In my whole life i haven't seen such a bad hotel. It is so bad that sometimes I felt that this hotel has been intentionally made so worse. In the entire hotel there is absolutely no ventilation. Even terrace is covered with some plastics. Rooms in this hotel are extremely extremely small, and with no ventilation one can imagine the stay. Staff are mix but mostly not humble or friendly. Most of them don't care at all wether you wish to come back for another stay or not( typical desi business style).

Worst experience ...!!! Not good very poor service. Not good for couple. Very pathetic service. Rooms is very dirty & Very small. Washroom was smelling. No Kitchen. After 8.30pm no one will answer from reception. Even we called 3 times for water bottle no response. Not worth it.

Room was small and cosy. Breakfast was awesome like they had variety of options. Daily cleaning was done. They had tea/coffee maker. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. And location is prime near to metro station Overall I had a pleasant stay at leafio

The rooms are tiny. If you are claustrophobic or are scared of small places then do not take this place because the rooms are really small.

Small & clean rooms. Rooms has no window. Breakfast spread not huge but tasty. They don't have room service and in house kitchen to serve lunch/dinner/anything. No tea/coffee maker in room. There is dispense for tea/coffee in 4th floor people can use that. For any food requirement you have to depend on Swiggy/Zomato also they don't deliver it to room and not provide cutlery to have food at your room with ease. Which I feel very inconvenient. I asked for just 1hr extension to front office he denied and said we have to charge you for that. If we are for 1N stay then it is recommendable otherwise no second time stay. Only best part is neat and clean room.

Good for solo travelers and to manage flight layover at Mumbai. Welcoming staff, small but tidy room, good coonectivity to both terminals of Mumbai Airport.

Price is low and location is excellent. No food service available in hotel and only breakfast is served. Rooms are small and has very little space other than bed.

Best location and perfect offering for business travellers. Don't expect grand amenities or offerings but whatever exists is just enough. Perfect location to reach out to any business district around. Value for money place by all means.

Location wise excellent hotel. Enough for 2 persons. 1 queen size bed, working desk and nice bath room. Very reasonable price for location.

It was good in terms of location, but rooms and service was not good. Hotel is clean but you need to check rooms before they allot, there are chances of bad or worst room condition some time. Room size not that good (very small). Issue with AC. Double bed means 2matress on one bed 🤣.

The rooms are very small. And when I say very, trust me only one bed fits somehow. No wardrobe, no window. Two single beds were joined to make a big one. Overall clean rooms and nice staff.

Hotel rooms are very compact and congested. Was surprised to see there was no storage at all for keeping your clothes. We had booked the room for 3 days and there was no enough space keep the luggage. Rooms doesn't have electric cattle. There is no fan, no window and hence no proper ventilation. Only 1 ton of AC installed in the room. It's at distance from the bed. Hence initially you feel hot and suffocated. After few hours room gets so much chilled that you feel like turning off AC. But since there is not window or fan, you are not left with any other choice. Location of this hotel is at prime area of sakinaka junction. There are good hotels nearby. However this location is always congested due to heavy traffic Over all, hotel is good only for short stay. If you are looking for multi night stays, avoid this hotel

Best place to stay in mumbai near airport. Rooms are little small but adequate for two. Service is very nice and location is good as well. Price and ambience wise the hotel is a above par. The front office and reception management is very very good. The supporting staff is also very nice. However, the dining area has lot of scope for improvement. Overall highly recommended place for family trips.

Good open air banquet Hall. Good service and food. Toilets are not clean though.

We have booked this place for a very special occasion. It was my nephew's first birthday celebration. We have booked their rooftop hall. Thank you so much team for all the arrangements as per our expectations. Though it was a surprise party to our family, each and everyone was impressed. From the birthday theme to decor to food quality and the management, we highly appreciate it. Sorry to mentioned, but service is very very poor. One, no breakfast facility, no network connectivity, TV not working . Room accessorizes very poor. Don't book rooms in this hotel. money will b totally vasted.

Nice hotel in the heart of Andheri. Only issue is small rooms. And poor lights in the lobby
