I
never
stayed
in
a
disgusting
hotel
like
this.
I
booked
the
hotel
from
13th
Feb
to
17th
Feb
because
of
two
reasons.
1.
I
wanted
to
stay
near
to
the
Juhu
beach
with
my
wife
and
give
her
best
moments
because
it
was
her
first
visit
in
Mumbai.
2.
It
was
easy
to
travel
from
Juhu
to
Bandra.
On
13th
when
we
arrived,
checkin
was
smooth
and
we
reached
the
cabin.
We
were
shocked.
The
room
was
not
that
beautiful
and
clean.
And
my
wife
was
disappointed
same
as
me.
We
decided
to
stay
there
because
we
paid
almost
12500
and
we
didn't
want
to
loose
the
money.
Once
we
settle
down,
my
wife
try
to
take
a
shower
and
she
couldn't
because
her
nad
was
hitting
on
the
sealing
and
Towel
rod
and
shower
head
and
Wall.
I
got
so
much
frustrated
and
75%
of
water
was
coming
to
the
dry
area
even
their
was
a
glass
partition.
From
the
dry
area
the
water
won't
drain
because
the
floor
slop
was
opposite
to
side
of
the
drainage.
We
were
in
206
room
and
the
window
was
permanently
closed
with
screws.
Because
of
an
old
building
structure
outside,
we
won't
be
able
to
see
the
beach
clearly.
We
called
the
reception
and
complained
about
the
bathroom
and
the
staff
said
they
will
change
the
Room.
After
fresh
upp
we
reached
the
sea
side
restaurant
and
bar.
Because
of
no
reservations
we
couldn't
enter
the
restaurant
for
dinner.
We
understand
that
and
we
booked
the
seats
for
14th
night
from
10:00pm
to
midnight.
I
wanted
to
celebrate
our
first
Valentine's
day
after
the
marriage
together
near
to
the
beach
side
restaurant.
Next
day
on
14th
we
went
outside
and
afternoon
we
ask
the
reception
about
the
room
change
and
the
staff
who
came
for
the
next
shift
didn't
know
anything.
He
said
he
will
check
it
and
if
they
move
it
will
be
after
12:00.
We
came
back
evening
from
outside
and
I
asked
for
the
other
room.
They
gave
us
204.
We
went
to
the
204
and
it
was
same
size
bathroom
and
the
bathroom
was
so
filthy.
Dirty
tapps,
plastic
shower
curtain
partially
brocken.
Mold
on
the
wall
and
around
the
shower
handle
and
all
over
the
corners.
We
fed-up
with
the
Hotel
but
was
expecting
good
time
about
the
dinner
at
sea
side
restaurant.
We
went
to
the
restaurant
and
the
female
staff
was
wondering
if
we
had
a
reservation.
After
checking
with
one
of
the
supervisor
she
showed
the
place
for
us,
it
was
against
to
a
Wall
which
is
almost
15ft
height.
I
didn't
took
the
seat.
The
staff
told
us
that
it
may
take
a
while
to
get
the
seat
near
to
the
sea
side.
It
was
almost
10:30
and
I
was
pretty
sure
that
we
won't
get
the
seat.
So
the
reservation
was
only
to
enter
the
restaurant.
We
left
the
restaurant
and
I
was
so
much
frustrated
and
angry.
We
went
to
one
of
the
other
restaurant
a
bit
far
from
the
Citizen
Hotel.
When
we
came
back
we
Informed
the
reception
that
we
will
be
vacating
the
room
tomorrow
on
15th.
I
was
hoping
that
someone
from
the
staff
side
would
have
talk
to
us
or
say
sorry
for
the
situation.
But
I
got
surprised
π―.
The
reception
senior
staff
said
"
AS
YOU
WISH"
in
a
sarcastic
way
and
smile.
We
went
to
the
room
and
we
discussed
about
all
the
factors
and
my
wife
convinced
me
to
stay
in
the
hotel
aas
we
planned
because
not
to
loose
the
money.
All
the
time
when
we
pass
by
the
reception
they
were
giving
the
sarcastic
attitude.
Except
the
gate
keeper,
non
of
the
staff
greet
you
or
wish
you
while
you
passing
infront
of
them.
The
staff
in
Citizen
Hotel
had
so
much
attitude.
After
that
Incident
we
never
step
into
the
restaurant.
On
15th
afternoon
they
cleaned
our
room
without
notice.
On
16th
the
room
was
dirty
and
we
requested
to
clean
while
we
went
outside.
Evening
when
we
are
back
the
room
was
still
dirty
no
linen
change.
We
informed
the
reception
but
nothing
happened.
We
realise
that
tomorrow
17th
we
are
checking
out.
So
they
don't
want
to
clean.
I
understood
that
they
don't
care
the
guest
who
occupied
the
room,
they
care
about
only
Walkin
Guest
in
there
Sea
side
Restaurant
and
Bar.
They
are
only
looking
for
Revenue.
I
won't
suggest
anyone
to
choose
the
Hotel.
If
you
want,
see
the
rooms
first
and
then
pay
the
money.
Don't
fall
in
the
picture
in
the
site.

loose
your
money.
