I visited Mumbai for some official work and I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days. The room was very spacious and the staff I must say is very cooperative. The variety of food in buffet is not too much but the quality of food was good. You can access the Acres Club while staying at this hotel. Stay at this hotel for 10 days for me was super comfortable for me.

The rooms were spacious, well furnished & hygienic. The breakfast buffet was fantastic & had great taste. The service was nice & the staff was very helpful & smiling available for everything we asked. It is about 5-10 mins away from the eastern freeway. It is just a perfect place to stay.location very nice play tennis, bowling,squash etc play games .

Hotels away from airport could be little lesser in size and facilities with hospitality but this is not the case with Fern Residency at Chembur. Before I could start with the staff and their hospitality I have to mention about their food it was one of the best that I had till date the chef had especially prepared the lunch and dinner for us and cannot forgot the taste. Everything we had was their choice and we don’t regret that just to let you all k ow that I was there with my 9 months old boy and chef got everything we requested for him to mention few he got mashed potatoes, carrots and dal khidi .Their staff was also very helpful and friendly they took care of all our needs . Would definitely recommend this place and we will be going again for sure to have lunch.

The Fern is a hotel chain, this one is located near BKC ( Bandra Kurla Complex ) Mostly business hotel. Rooms are decent. Food at the restaurant is excellent - unlike other business hotels. Good part is that they don’t serve water in pet bottles - environmentally clean. Washrooms are decent - have biotique products. Rooms below 10th floor have a lower price va the ones above - city view cost. Bang opposite is a sports complex with swimming pool, gymnasium which is accessible by hotel customers.

Not pleased with over all room size. Front desk takes their own sweet time in dealing with customers. Who came first does not matter. Food was amazing. Room service was amazing.

A group of 11 of us have just spent over two weeks staying at the Fern Residency in Chembur. The hotel staff looked after us so well and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. They were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautifully maintained and cleaned daily. The variety at breakfast was a delight and the evening menu was excellent. We were also given access to the Acres club across the road with gym, pool and catering provisions. The hotel is ideally situated for touristy visits and Ubers are easy to access and really well priced. A massive thank you to Nitin and the team for looking after us.

Very nice stay. Mumbai was our last stop before ending the trip in India and we could visit all the important attractions in Mumbai, knowing that we could have a good rest in the evening. The Art Deco Restaurant in the hotel was very nice.

Extremely good hospitality. Clean. Good location. We had stay with young kids and senior family members. Very comfortable for all. Facility of the club with it for guests is an amazing part.

Spent with family for 7 days 23rd to 30th July. We were given the Winter green room and had an enjoyable stay . Food was delectable and with lots of options. Room service is always at prompt and catered to our needs even at the late night. Ambience, atmosphere and location was very good. Easily accessible from Main Road. We came to settle our child in TISS campus which is nearby. Overall a very happy stay in Fern Residency, Chembur. Recommended for family visits.

All Business No Leisure I stayed at the hotel primarily because of the cheaper price (compared to the high demand price tag at other hotels in Mumbai during the period) and the access to Acres Club it provided. Else, there is nothing great to write about this bland business hotel that primarily caters to Business travellers who spend most of their time Outside of the hotel. LOCATION: Located in heart of Chembur and kind of removed from most key locations of interest. DINE + DRINK: The lobby ‘bar’ and restaurant is a very plastic place to either have a drink or dine. The Breakfast was a very sombre affair - the menu not doing enough justice to the cuisine this region boasts of. You can give it a miss and try some local authentic options outside the hotel. ROOM: I stayed in Room 605, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: reasonably spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely Spa quality cosmetics by BIOTIQUE Brand. FACILITIES: This is one of the highlights - and the reason why I chose this hotel! They have a tie-up with the ACRES club across the road which is a Universe of Fitness facilities! Comes loaded with a Gym, Swimming pool and a ton of other recreational facilities. Great free service for a hotel like this SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. A fine property by The Acres, surrounded by a stunning school and a banquet by the same brand. The Fern looks small but is certainly built for relaxing, the staff were extremely cordial and the rooms looked spacious. While, it wasn't crowded much, the hospitality offered was professional.

I had a good stay at this hotel.The staff was very hospitable and was there for all your needs.The highlight of the hotel stay is ,you can utilise the Lifestyle club also, which is just opposite to the hotel.Pool and kids play area over there is awesome.The room was wonderful and clean.My kid was overwhelmed by the return gift chocolate 🍫 she got from the chefs,for her gratitude for their awesome 🍩 . Location wise also nice, Bandra Kurla complex is just 4kms away from this hotel.

We had a very strange experience at the hotel room washroom. We checked in at room no 704 While taking shower the mirror highlighted a message "BE Strong Some name See you soon" In the running hand, we informed the lobby manager but he says their team didn't find anything like that whereas if there's steam in the bathroom due to warm water it can be seen ... Hope the hotel does get that checked as it's scary to read something like that on the mirror

It's nice to stay in the winter fern room 307. Adequate size and clean rooms. Easily accessible location. Tasty food and excellent service. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. Open car parking available. 24hrs security and room service.

The service was very good, and the staff were extra ordinary.. Always had a welcoming approach. The food also was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

This is 4 star hotel located in Chembur. There is a club also infront of the building where you can enjoy all the outdoor activities.

Being a 4 star hotel i believe rooms should have bathtub/Jacuzzi. Only one soap in washroom! Now a days even 3 star hotels has separate shower gel and body gel! Would prefer to go in 3 star if this is 4 star! Also, GST on food is 18% which is supposed to be 5% whatever the reason it may be! I think its hotel’s responsibility to take care on 18% GST & not to be borne by guest/customer. Overall Rooms are clean & all other equipments working is good

One of the best hotel in this segment. Room facilities and staff cooperation is good. Food quality and varieties of food and drinks is great. You can bargain for the final price based upon your duration of stay. This hotel worth it's price.

I was at Fern Chembur in Feb 2021 for the mandatory hotel quarantine for the overseas travellers. The service is excellent and they are very well organized when it comes to keeping guests well informed of the quarantine procedures. The room is impeccable and the room service is punctual. Food served was delicious and well presented right from breakfast to dinner, they do not dissapoint you in anyway.

Need improvement in guest relationship. Also need more cleanliness. Property need repair and redone
