Look wise it's very beautifully built. Club is nicely built with Huge swimming pool, nice gym. Service wasn't that great. Booking was made for breakfast+lunch+dinner expecting lunch would be on check in day but it turned out to be on next day which was not mentioned in the package. On the day of checkout we had to hurry on lunch as checkout was at 12 and had to extend checkout for 1 hour. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner had very limited menu and was served in room. The lunch and dinner both gave me stomach sickness. All room accessories were for one person even when booking was for two people, no toothbrush. Overall it was average experience. While couple of things made us happy, some disappointed. Package was not delivered as promised at the time of booking. Food being our favourite part, it disappointed us strongly.

Its an okay place.. been to better places which scream 5 star.... the service is slow, they require multiple follow-ups... The staff aren't synced with the offer purchased online.. its the minimum we can expect from a "5 star hotel".. The food served is delicious.. decent ambience.. I wouldn't go back if given a choice

Nice place to have a feel of a resort while being in a hotel. Great part is its location and its club house. Very convent for meetings esp if you have anything to do with airport or you are flying in for work nd not muxmch of work in city. Rooms do need some attention, but another imp part that's food is very good. The breakfast area is very well managed, though the breakfast is OK ok. The bar area is good, can do with better wine selection. you can not miss to experience their clubhouse. Over all a good place to stay.

Property with great potential but lacking the finesse & charm of a star hotel. Also , the staff is not what is expected from a self-proclaimed 5 star hotel. The food quality as well as the service leave a lot of scope for improvement

It is a very average hotel that boasts of being a 5-star. It was not worth the money we paid for the stay. The whole property and rooms not very well maintained. Though the room service and food were good. When we arrived, the staff member at the reception area for the night shift was very unpleasant and not at all warm. That kind of spoilt the first impression for us. Honestly, there are way better 5-star hotels in the area that offer first class services and I would recommend one go ahead with those instead.

The different themes are very interesting and the decor for each theme is very nicely done. The club is well equipped and has a beautiful pool. The library and movie theatre are must visits. The front office execs are super friendly and warm, and the front office duty managers pay attention to detail and ensure the guests comfort.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the city... Had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel. Property is huge with a club with indoor and children's play area... Good place to spend time on weekend. Food and service was good!!!

The best hotel I have ever been. Every staff in the hotel right from the security guard to the manager gives more than 100% of service. You are just a call away for anything that you need in your room. Rooms are very clean and lavish Club and restaurants are wonderful with excellent chefs. Staffs and managers are very helpful. Overall more than a 5* service.

Everything was to the point. Best experience. Perfection. How can one not visit again. This is so true. The place is extensive classy and brings a very rich feel. The place is huge area wise. They have a separate complex altogether for their amenities. The pool is el classic and dreamy. What a space. They have excellent spa, super good gaming facilities. Food is exceptionally good as one does not really enjoy a 5 star food experiences because of the global taste control standards they need to maintain. One of the worst stays that I have had in a 5 star. All went wrong from the onset, the room was not clean, upholstery was not changed, the floor tiles were cracked and broken, there were no toiletries in the bathroom. The lunch was set menu wherein the in room service was adamant n said we cam only give palak chicken..only on insistence was it changed by the chef. It was a pure waste of money for us. Not happy at all !!!

Would love to visit this place again for stay... it's right in the heart of the city and near to the Airport! The ambience, hotel rooms, bar and food is top notch. The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful. The check in process is slow though, and that could be improved. Apart from this, i enjoyed my stay.

We had a terrible experience. The food and service both were pathetic. The live counter chef didn't take any effort or interest to cook the meal as per the requirement (despite our clear instructions). Food was filled with excessive sauce and was extremely spicy as well. It was also exorbitantly priced with 0 satisfaction. It all tasted the same - "super spicy, stale and saucy..!!!" Besides, we also found a mosquito dipped in the veggies so there were quality/hygiene issues as well. Highly disappointing experience. I don't recommend this place at all!!!! In short, poor food, wastage of money and gloomy ambience. P.S: One star rating for the staff at the reception who clicked some nice pictures for us.

*This is a fraud, they take money by giving you a scheme and block the number, you should never book this online, this hotel is real or not, please check first…! When I talked about taking the number from googel, I was told by giving a scheme that if you pay today, then your booking will be done when I have paid 50%, then said that you will have to make full payment after that when I have made the full payment. I asked for confirmation then he sent me barcode and said scan it on google pay you will get confirmation now that barcode was for payment of 25000 and i said don't do me booking if you refund then they said no payment will be refunded and blocked the phone number by abusing…

Cheaters ...please don't repaire your phone here ...they are stealing good parts from mobile ..in my case gave mobile for camera repairing and they steal my original Samsung display and replaced duplicate one...please check carefully while taking delivery...i realised when i approch to authorize samsung service station

It's a very beautiful hotel. It is a hub for various different restaurants inside. The place is amazing and service is awesome. We visited All stir fry. We ordered a couple of things but I loved the mapo curry with rice and also chilly noodles(veg). It is on the expensive end.

Liked : Check-in process was smooth and it hardly took 5mins. The lobby area is quite big and has a lot of sitting area with beautiful decoration. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options and included in the Staycation package. 15mins Neck, Shoulder and Foot massage was part of the package and it was relaxing. The pool area is a sight to behold so we spent most of the time near the pool. Bathroom featured a bathtub which was nice and clean. Disliked : Room was too far from the lift so we had to walk quite a lot. Some of the switches in the room weren't working when we arrived. Room phone wasn't working when we arrived. Even after complaining at the reception, no one came to fix it. Finally we realised that the plug was loose and once we plugged it in it properly, it started working. Number provided for housekeeping never worked and we had to call the reception area to transfer the call to Housekeeping. Room service too didn't pickup the call for most of the time .Lunch and Dinner which were part of the Staycation package did not have much options.

Not seen such a big pool in Mumbai till yet...One of its kind in terms of boutique hotels in Mumbai which offers a wonderful trained staffs all over this property...the club is superb and filled with activities and services like spa, sports club and business center...Rooms are the USP of this place as each rooms in different floors are themed...breakfast spread is also good...

Ambience was nice . Swimming pool is clean and maintained. Breakfast was superb. There is a play room and theatre where you can watch anything from Amazon prime . I was only disappointed with package dinner ( not buffet) which was not up to the mark. Rasmalai was worst.

The phone (Mobile) number updated on Google of duty manager as it reflects on true caller seems to be super busy person or else is high on particles and doesn't seem to be interested in picking up calls? Have been calling since morning for reservation on occasion of my wife's bday coming in couple weeks. Thank you so much for your useless time have a great life and always be high!!!!!!

The rooms were decent but the service provided wasn't up to the mark we had call room service and reception number of times but no one was answering the call. The breakfast was good but with very limited option available for jain food

1) Responsiveness - For some reason no one picked the phone that is listed on google. I have already shared this feedback with them, hopefully it has been rectified. 2) Staff - The staff is very supportive, courteous and helpful. They are always eager to assist you with a smile. 3) Room - Very spacious, and very well decorated. It has everything, starting from a sofa, a comfy bed, to workstation; great utilisation of the space... I loved the room... Buffet - The breakfast spread was really nice. I specially loved the typical mumbai food counter (which had pavbhaji and wadapav) that's rare in a breakfast buffet. For lunch and dinner, the spread can be improved - There was only veg soup and no starters in the buffet. One nonveg soup and couple of starters in the spread would have been nice. The clubhouse - This is definitely their crown jewel. The olympic sized pool is magnificent. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it due to COVID restrictions, The gym has all the equipment one can ask for and its very well maintained. The spa and the therapists are great. You can use the badminton / basketball court based on prior appointment. Overall a beautiful property with a great club house.

More of a business hotel than a 5 star. Centralised AC - one can't control room ac temp. Limited food options- manager tells customers to order only from certain items that he chooses if its buffet in package and there is no buffet that day.

Average Hotel with Average service. Rooms needs maintenance and food is good. Best place is the club area with a large swimming pool, games room and lot of indoor sports activities.

The rooms are good, with comfortable beds and nice airport views through the window. But the reading lights are not working during my stay. The hot water is so extreme and the faucets are not quickly adjustable I had wasted 10-15 minutes just in adjusting the right temperature to take shower. Complimentary WiFi doesn't work devices are never connected and no support from the staff.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out at like 2pm. We got to hotel late and I didn’t wanna leave early. So this was a big plus. I had a wonderful experience at the Waterstone. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Especially Mr.Roshan Singh who was throughout helping us with everything. Thank you! Will definitely recommend it to my friends!
