Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom size was also big. It is in Dadar in good locality. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very delicious and good. They also provide taxi services if someone wants to opt.

The place is nice if you wanna have a short stay and it’s near Dadar station and Dadar market so you can go for shopping anytime. Rooms are clean and just fine. The food is also nice. But the morning shift receptionist is just too too rude and not doing his job properly. Our room wasn’t ready till 6:30 pm when the checkin time is 2pm. He kept on delaying in handing over the key. We booked two rooms, so we got one room before time by paying extra but the other was still occupied so went out for a bit and when we came back we got to know that he gave our other room to someone else for the time being and then handed over the key so so late. The room wasn’t even clean after the last guest left and they took so much time in all process. The front desk service is just not it. 1/10 for it. Also the general washroom is not clean and smelly. Also one tip buy extra water bottles cause they provide only two small ones, or ask them for normal water in a jug.

Located 5 mins from dadar station this place is good for stay. Though i stayed for few hours my experience here was good. Rooms are comfy and neat. room had everything we needed. Cleanliness is up to mark. Staff is cooperative. Food is very tasty i tried chicken biryani it was tasty. Few cons i experienced were service was very slow. Hourly prices are bit cosly.

The hotel is close to Dadar Railway station. Overall the rooms are small but clean and very smartly designed. There is currently construction happening inside the hotel so you may experience noise of repairings. On the room side the room was very clean and nicely maintained. Food though not allowed from outside you can bring in your own food. You can also order food from the hotel and i think the food I got from hotel was pretty good. Hotel cost can be little on moderate side if I account with the size of rooms given but I'd still say it's far better than other hotels in Dadar East. Staff is quite polite. Very well spoken and well trained. Overall I give it 4 stars.

First of all the hotel is Old and not properly renovated. Rooms are very small for standard catagory. We hired triple occupancy Room which is fair in side but bathroom was so tiny that if you go in then you have to corner yourself to open the door. Also hot water was promised and finally the water which was coming out of the tap was not warm than drinking water. In bathroom there were insects coming out continuously which was really irritating (refer pics for this). Breakfast in the menu is absent. Poha is Rs. 150 and Aloo Paratha is Rs. 100 which not enough for normal eating person. I have travelled a lot of places in india and abroad as well but I never saw Check-in timing is 14:00 Hours. AC ka photo nikalna bhul gaya but it was generations old and not at all capable of cooling room in summer for sure. Overall not at all a place to stay with family. Actually the prices are of 3 star catagory and hotel is totally Budget catagory.

The hotel is a building site. Workers on our floor using power tools from 09:30 to 20:30, and when we got home at midnight on the ground floor. There are signs around the hotel that outside food is forbidden. The restaurant is closed, but we were told room service was until 2am. When I called at midnight we were told nothing was available. Further, we asked to move rooms away from the building site which they did- but not until 2pm, so by the time we’ve had a quick shower and got out to explore Mumbai we will have spent most of the day messing around at the hotel- and we’re only here for two full days! Staff are very friendly but the management shouldn’t be selling rooms without telling people about all the loud building work that’s going on.

CONS!! They ask for early payment online and promise to give you room early morning when you there you are treated differently!! DONT ACCEPT TO BE DEBITED FROM YOUR CARD THIS HOTEL IS PURE CONNING I DONT KNOW WHY INDIANS HAVE THIS ATTITUDE OF ALWAYS PUTTING MONEY FIRST!!

Good Experience staying in this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and the stay was comfortable. Positives are it is nearer to railway station, Dadar TT, easy to get cabs etc. The staff was cordial except the one particular staff member who arrogantly replied when I had asked for early breakfast. But the manager had the courtesy to apologize. Negatives are it is in congested area, no parking space and no good view from the windows. But overall a decent experience

Great Hotel, clean rooms with great furniture design. Near the station and main road. One can easily be reached, budget friendly however the receptionist is a bit low while for check in to the hotel.

I'm on a business trip for a day and it was almost midnight and this is second time i checked-in in Bawa Regency. Staff is very nice, Good service, even the breakfast will be in your room. Love the experience.

Hospitality was on top 👏 We went to book deluxe bedroom but i was with my mother-in-law so they saw it and as she was a patient so they gave us super deluxe bedroom that charged us 6700/- for one night with complimentary breakfast! We were 3 people so everything was complimentary came for everyone the same whether it is dental kit, accessories or breakfast. Room service, housekeeping, everything was amazing super happy with my stay! Surely will come again.😊 (Ps: I have no idea about executive bedrooms or one day bedrooms)

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms have adequate space with basic amenities. Broad Glass window for sufficient daylight. The washroom is a little compact and has only a hand shower with its holder placed overhead. I liked the breakfast, limited options but great taste. The staff was very supportive and polite.

Because of the excellent service they provide, I now stay at the Bawa Regency whenever I visit Bombay. Prime area, good connectivity, quiet location, not too congested, good in-house restaurant, and also in an area with several restaurants nearby. The staff is courteous and polite, and the rooms are immaculate and comfortable; there is no comparison at this price point.

A reasonable decent stay. Had a family stay over two nights. Located at a walking distance from Dadar station. Rooms are pretty well & large enough to occupy 2 guests. (Note: They charge extra for water bottle in the room they call it as minibar; recommended to get a bisleri from outside it will cost you 20₹, they will charge 100₹ for the same.) You will not get any wow window view from any of the room.

It's good hotel with good food options . For short stay highly recommended. Had a bad experience during check out for stained bed sheet due to faulty iron given by the staff . They weren't bother a garment which got spoiled because of same thing .

Stayed there for 3 days. Best place to stay in south Mumbai. Near to Railway station. Taxi stand is also just few steps away. Rooms are good enough in size. They have just went thru renovation. The quality of food is awesome. You will find Mr Shrinath at reception who is always smiling and ready to help you in anything. Waiters and other housekeeping staff is very much trained. You will not find any other Hotel in Dadar which is in compitition with Bawa regency.

This is not a 2 star hotel as some reviews have shown. The rooms while a bit small are v smartly done, all amenities are v clean and the management is very professional. Food is also v good. Currently it's undergoing a new build to add more rooms, so the passage to the lift is a bit dusty.

Decent food but it stops there. Non functional Wi-Fi, electricity issues, mosquitoes in room. Do not recommend if you are writing any exam. To be fair, they gave me a room change after one night but nowhere near the worth of money they are charging
