Worst hotel i have ever come across, i called them to check about late check in policy, at that time they pleaded me to do not book online and would offer me the same even if i directly visit them. This was informed to me a person named ganesh. The next day when i was suppose to check in, i just called to confirm my booking and update about by check in timing they asked whether i had an online booking, to which j mentioned i have spoke to person named ganesh and he has taken my offline booking. This arrogant person was like no we dont even give rooms at that rate on off days, ganesh dose t know what he says we would rather keep room empty then to give it at that commited rate. He also mentioned do what ever you want online agar mile toh aana nahi toh thanks for calling. Great way to talk to a guest. I hope this place never succeeds. Overall a third class experience, and i really hope the hotel management should look for better staff...thay is if they want to succeed which clearly isnt the case. All in all please do online bookings as they are cheaper....and these people dont like it, and beg to cancel or come directly. A hopeless experience for sure.

Please don’t waste your money on this place. Rooms are not worth even Rs1000. So much dust, not clean sheets. Even bed had dust. If you move chairs, you will see dust all across corners in the room.

This hotel is a very old property. Still the management tried to renovate inside the rooms. Exterior looks old. Room is clean and moderate spacious. Bathroom is clean. Bed sheets were clean. I am not sure about the quality of the food as I did not order any food. But breakfast is not up to the mark. Just basic items and no variety at all. A hotel which charges INR 4K per night should have far better quality and varieties for the breakfast. I was surprised to see that hotel does not even provide complementary water bottle . Staff is very courteous. Overall the hotel is good but not worth for INR 4K per night..

Window khulte hi you see the flyover and people walking, it's on the road, no privacy or peace you'll find. I couldn't sleep the entire night.

Rooms are small in size not worth the money. There were bugs in between and around the bed. Water supply problems in washroom. AC issues.

Rooms are really small but the location of the hotel is good. We stayed here for 1 night and we didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't really comment on the food. Service was good but they didnt provide complimentary water bottle. Not bad for 1 night stay but can't recommend for more than that.

Good stay in budget close to Mumbai Airport .... nice and clean environment. Best part of my stay was market and restaurants and super markets were close by Friendly staff as well. Stayed there for 4-5 days.

Average hotel with minimum facilities. They don't have their own restaurant. Breakfast quality is okay. Cleanliness and hygiene is also okay.

Sheets and quilt cover had stains all over them Aircon didn't work, just extremely loud ceiling fan. Fridge, toilet and shower were all dirty. Extremely noisy. Had to sleep fully clothed on top of the bed. Checked out the very next day. Payed for 9 nights and no refund for the 8 nights I didn't stay. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointed and out of pocket for AUD $500

This is the one of the best hotel I found I enjoyed very much with my family and sibling..

Why did I give it 5 stars? For a simple reason is that they do not lie to the customer. I booked this hotel, purely on a phone call basis, the number I got online, and even though we were arriving like late on our check-in around 1030pm, I still say our check in was super smooth quick and the bell boy explained small tips on TV, AC, geyser... Cons - surely room is bit small but not uncomfortable, we were 2 adults and 2 children( 10 and 6) we had a good night's sleep.. The extra mattress kept in the corner fit perfect. My review is most recent we stayed on 3rd and 4th February 2020. Hatim and Pradeep very good at their bookings. They booked our room on trust basis, though Hatim had given me a deal, the cost was honored by Pradeep something very rare. There was another reservation person sorry I cannot get the name but whoever we met they were very hospitable. Bell boys too do their work diligently and with a smile. Sorry I dint get their names. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served and though they do not have buffet spread, we got to eat sunny side up, bread butter toast, omlette, coffee tea watermelon juice, fresh cut papayas.... Which got us really full to our hearts desire. The hotel as mentioned is Infront of santacruz railway station n bus station East, there is no direct noise into your room, we never had a disturbed sleep. This hotel has no lifts.. So walking will take u to ur room. We were on the 1st floor but if u have a walking problem this place is not for you. Hotel midland, gave us the best 2 days stay with a reason to say we will come. Kudos to you all.. Just ktake care

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I am especially impressed as I needed a dog friendly hotel as I was flying my pet dog Asha back to the UK. Many so "called pet friendily hotels " in Mumbai would not accommodate a larger dog like mine. But The Midland hotel welcomed us with open arms. Thank you for making travelling with my dog stress free and enjoyable.

I have been visiting this place regularly whenever in mumbai for my work. This place is maintained well & the staff is very co-operative too. Main advantage is of station nearby, veg restaurants nearby & the accessibility to move around in Mumbai easily. Though the rooms are not very spacious but good for the price deals that's available online.
