I have visited again and need to rerevaluate. Unfortunately, 1.The room booked by webportal are refused by them. 2.They asked us to cancel the booking and have their bookings at higher rate. 3.Rates are opportunity based ! 4.No flexibility for check out time even on Sunday

Cost effective good stay facility... Stayed her for 2 nights.. was bit sceptical reading reviews for this place & whatsapp based communication with Hotel but it turned out to pleasant.. Staff : 4/5 (Friendly/very co-operative) Quick service Food: 4/5 Quality and Quantity even way of serving was good (ordered from cotten Canteen) Had breakfast only once. Was not upto mark but not bad too. *complimentary breakfast is compulsory in bill Room : 3/5 bed and linen was clean.. Had cupboard for clothes AC/Fan/TV in room Bit unclean if u look under the bed or mattress but not visible unless u seek Washroom was clean / Hot water available Overall at the given price Hotel is worth stay.. Safe till 11.30pm at night to cruise however late night the area is too lone.. Hotel is road attached however no distractions or noise from roads at night... Peaceful place .

The location of the hotel is good because it is close to the hospital and its price was written on the internet at around 3000, but when I went by myself to see the hotel and when I asked about the price of the room at the reception I think because I am a foreigner the price has changed and I heard an employee whispering to the receptionist to increase the price because I understand a little of the Hindi language and he told me that the price It is 3700. Why this manipulation? I was unfortunately frustrated and left .. The reception staff should be reviewed because they are pushy

If you are looking for a very comfortable and safe place to stay in sewri this hotel is the best. The staffs here are extremely warm and friendly, very cooperative. The rooms are clean and tidy with proper arrangements. Hot water available in toilets. The food served is at very reasonable rate with good quality as well as quantity. Only problem that you might face is regarding the auto sensor in the toilets due to which after a certain time of inactivity the light inside the toilet switches off. But it is nothing too worry about if you start to move inside the toilet again the light comes back.

extremely bad food service. overpriced. In butter bread omlet meal, there was no butter in all 8 slices, and not even toasted. Costed me Rs 350. Not recommended

The location of the hotel is very nice. Cleanliness and overall services are really good. Food menu is also qualitative. Especially the inroom dining service is tremendously convenient. I would recommend to get into Pals hotel when you are in travelling or in a business trip in Mumbai.

Worst experience. They are showing one room prior but giving another room while check in. After paying the amount. No proper response from the reception. They are giving unclean room with dirty blankets.

Good place to stay at. I stayed on a single person room. Room was okay clean. I stayed for 2 nights They provide complementary breakfast. Food was good too. I wont say it was 5 star but at least it tasted good and home made which is what one expects. Quantity was good too, I couldn’t finish my dinner either night.

Pathetic experience with the hotel, they have denied the services, whoch were shown in the website and the rude behaviour of the staff was unexceptable

I am from Kerala.I visited the place for treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital. The service from the reception was good. They assured me the room while online booking and got a nice service. But during the check in time we had a lot of luggage and I had to pick up some them to take it to the room which was in first floor. During check out I had to pick up all of them and carry myself.

I went to Mumbai for meeting. This is the best hotel for single person. I would definitely recommend this hotel, rooms are clean, bathroom are clean with hot water. Basic breakfast is served. Overall a good hotel for affordable price. For single person they charged 2200 which is good price in mumbai.

Fairly good experience. I got the executive suite for 3000 Per night which includes a small breakfast. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the staff was also helpful. Food from the canteen could be improved, the taste was subpar.

Rooms smell of cigarette stink. Poor hygiene, sarkari attitude of staff and overall disappointing experience. Location is an advantage since its close to most hotspots in the city.

A hotel with all necessary facilities....building looks older from outside needs a strong facelift but from inside the hotel is fine. Interior is good. Staff behaviour is very nice and helpful. Food is tasty just like home. Rooms and toilets are clean. You ll get filtered water for free but packaged drinking water bottle is chargeable in the room. Air conditioned room, Tv, wardrobe with 8-10 hangers, towels,blanket etc. In the room. Food is at very reasonable price and tasty.Breakfast is complimentary. Overall experience is very nice and appriciable. I would prefer to stay here again. At the end I only expect a lil consideration of discount in price of room rent as same as every customer wants.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very supportive and helpful. The room was for single person & fits well. I enjoyed my stay at Pals Hotel.
