I never stayed in a disgusting hotel like this. I booked the hotel from 13th Feb to 17th Feb because of two reasons. 1. I wanted to stay near to the Juhu beach with my wife and give her best moments because it was her first visit in Mumbai. 2. It was easy to travel from Juhu to Bandra. On 13th when we arrived, checkin was smooth and we reached the cabin. We were shocked. The room was not that beautiful and clean. And my wife was disappointed same as me. We decided to stay there because we paid almost 12500 and we didn't want to loose the money. Once we settle down, my wife try to take a shower and she couldn't because her nad was hitting on the sealing and Towel rod and shower head and Wall. I got so much frustrated and 75% of water was coming to the dry area even their was a glass partition. From the dry area the water won't drain because the floor slop was opposite to side of the drainage. We were in 206 room and the window was permanently closed with screws. Because of an old building structure outside, we won't be able to see the beach clearly. We called the reception and complained about the bathroom and the staff said they will change the Room. After fresh upp we reached the sea side restaurant and bar. Because of no reservations we couldn't enter the restaurant for dinner. We understand that and we booked the seats for 14th night from 10:00pm to midnight. I wanted to celebrate our first Valentine's day after the marriage together near to the beach side restaurant. Next day on 14th we went outside and afternoon we ask the reception about the room change and the staff who came for the next shift didn't know anything. He said he will check it and if they move it will be after 12:00. We came back evening from outside and I asked for the other room. They gave us 204. We went to the 204 and it was same size bathroom and the bathroom was so filthy. Dirty tapps, plastic shower curtain partially brocken. Mold on the wall and around the shower handle and all over the corners. We fed-up with the Hotel but was expecting good time about the dinner at sea side restaurant. We went to the restaurant and the female staff was wondering if we had a reservation. After checking with one of the supervisor she showed the place for us, it was against to a Wall which is almost 15ft height. I didn't took the seat. The staff told us that it may take a while to get the seat near to the sea side. It was almost 10:30 and I was pretty sure that we won't get the seat. So the reservation was only to enter the restaurant. We left the restaurant and I was so much frustrated and angry. We went to one of the other restaurant a bit far from the Citizen Hotel. When we came back we Informed the reception that we will be vacating the room tomorrow on 15th. I was hoping that someone from the staff side would have talk to us or say sorry for the situation. But I got surprised 😯. The reception senior staff said " AS YOU WISH" in a sarcastic way and smile. We went to the room and we discussed about all the factors and my wife convinced me to stay in the hotel aas we planned because not to loose the money. All the time when we pass by the reception they were giving the sarcastic attitude. Except the gate keeper, non of the staff greet you or wish you while you passing infront of them. The staff in Citizen Hotel had so much attitude. After that Incident we never step into the restaurant. On 15th afternoon they cleaned our room without notice. On 16th the room was dirty and we requested to clean while we went outside. Evening when we are back the room was still dirty no linen change. We informed the reception but nothing happened. We realise that tomorrow 17th we are checking out. So they don't want to clean. I understood that they don't care the guest who occupied the room, they care about only Walkin Guest in there Sea side Restaurant and Bar. They are only looking for Revenue. I won't suggest anyone to choose the Hotel. If you want, see the rooms first and then pay the money. Don't fall in the picture in the site. Don't loose your money.

The beach view hotel is one of my favourite and am so glad I spent 2 days here at this scenic hotel, adjust to Juhu beach. The food they provided was one among the best I’ve ever had, it’s a must try.The staff here were so welcoming and assisting almost in every possible way. We visited with family and kids, kids really enjoy the ambience. Room with beach view is absolute delight. Looking forward to stay again with my family and friends again. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay near Juhu beach and undeniably one of the best in the city.

The service is something you will love the most. I even saw them allowing strangers to use their toilets which was very courteous. The cleanliness and the view outside the hotel is an experience of a lifetime near Juhu beach. Only thing I disliked here was absence of hair dryer in the rooms. Else everything was worth it

Hotel is at good location just opposite to juhu beach, Rooms are small and bathroom where you take showers is too tiny that only one person at a time can bath by opening the door, He cant close the door. Breakfast buffet is tasty and have sufficient options. Bad thing is staff behaviour no welcome greetings no refreshments.

Extremely poor service . I stayed at this hotel for work for a day. Checked out the next day. Cleared my bill at the reception. After three months I get a call saying I have dues of 1800 rs which was a shocker . On asking how they let me check out and showed them the checkout payment clearance slip that I received when I cleared the dues they said no we billed one of your bill to another room no. Be careful if you are staying at this horrible hotel you might end up paying for someone else.

I visited the restaurant for later dinner in their sea side patio after a bit of time. They are back to their old standards of service for which I have known them. Their food was always nice. The patio was well aerated with evaporative cooling.. We later shifted internally to avoid humidity which was equally good. I would recommend Citizen as a nice value for money option for anyone..

Rooms are small, but the adjoining restaurant is good. One issue is that although you are staying at the hotel, water is ₹100 at the restaurant and ₹0 if you take one step back into the lobby...same waiter, same bottle, different price on either side of that imaginary 'line of pricing'

Exceptionally clean hotel. Fantastic staff who not only care about their customers, but also the hotel they work for and take pride in the job they do. Extremely comfortable rooms, which are cleaned on a daily basis (unlike our first hotel - Hotel Atlantic, which was a complete dump). The terrace is a great place to chill in the evening with a bar snack and a drink and watch the hustle and bustle of Juhu Beach wind down for another day. Service is prompt, food delicious and, of equal importance, delivered with a smile. Can't recommend this place enough...

Great Place. Situated at the corner near beach. If you are looking for a peace of mind with some calmness this is the place.. rooms were quite good, small but comfortable, room service was great. Also the restaurant is very nice at the edge of beach. Service was a little slow but the food and taste was very nice. I paid between 2500 to 3000 for 1 night stay. Couple friendly. Helpfull staff. You ll not feel awkward if you are an unmarried couple. All in all the stay is great everytime I visit this hotel.

I went their last month with my family and had a beautiful experience. The rooms were clean and airy. The behaviour of the staff was very courteous. I was very happy with the breakfast. Most importantly, the receptionist was very helpful. She had helped me arrange a car for my daily commute. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is Luxury hotel property. Rooms are very clean and spacious too. Restrooms, bedsheets, towels, everything is just neat and clean. They have an in-house restaurant cum bar too, you can spend some leisure and quality time over there. Breakfast is available in buffet. Very cool, big property, overall a nice stay.

Unassuming budget hotel right on the beach. Quite basic but the location is amazing. Rooms are small, but clean and quite ideal for a good night's sleep and change. Breakfast is just okay, and the view of the beach from the restaurant is a bonus.

Very good hotel. Well located just above the lake. U can do a morning walk there. Food is good but could have been better, given the fact shillong is famous for its Chinese and Indian restaurants and other fusion foods. Hotel staff is very flexible. Stayed many a times. Always satisfied with service. Rooms are also very good and linen used is top class. And also it's away from the direct hustle and bustle of road traffic

Rooms are small, difficult to manage couple with 2 kids. Though they charge extra for kids but no additional facility, even for extra bed no space available in room. Foods are bit costly, but delicious. Better to include breakfast in booking. Location is awesome, cafeteria opens on juhu beach, good parking space outside of hotel. Beach is on walking distance only. Room's windows are partially sea facing. Overall it was good stay. Advice to hotel: Provide big room/bed if it is booked with kids.

One of the best hotel at Juhu Beach! Rooms are good! I came on a big bike and hotel security provided proper and safe parking and always had a check on it. I loved the service! 10/10 for hospitality! CITIZEN HOTEL MUMBAI. It is 3 Star hotels. Located on Juhu Beach. Nice sea view from restaurant. Nice Staff. My room Air-conditioning was making notice. Food is good, food portion is more than expected, rates are according to the standard. I hope, next time I will get better room. 😀

I must say. This hotel has my heart. It is just next to Juhu beach. Great view, Great vibe, Good hospitality. I stayed couple of nights in JW & Ramee. But they were far from Juhu beach. But citizen hotel is one of the best I came across. Will definitely visit again.

Best place for sea side view to watch sundowner . Only issue is most of the time now. A days it is booked for private party and they don’t allow us to sit on the deck hence deducted 1 star. Otherwise superb food at the bay side Don’t stay in their hotel rooms just visit for sea side patio for event hightea , sunset view or dinner Rooms are too small , old fashioned and bed is super pathetic.

The food was okay, view was good. You can enjoy the sunset calmly here but still I would say that it was pricy probably because of the location.

Citizen Hotel, Juhu Pros - -Nice dining area directly overlooking the sea. - Supportive staff - walking distance to Juhu chowpatty. Cons - -Small rooms and bathrooms. We chose the executive rooms. -Avg breakfast options, not worth the price they ask for. - Couldn’t find any direct access to the beach. For the price this property has listed itself for, its not worth it. But it has the location going for it and that is their main pull.

Beachfront property means epic views of the ocean & that's mostly why you stay here! The staff were friendly and kind and so helpful - we had a toddler with us and they helped make things easier and more entertaining for her much as possible! Breakfast with stunning sea views is missed now! Rooms themselves are rather on the smaller side - but again that's not where we spent most of our time !

Hotel is situated Juhu Beach. Location of hotel is awesome, step out and you are on the Beach. Rooms are small but very clean.I travelled alone so space was not a constraint. I got Beach facing room and it was fantastic. 5 star to all staff. Their Beach facing restaurant is great.
