did
I
give
it
5
stars?
For
a
simple
reason
is
that
they
do
not
lie
to
the
customer.
I
booked
this
hotel,
purely
on
a
phone
call
basis,
the
number
I
got
online,
and
even
though
we
were
arriving
like
late
on
our
check-in
around
1030pm,
I
still
say
our
check
in
was
super
smooth
quick
and
the
bell
boy
explained
small
tips
on
TV,
AC,
geyser...
Cons
-
surely
room
is
bit
small
but
not
uncomfortable,
we
were
2
adults
and
2
children(
10
and
6)
we
had
a
good
night's
sleep..
The
extra
mattress
kept
in
the
corner
fit
perfect.
My
review
is
most
recent
we
stayed
on
3rd
and
4th
February
2020.
Hatim
and
Pradeep
very
good
at
their
bookings.
They
booked
our
room
on
trust
basis,
though
Hatim
had
given
me
a
deal,
the
cost
was
honored
by
Pradeep
something
very
rare.
There
was
another
reservation
person
sorry
I
cannot
get
the
name
but
whoever
we
met
they
were
very
hospitable.
Bell
boys
too
do
their
work
diligently
and
with
a
smile.
Sorry
I
dint
get
their
names.
The
hotel
has
a
terrace
where
breakfast
is
served
and
though
they
do
not
have
buffet
spread,
we
got
to
eat
sunny
side
up,
bread
butter
toast,
omlette,
coffee
tea
watermelon
juice,
fresh
cut
papayas....
Which
got
us
really
full
to
our
hearts
desire.
The
hotel
as
mentioned
is
Infront
of
santacruz
railway
station
n
bus
station
East,
there
is
no
direct
noise
into
your
room,
we
never
had
a
disturbed
sleep.
This
hotel
has
no
lifts..
So
walking
will
take
u
to
ur
room.
We
were
on
the
1st
floor
but
if
u
have
a
walking
problem
this
place
is
not
for
you.
Hotel
midland,
gave
us
the
best
2
days
stay
with
a
reason
to
say
we
will
come.
