Worst place to stay! It’s right in middle of slum! Horrible staffs, they were soooooo rude! Breakfast tasted like feet! And they charge ₹4500 a night.. I mean for what?? DONT BOOK HERE! Rats all over the places. Road to hotel cannot be any worse! Hotel staffs needs to be thought what hospitality and professionalism.

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel for the following reasons - 1. Located in a slum area. Unpleasant neighborhood and bad road conditions. 2. Unprofessional, rude, no manners, no respect to customers by staff. None of the etiquettes followed. 3. Rats found running in the premises. 4. Booked and charged for a King size bed room but received a twin bed room. For all this, Rs.4500 was charged. Please reconsider your decision before booking this room.

Very bad experience. Currently staying in the hotel. Service is very bad. Staff attitude needs to be changed. Menu is very limited that's the reason hotel is stuck from last 6 years to get upgraded. Staff is very rude. Staff needs to understand they get their salary on the basis of business gets high. If there is no business then there is no recruitments and there will be no salary if they don't perform. Very sad to see staff attitude towards their guest. They don't know how to speak to the guest. Server who comes with food in the night time is wearing shorts with casual shirt or tshirt and Dont know how to speak to the guest. And without taking the permission of the guest they enter in the room. Where is the privacy gone. Why would I pay this much for this kind of hotel where I don't get any service , staffs with attitude including front office. Upon asking who is the incharge of the hotel then I get the answer that there is no incharge on Sunday. No duty manager. What is this are you guys are serious.are you guys running a hotel or dhaba. As per my observation hotel needs to go long way to get in the business unless untill you don't want to do business. My first and last time on this hotel. Won't recommend anyone to stay in the hotel for sure. Best stay in OYO atleast you don't have any expectations in OYO

This hotel is very clean, Hygienic and the staffs are very co operative. The breakfast is fantastic and tasty. Dinner also is very good. We 8 persons from South India have stayed at this hotel very comfortably and felt like staying in a star hotel. The reservation team has done the amazing job for us to book the rooms and hospitality. The locality is not at all posh. It is absolutely inside sakinaka. The best part is that it is very close to the t2 terminal of the airport. The service is a little harsh. The rooms have to be paid before entering the rooms while the invoice shall be given at the time of checkout. This is something uncommon and incorrect. The restaurant is outsourced and starts slow. Food is ok. Rooms are clean and big compared to mumbai standards. Seems to be new and well decor. All possible amenities are present in the rooms. Housekeeping is very bad. They are quite late to respond to queries. Overall recommended to stay but bring your own towels and have food outside.

First of all its no star hotel. Its nowhere near T2. Its in the middle of a big slum. No taxi or auto want to go there as traffic is extremely bad. Rooms are noisy and full of mosquitos. Beds are quite uncomfortable and linens mostly stained and torn. It is just a bad place and should be avoided if you want a comfortable stay.

Starting from the reception,manager, room service, rooftop service and also the dine in everything was amazing. Breakfast buffet had so many options and the taste was also good . Also food we ordered on rooftop or into the room was delicious especially the starters. Moreover once when we ordered out the menu chef has also prepared it. I definitely recommend this place for an awesome experience and the royal treatment. 👍

Area is not so great and is difficult to reach. The rooms were very very decent and felt dusty in the beginning. This one light wouldn't shut off completely unless the card was removed from the cardholder. Food was good but restaurant is expensive. Breakfast is good and was reasonable as per the offerings. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Can look for better options in the same price range in Mumbai for sure

The only thing I liked about this place is the staff. Except the receptionist, she's rude and arrogant. Now back to reviewing the stay. The room's just nice in looks. But it wasn't cleaned. There were stains of dirt on the floor. If two guests are going to stay in a room. Isn't it obvious to keep two towels? And toiletries for two? The bed's headboard was so dirty like it was walked all over with muddy shoes. Secondly, who calls a guest down in the middle of the stay for placing a review? I understand wanting good reviews but this is not how you go about it. Instead, maybe focus on the hygiene part. Thirdly, now if you are looking for a quiet place to stay at, this isn't it because it's loud. Oh and the snacks in the room? They make you pay for it by the way (had we known we wouldn't have eaten them but lol, it was mere change, so that's fine.)

The only thing I would’ve liked was a small fridge my my room but I was only there overnight so not too much of an issue. I ate at the 24/7 cafe for dinner and staff could’ve been far more attentive than they were for a restaurant in a 3 star hotel charging extremely high prices.

After paying full amount the hotel requested us to check out early just because they want the room which they provided me. Reason being some of their guest arrival needed the same room. Food is unhealthy and unhygienic. After having their food I am now suffering from food poisoning. Never going back to this place again this hotel doesn't deserve to be rated in highly recommended.

The rooms are good. A little small but very neat and clean. All the amenities work and it's near to T2. But the area outside the hotel is very tier 4. There's a medical store nearby, in case of emergencies. The food is also decent. The staff is polite and well trained. Wifi was not working for the time I stayed there, but that could be temporary. Kettle and refrigerator are available in the room along with 24 hours hot water supply. Overall, it was a good experience

Hotel is a decent one. The rooms are really big and airy with good ventilation. We were three and for three of us ot was pretty comfortable and relaxing. The room is equipped with a safe, iron table and iron, mini fridge, reading table. The internet was fast and steady. The location is in a crowded road and it is narrow. The surroundings are noisy and the noise continued till late in the night. The hotel is situated right on the fencing of Terminal 2 of airport. The downside is the restaurant and it doesn't belong to the hotel and it is outsourced. The breakfast spread is very basic and minimal.

The receptionist girl named Nikhat was extremely RUDE and ill behaved. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel. The food was very bad and the hotel service was very slow. The other staff was good but the receptionist should learn or should be removed.

It may be okay for short stay (hours). We had around 8 hours. Rooms were clean but AC was while functioning was very old. Despite 3 of us in a room, only one towel was given, no shower gel and only one dental kit. We were told we should book the taxi now at the cost of 900 rs as no Uber/Ola where as we got Ola at 269 rs in the morning. While cheap, it was cheap.

Stayed for the fourth time at the property. Always prefer this hotel when have a flight to catch from Mumbai. It is in close vicinity of the Airport. This time the receptionist and attendant Vinod assisted me well for a very late night check in without any hassle. The staff here is quite polite and we'll behaved. Hotel amenities are decent enough for a short term stay. Breakfast starts at 7 am. They serve a nice buffet in the morning. Overall a great experience.

Very Good Hotel near the T2.The ambience and interiors are good. It's proximity to BKC is a plus. However the area is not so good. The traffic and availing cabs during peak hours is a point to be considered. If the hotel can provide a shuttle service to Kurla / Saki Naka this will be an added advantage

It was in a fantastic location. Free Wi-Fi was available in all areas of the hotel, and the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated with a king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom. Both the cold and hot dishes served at breakfast and lunch were delicious. Highly professional and friendly staff. We will be returning there in the near future.

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The staff was not even cooperative. they were really rude to me. The AC was leaking. The whole time and the bathroom was also not clean their were stains all over the room. The room was not cleaned at all and when I told the staff they started screaming on me. After all the problems that I heard they were not able to refund me the booking amount I had the worst trip of my life. The reception staff was also very rude. I could smell cigarette all over the room and they were commenting on me continuously.

The location was Great! The room was very clean with Great decoration, comfortable king bed, Spacious bathroom Also there was free Wi-Fi in all the hotel premises! The place is decent enough to make swift or even long visit to mumbai. The staff and infra is good, and its very close to airport. The only problem is the road in front of the hotel, its a small road with big and slow traffic along with very crowded market. Apart of that its good value for money.

Worst Staff, Just called receptionist Junaid, and requested for early check-in for 1hr, he was just like in attitude, Said "Aana hai to Aao, Nhi aaoge to bhi Chalega" par 1ghanta bhi jaldi check in nhi milega. I asked to check with his senior, he said only i handle everything here, i dnt have any seniors Attitude was like a Boss U lost a regular customer!!

Good rooms including bathrooms. Budget friendly than other places. Stayed here twice, will stay again. Landmark: Tell the driver Petrol bunk jerimerri it will be easy. From petrol bunk if you come forward the hotel is just 300m away. Definitely recommend for visitors and people going to visa interviews. Excellent staff, especially the manager vijender, and front desk nikhat, tabshir accomidated all my request and doing the needful. One request they couldn't and are improving is internet speed as that will help working employees visiting from other places. Auto from airport 100-120rs. Auto to consulate 60rs if metered, 80 without meter, maximum 100 rs if you can't bargain. Pros: 1. 20 to 30 mins from domestic airport and us consulate. International airport is lot closer. 2. Good rooms and washroom. 3. Sops, shampoo, brush, body lotion, shower cap, comb, towel and other ammenities provided 4. Snack and drink in refrigerator provided with little premium pricing. 5. Restaurant is attached to hotel and has late night options along with room delivery. 6. Complimentary breakfast buffet is good. 7. Allows slightly late chek out whenever possible. 8. Wifi connection is good but speed is 5mbps, good for watching videos in YouTube. The management is working on it as i complained and they assured it would be fixed soon. This is because on my first visit the connection was bad, i have complained and they fixed it. 3. Food is slightly expensive but tasty, and there aren't many good and better restaurants in jerri merri. 4. Tv doesn't have English channels. 5. Doesn't have maharastrian dishes on menu such as misal pav, vada pav etc. 7. They give only two wifi passwords but i think they give nore upon request. 8. Refrigerator noise is loud on my second visit, room service was accommodating in turning it off. 9. Doesn't have rewards program for frequent visitors. 10. Restaurant has less vegetarian options. They have good amount not compared to Non vegetarian. Conclusion: Decent place to freshen up and sleep. Definitely not a place to stay and work. If they fix the wifi, then i think it will be awesome place and will achieve 4 stars.

The worst four star hotel I have ever been...its no where a four star hotel i would give maximum 1.5 star...the price thwy r charging is too high for such restaurant...stayed in 202...location is so worst its located in sakinaka lane...rooms similar to those 500rs oyo hotel rooms...if you open window there's those huts where people are waiting to watch you do something everything visible clearly....worst breakfast...not much option and neither good quality food...I suggest not to go...night manager roaming in slippers smoking cigarettes and asking give me 5 mins I'll come..WTH...worst experience

Location of this hotel is right in between slum, you may forced to hear Azan due to nearby Majids. There was some weird smell in the room, probably not opened since long or so. Considering 3 star they don't have competent room service. Hope they'll take this feedback positively and improve.

I had a very comfortable stay at T2 Beacon. The staff here at the reception Nikhath, Vinod, Ritu, and Nazahat were very helpful in making arrangements for my stay and for arranging my taxi travel to Consulate and Mumbai sight seeing. Thank you team.

Best value for money, although not a great neighbourhood. But the fine in food from Naaz, the hyiegene standards are worth every penny.

I stayed here on the 30th of October, room was nice well kept , staff was polite too , dinner was good also and I loved the breakfast , the corridor of the rooms are well carpeted and looks no less than a 5 star , well maintained , please keep up the good work , I would surely visit again if given the chance.

Nothing can be worst than this hotel. Bad entrance, Dirty room and toilets, bad smelling corridors, bad restaurant attached to this hotel which they use for guest breakfast too. No hospitality and no etiquette. My employer is on the way to remove this hotel from the preferred hotel list after receiving multiple complaints. Please don’t ever think to stay here especially when you have family with you.
