And the staff at the front office was very friendly and knew just what we wanted and were good at what they do. And the food was also good and the ambience in the hotel was awesome. Surely one of the best places to stay in Mumbai. The service is impeccable. Right from the hassle free check in to the room view , everything was perfect. Surely one of the best breakfast buffets I ever experienced. Everything is perfect , the prompt service to the food choices.

I had a very pleasant stay in rooms that were comfy, clean, and sanitary. Every room has its own bath tub. However, the on-site restaurant served high-quality food at a reasonable price. Speaking of the following as a pet parent who stayed at the Four Seasons. I’m highly disappointed considering their international reputation. It’s a routine 5-star hotel which does the barest minimum to justify their pricing. Staff is super courteous and the rooms are well maintained, but no one goes above and beyond here to ensure we are comfortable, even when it’s their fault, leading to a super blurred experience. No thoughtful touches and almost robotic in the delivery. Kudos 👏 Pet Experience: I received a bed and bowl for my cat with a packet of Whiskas kitten dry food (my cat is 7 and this was mentioned at the time of booking) at 7pm, a good five hours after we completed check-in. He loved the hotel room, but the lack of thought in their approach makes this a pet-friendly hotel just for namesake. Reservation Desk: One thing I’d like to point out is the phone reservation desk and their negligence. Despite booking a room and getting assurances of an earlier check-in, we received 0 phone calls on the day. When we called to reconfirm that the room was ready, I got excuses saying ‘check-in time is subject to availability and we don’t make such promises on the phone. After being put through three reservation personnel, no one took time to understand our situation and instead, chose to look out for the hotel’s interests. Finally, I was offered a solution but not without some rudimentary beating around the bush. Poor and unnecessarily stress inducing. Breakfast: We had to check-out of the hotel before 6am, and thus requested for a takeaway breakfast for our upcoming 24-hour train journey. They definitely fulfilled it (bare minimum yet again) and the food was decent, but not worth it despite having breakfast included in the rate. Obviously, minimum support from Four Seasons here to help us out. Sensing a pattern/recurring theme here, eh? Overall: 1/5 Despite getting off to a rocky start, the service at the hotel was decent. Unfortunately, nothing was done to make up for Four Seasons’ mess up earlier in the day (the check-in issue) and no one spoke to us about the issue later to analyse. Guess that empathy is reserved for the VIP guests, no? Considering the room rate for a night, you’ll find better value elsewhere. I’d suggest staying at any of the other pet-friendly hotels in the city; Grand Hyatt is a great shout based on a previous experience we had. Thanks for having us Four Seasons. We will probably never stay here again, nor recommend this to any of our family and friends.

Will not be staying here again, carpets were dirty and service was non-existent. I used the fine hotels and resorts to book and they were not willing to honor the member benefits. I stayed there for 2 nights and I regret it. Better to stay at the ritz rights across.

Specifically about the spa. Was looking to book a spa treatment, and to treat myself for a special occasion. I chose the Spa at Four Seasons after going through a few reviews and also over stand alone spas as I was looking forward to a 5-star experience. However, it was everything but that. The website is not frequently updated and a lot of services mentioned were no longer available. Thankfully, I called much prior to make a reservation and the spa attendant informed me about that which I can still understand because of the pandemic. I was still keen on booking here , as the images and space looked beautiful. She recommended a Himalayan clay wrap and mentioned it would include a head massage. I confirmed this twice over the phone while booking. I was also offered the steam and jacuzzi services. Once, I got there however it was clear that this was not what worth what was paying for. I wasn’t offered even a cup of tea before or after my treatment. Despite informing me that it was my birthday-they were indifferent to the whole thing and didn’t try to enhance the experience in anyway. They didn’t provide any head massage as discussed over the phone. After I asked about the steam, which I had been offered, they said that it was not recommended post treatment. Due to the inexperienced attendant who gave the treatment, I even developed a muscle spasm in my back later that night. I am still writhing in pain and so disappointed that I could have gone anywhere, and picked this nightmare. Please don’t get fooled by paid reviews. It’s nothing like the images, just a gym locker. Spoke with Shikha, the spa director as well, but there was no resolution.

Was disappointed at first with the level of service and checking in took almost 40 minutes. Had trouble with the keys not working and none of the food that we wanted to order was available on two occasions. They also kept requiring upfront payment for each and every thing that we ordered to the room. But on the second day a service manager asked how our stay was going and I told them it could be better. They took the feedback on board and our second day was much better, and the food we ordered was really nice that evening. Changing my initial review from 1 star to 3 since the second day made up for the bad start.

Simply wow! The property, service level and food are unrivalled. I can’t begin to describe the genuine levels of service we received as a family (two toddlers) over our 5 night stay. No request was too much and all the staff took great pleasure in providing a personal service level. Highly recommended.

From check-in till we left, everything was flawless. I travelled to Mumbai with my 7 year old and checked in late njght, the person who did our formalities was kind enough to accompany and drop us till our room as it was late night and staff might be less. The rooms are super clean and bright as new. We could see sun rise from our room, it was beautiful. The food is bit costly but worth it. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and flawless. Extremely luxurious hotel with impeccable service. Most of the rooms have great view of seashore or city line. Rooms are well appointed and specially the bathrooms need special mention for its size, double vanity and amenities. In room food options are limited but covers all types of cuisines, cost is on the higher side. Overall, had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend others if anyone wants to indulge in luxury in the middle ot busy Mumbai City.

I was just blown away by this experience, never did I experience this kind of hotel. It's just awesome and we are happy to have spent our time here. The location is okay, but once you are inside the hotel, it feels like you have been transported to some other country. The services offered were luxurious and the food was very much continental in taste & look. Rooms - Tall ceilings, pretty chandeliers, jacuzzi, rooftop swimming pool and what not and that too for a reasonable price. If anyone wants to relax randomly for a weekend this is just the kind of place someone would rather cherish.

The property is showing signs of becoming old. Once a high-end place is slowly becoming average. The location is not great due to traffic in peak hours, which causes a lot of delay in reaching the place.

I ate at San Qi. The Indian as well as Chinese food we ate was wonderful. It was my wife's birthday and they helped me celebrate it wonderfully. Shri and his team recommended the best wine and best food. It is a beautiful fine dine experience worth having.

Food wasn't very tasty. Chicken tikka was so so. Vega recipes were comparatively ok . No of waiters serving 20+ guests wasn't adequate. Waiters appeared to be trainees. Lot of scope for improving the service

The hotel is clean but not a 5 start lvl cleaning, the staff are friendly, the area of the hotel is horrible. The streets are not clean, surrounded with poor area. There is not much around i. It has a nice pub bar at the top with a nice sky view, food is ok.

Ideal location and easy access. The hotel seemed to be a business hotel and lots of events in my 4 days there. There is only one restaurant which serves a really good mix of cuisine from all over Asia. The roof bar has great views. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately due to smog. The sea views eluded me on my trip.

Absolutely wonderful and spacious rooms. Breakfast is vast and tasty. Staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The only issue I could find is the toilet in the room is too small. Otherwise the bathroom is big and comforting for two people. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved it.

Great staff,good service. My room was on 31st floor,it was a nice view from the room. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Staff were police and helpful. Covid guidelines were followed. Dinner has limited options and can get better. Must recommend for peaceful staycation with your family members.

Loved the suite & staff were super hospitable. I took poppy my pup along with me and all the staff were super friendly and accommodating with her. Special thanks to Meet at the reception. They also provide a cute little bed and food for your pup.

I went there for a 1 night staycation and it was a lovely experience. Their staff is extremely courteous and helpful. I had gone for a friend’s birthday so they had even decorated the room with balloons and provided a complimentary mousse cake. Their staff was masked and they require all guests to keep their masks on except in the restaurants. They have sanitisers at every point and they temperature check when you’re entering the hotel/restaurant. All in all a very good experience!

Must say their hospitality is par excellence. Really enjoyed the breakfast which came included with our room package. The superior rooms are spacious, clean and have ample number of ports to plug in various electronics. A well equipped bathroom and a comfortable walk in closet was the highlight of the room. Very good arrangements as when we reach welcome by team was excellent. Reception executive are very quick. Good rooms. Nice view from hotel and quick check out also. And yes worth for money.

First of all, this is a top end restaurant in a top end hotel so obviously it's going to be expensive. the service to my mind was not upto the mark. We ran short of steamed rice and ordered an extra portion which eventually came after the mains were over. this was inspite of us having to remind them for it... my wife asked for a glass of water refill which also took its own sweet time in coming. overall the food was tasty and the waiters were all well masked. however, the tables are relatively nearby with one party of 4 sitting at a table right behind my chair. but if you are coming to an air conditioned restaurant I presume that you have mentally already bitten this bullet and are ok with it.

I Went for my Anniversary there.. Very Slow Service.. Tho Staffs were humble n helpful.. But not satisfied with there service.. Hotel give us complimentary small cake for our anniversary celebration but they almost took 1:30 hours plus to get.. we almost missed our flight... Rest everything was nice..

Four Seasons Winery is hands down one of my favourite weekend getaways. Beautiful, well maintained, peaceful place. Very homely service. Good food. Great vibe. The jacuzzi by the pool is the best part :) We also enjoy cycling around the entire property. All in all, it has always been a good experience (3 times and counting!). Kudos to the team.

Hospitality is bang on. Food and In-Room Dining leave a lot to be desired. Also, if you're gonna go have the included breakfast, go early, the restaurant gets crowded rather quickly and one may have to end up waiting for up to half an hour.

Great escape from the city, beautifully appointed rooms that are comfortable, the bathrooms are like visiting a spa. Concierge (Mr.sanket) and spa department made sure I get privacy and comfort during my exam time. Front desk, restaurant, housekeeping are all great. Very classy environment and room is very comfortable as well. Wonderful view (if you have a high floor, you have a good view no matter to which direction) We plan to return soon : )

The hotel is great. The rooms are great and spacious but their breakfast is really not good when it comes to taste and more so the spread. Most of its competitors have better breakfast. The staff is great but there are no open spaces in the hotel especially with kids to roam about. They have completely cordoned off pool area and aer lounge is out of reach for kids.

I've been a Four Seasons loyalist and I always come to Four seasons but this time there was a rush on the desk so Ms Sanika made us comfortable and offered us water. Friendly staff and have always loved my experience at the Worli property until this time. Firstly I was given a room where the bathtub had an issue but thankfully the staff was kind enough to quickly switch my room. I was happy about it until my poor experience at the breakfast table next morning. I was seated at one of the sofas inside the restaurant where at first no one attended to us for a while. Finally after placing our orders for the same thing multiple times, we had to literally wait for half an hour at the breakfast table. This has never happened before and I'm highly disappointed. One poor experience has changed my perception about Four Seasons. I doubt if I'd ever want to go back.

It's a nice property....but a few letdowns... Check in took too late...n hardly anyone cared as we sat in the lobby for around 45 mins.we were not even offered water...leave alone a welcome! Not expected from such a place of repute.
