Really bad. Disgusting bathrooms, rooms are not great. No wifi at all. No free food. Feels very awkward being at this hotel.

Best 4 star hotel in Dadar East. Not too expensive in the facilities and services you get. Neat & clean rooms. House keeping, laundry service available. Polite and humble staff. Very close to the dadar railway station and hindmata market.

Pathetic experience. Apart from the location, nothing is good about this hotel. No kitchen(been in renovation since more than 6months), they try to promote their own restaurant from outside which is very costly. Not even a tea kettle in the room. For wifi you have to go to the lobby, for the remote to work, you have to go near the tv, the tv is not clear, mini fridge is empty, had asked for two plates last night and waited for 30mins because apparently there was only one room service staff available. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Manager on desk duty gives false excuse of washroom being under renovation when asked to use washroom in emergency, it's unlikely that hotel with such scale do not have functional washroom.

It's a crumbling hotel. Looks very dated. Doesn't offer WiFi, doesn't offer in-house meals. Plasters are peeling, Bed was decent.

Room is good, but they have to repair the things which are visible to eye example : A water line, shower, and a bath 🛀 tub

This is humble request for Hotel service team, if your property under construction or renovation please inform in your home page. we had try to connect with hotel for my check in time but no any person picking up phone at reception. very bad experience that time.

Surely not the value for money. If you must stay here, and if you want to use power connections, carry some dead weights or supports to keep the plugs inside the sockets all the times.

It was a good hotel in terms of a short stay, not much of a service specific but okay.. Near to Siddhivinayak which was great, local food and other local vehicles are easily accessible.

The place is situated very near by Dadar station. Location is great but the hotel is not. This one is having kinda old vibes, damp walls, most of the stuff broken or not working etc. Not value for money at all.

As all south mumbai hotels are costly this is too but it has nice ambiance, good size- well maintained rooms. Only negative was the room in which i was staying (105) needs floor maintenance as it is wooden floor and broken near the bed, else it is good with no other issues and can be recommended.

A decent hotel in a perfect location. Nice dining options nearby too. Decent staff too.

Miserable experience this time. Karari roti and tandoori chicken were so cold. Food served was so delayed and regular stuff like noodles not available. Excuse given for the lapses -it is Sunday

Very good hotel with a central location just a walking distance from the dadar East railway station.

Good rooms . Booked it majorly for car parking. But valet parking parked it on the road side. So not so good if parking is your thing.

Location wise best. Near to Dadar railway station. Property is old and may be renovation work under progress.

An excellent hotel in the city centre of South Mumbai. Provides excellent connectivity to train station of dadar East, buses on ambedkar road, shopping options, eatery options like dadar station food joints, muthulakshmi for excellent South Indian, gujrati food, mid night eating joints near kings circle/ maheshwari udyan. Not very far from siddhivinayak, marine drive etc. Very good budget hotel with excellent service.

Guys get done with your renovation, wi-fi doesn't work, entrance lights don't work, there are no tea/ coffee satchets what's up Guys, you used to be our best bet

Had makki di roti and sarson da saag. The saag was stale and was smelling as if made days back they served cold makki ki roti. Total was of money. Would say Atrocious.

Just a normal very normal hotel, prices are too high considering a very basic room and other amenities, washroom very basic TV very old.

Restaurant have Both Indian food with great Taste, They have both options AC and non AC. Food quantity is very good Il recommend to visit once then you will like it surely. The Staff is good and place is hygiene Price is little bit high but reasonable. Their Service is fast, if you choose to go in the evening better to early or book table prior, because in the evening they have rush, and lunch is almost empty. Its amazing place to have lunch/ dinner.

Nice old hotel, rooms are specious and staffs are very humble and co-operative. Near to Dadar bus and railway station.

Visit Mid-Town Pritam only if you strongly believe that restaurants pass on the 10% SERVICE CHARGE to their serving staff. We were a group 20 ex-colleagues who ran up a bill of 28k and to our horror when the time came to clear the tab, we were shocked to notice that 2500 out 28000 was for SERVICE CHARGE. We protested coz only 1 server had been assigned to us and he was conspicuously missing many times during the 4 hours we spent at the restaurant. We were also upset that we were billed for Pizza which we didn't order but were made to pay for it as it was placed on our table. It's an Unwritten Rule in Pritam's Rule Book that once something reaches your table it cannot be sent back even if you haven't ordered for it. Coming back to the SERVICE CHARGE issue, we were appalled at the restaurant Manager's audacious claims that PRITAM has the RIGHT to charge SERVICE CHARGE and we do not have the option of reducing it to an amount that we felt would be good enough to compensate the server. However, the Manager - Mr. Akshay would take none of it and insisted that they have been empowered to levy 10% SERVICE CHARGE and we have to pay it, he even started flashing his phone drawing references to youtube videos and articles stating the matter is subjudice in Delhi High Court. In short, he was in no mood to any reasoning from our end nor was he showing us the hospitality that PRITAM has been known for all these years. Truly, this visit to this famous restaurant has been sorely disappointing, especially the arm-twisting tactics deployed by the restaurant manager to fleece us of our hard earned money. Visit this place only if you love the experience of getting mugged by a well dressed Restaurant Manager.

Very good and well maintained rooms... though property is old...it's very well maintained... Service...this word ...they don't knw... Location is great.. Tv don't work And u call for any item..u keep reminding....it jus doesn't arrive...even if does...it takes hours ... If u have work in that part of Mumbai...can stay here

Hotel was ok.. Rooms are Small Also there is no restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and dinner we have to go outside. But as it is a central area u vl have a food stalls in the evng. In morning it will be difficult to find good breakfast option

Worst Hotel, don't book it. Whole night lot of disturbance from the club. AC is working with weird sound. Bathroom is not at all well maintained. Foul smell coming from bedsheets. Hotel reception and staff didn't provide any solution and told us to adjust.

Location is great and building looks nice. But room is not so big as well as basic things as per price are not being provided in hotel. Examples as below: 1. No kettle and tea kit 2. No dryer in washroom 3. Mini fridge was empty

Warmed welcome n decent hospitality. This time i missed resto Facility due to renovation work. Still maintaining standards. Familiar atmosphere as usual.
