooms are excellent, service is great. We stayed here for 2 night and 3 days. The Food at the Cafe is so amazing that we ended up eating all our meals at this very place. They have lot of variety when it comes to food. The best part of our breakfast was the fresh sugar cane juice. I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of their executive suit and the ballrooms where apparently Balaji shooting was happening for the movie "Ek Villian 2". Unfortunately due to covid, we could not use their pool. But you can go down for a walk around the building into their garden at the back. There is nothing much outside this hotel so you are restricted to be inside the hotel or take a cab to go places. That is the only part what I did not like because I always like to take a stroll after dinner or early morning to explore the area outside the hotel. Having said that it is right next to the airport so that has its own advantage. It worked perfect for us as we had a late night flight and we did not have to rush or stress over the traffic, it took less than 5 mins to reach the airport from this place. I am very happy with this hotel and this will be my go to whenever I am in Mumbai next. Check out the photo to see the vibe of this place. Good job guys.

This is an excellent hotel located right next to the T2 International Airport. The service from the main gate, to the reception to the rooms are noteworthy. The space is spacious and luxurious, every corner looks like a good place to take picture. The rooms are also very spacious with lots added facilities and amenities. The cafe is one of the best in the city, great spread during all the meal in the buffet. There is so much to choose from, and everything is amazing. You feel like one visit is not enough to get a taste of what they offer. The service is fast and excellent. The hotel is easily accessible to the airport. You will surely love your stay here.

JW Marriott being well maintained and hygienic in current scenario of Covid. Staff maintain covid norm well and welcome you with "NAMASTE" being feel to be related. Came here for meeting and was waited almost more than 1 hour due to business exigencies, staff very approachable and understandable for refreshments in meetings waiting designated area. Vallet parking and staff are good behavioural and will recommend to give tip for their courtesy. Overall with respect to my visit for business meeting it's good hotel.

Great ambience. Rooms are very good with all amenities. The Pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Food is not very good dint really like the buffet dinner and breakfast. The variety was wide but taste was missing.

Room service was a complete let down, Hence 3 star. Good property, rooms are of good size. Food and potion sizing is also good ( for vegetarian, Not sure about non veg as i am a veggie). Check in was smooth. Overall a good stay.

A good place to stay and experience the luxury. It’s situated in a very ideal location. The rooms are bigger as compared to the JW Juhu property. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food options are good and there is a mini mall located right next to hotel where you can find Starbucks and couple of pubs to hang around. All in all a good place if you are on a business trip.

Awesome experience during our stay at JW Marriott Sahar. Our room was well decorated and ready with anniversary chocolate cake surprise. Food was very tasty and we relished it, both at dinner and breakfast. However, at the time of check in, there was a long queue and it took time. The king size bed was higher than usual height. Overall a wonderful time spent with family.

Stay was good, comfortable and relaxing. Had a concern with services. From day 1 till last day. There were times, when assistance didn't responded at all. Faced breakfast waiting time situation for 2-3 days and non availability of few food items. Rest, ambiance, location, check in & check out were comfortable.

Overall, one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. Amenities, staff and rooms are all great. Breakfast service is amazing with many many choices, although you might have to wait in line for a bit. For a five star hotel, definitely lives up to the premise, however, I do have to admit service is a bit slow. Now this could be because we were there during the long Independence Day weekend but every request we made including just asking for plates and silverware took up to half an hour and we had to keep calling for it. So that was the only not working great experience for us. Besides that, in room dining food is great, laundry services are present albeit slightly expensive (to be expected). In a nutshell, would definitely recommend and I can see myself coming back. Hopefully those minor issues won’t persist when I’m back.

Great place, great food, great atmosphere. In all it was one of the best experience of having brunch. Chefs were good and you can ask them to make if you have something special in your mind with what available there at counter, also they are happy to know your feedback personally. At the last moment told them about the birthday and they arranged such a delicious cake. You can let them know in advance if it is a special occasion, they have the cake for you.

The hotel is very close to the airport making access very easy though getting out in the morning can be difficult due to airport traffic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning and they allowed me to check in at 9am so that I could recover from my trip. They also allowed me to exchange money for a very reasonable fee. I wish the TVs were smart TVs or they had an on demand system though.

Friendly and prompt staff. Good service in the rooms and I feel one of the better places with good food for in-room dining. I’ve usually found the chefs and staff to be quite accommodating, even when we made requests for food that went outside the menu, or for special requests like additional charging/presentation cables in the room. Good place with good people.
