Worst experience i ever had in my whole life. The hotel was unhygienic, no lifts available, services were worst, receptionist was rude, hotel was stinking, everything was as poor and worst as it could be. We checked out immediately after seeing all this that was not at all what it looked in the photos and online. But i had paid the advance for 6 days, so I talked to the customer service and receptionist and they said as you are checking out within 2 hours so we will deduct 3 days price and will refund remaining amount, but they never refunded the amount. I called and followed up with them more than 15-20 times but no proper response and now they are telling " in our system you have stayed for whole period" so why is the refund. This is so disgusting, unprofessional, unethical, nonsense behaviour. I will never suggest anyone to stay in Fab hotels. It is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

Overall the stay is good, but the price of the room is not justified with respect to the room size. Secondly tissue, slippers not available in the room, extension lines not working. Hotel not having his own pantry so either you have to take your meals outside or order from the room, for which hotel itself order from the nearby shops .

A decent option for a couple of nights stay.

This hotel is located at prime location. I recommend not to avail breakfast at this hotel while you are booking online or offline. It’s cost you 100 rs but they serve pav bhaji or poha in a very little quantity which won’t be enough for a 10 year kid as well. If you are a non smoker then this is not a good one because you get cigarette smell continuously in the first floor. I have requested for 2 hrs extra time to check out and they have asked 1000 INR. This is y I don’t recommend this hotel.

Trust me , one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed. - Poor location ( Feels you are in slum area) - dirty room ( especially bathroom) - No privacy ( even if you sneezing , the person stay in his room can hear it ) - Better to stay at airport or anywhere else .

Overall a very uncomfortable stay. Firstly, there’s no lift in the hotel with such big stair steps. The rooms had no window, literally no window. You won’t realize whether it’s daytime or night outside. It’s that dingy. The staff is so slow, we had to call them 4 times to get a water bottle. And when you ask them why they haven’t sent anything till now, they act as if we never asked. Pathetic room service!! The AC in our room kept making such loud and disturbing noises that we had to switch it off to get sleep. And it was supposed to be an executive room. If you are looking for a budget hotel near airport for a few hours to get freshen up and some rest go for it. Otherwise it’s just not a place to be.

We had faced a lot of inconvenience here. The service was good but the rooms are very congested. When we demanded for a refund since we had to check out 3 days early, the receptionist said that one days price will be refunded, but later they changed their rule and said no amount will be refunded. We only recieved the price of the upgrade which is 1000 rupees. There were even cockaroaches on the beds and table. But the pictures shown in the site are really clean and spatious. This was really unhygienic and unacceptable for us as a family. Please do read the reviews if you dont want to be at loss.

Duplex Room is very small sized. Hotel staff including receptionist are very rude,cheap people. They show no respect towards guest.

No elevator, poor service (the help doesn't even knock the door, and enter of their own accord; keep doors locked at all times). I was charged 1000 extra when a friend of mine came to visit my room for a couple of hours (it counts as a guest apparently).

Location wise good situated very near to Sakinaka metro station at Andheri East all kinds of transport available to reach any part of Mumbai. Room is ok equipped with all standard amenities. The bathroom is good fitted with geyser and room AC is also good. Only missing things are electric kettle with coffee and tea pouches.

I stayed in Hotel Amour for 8 days. Hotel rooms are pretty small but decent ones. Room service and house keeping are good. They serve a good breakfast. But if you are travelling for work and you intend to leave for work in the morning around 8-830 AM then you have to skip the breakfast as they serve it around 9 AM. Also I was told by the manager at the reception that as per the hotel policy they don't provide the complimentary water bottle if you directly book the rooms, they only provide if you book it on any Apps like booking.com etc. That was bit weird.

Fab Aster team, I was room booked last day on 12 may 2022 and I reached morning 8am at your hotel sakinaka. Here no room available. My payment already done. Whats this worth service, and here people behavior very bad.

The place is good for staying. Though outside of the hotel is not that good. People stare, smoke on the side of the road,etc. One thing is good that its very near to sakinaka metro which is easily accessible if one wants to travel from metro. It's near the highway so don't need to search much for the hotel.

I find it very convenient for the airport being only about 3 kilometres away, plus it is close to sakinaka metro station making it easy to get down to the south of Mumbai. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean and if not right at the front is quiet which is very welcome. For a major city it is reasonably priced and the reception staff are excellent, helpful and friendly.

The room was poor. Very congested. The wall was made around the cot. Soo congested room. The staff was not wearing any mask when handling food. The person sitting in the reception was not friendly. I had to stay in this place for one month as a part of my quarantine at Mumbai. And there are many who stay quarantine in this hotel.

Very convenient location near the airport. Don’t pay more than 100 rupees with a Ricksha from Chattapathy Shivaji Airport. Room was ready and clean, staff was helpful and accomodating. Everything was great for the price, and well connected as the metro is around the corner. I would come back.

Not a good experience! After a long backpackers trip, we went for a 30 roepie hotel room. Unfortunately the rooms where isolated so bad, that we could here EVERYTHING! The staff was so so loud with walking around, screaming and talking very loud, and where stil doing dishing around 04:00!! We where so tired after the night. DON’t GO!

Literally the worst ever hotel. We were a group of 10-12 people and we stayed there for 4 days. I found used condoms in my room behind the curtains, and a huge rat at 3am. Rather than helping , the hotel staff started blaming us for it. Smelly place, and very bad food. Service is really bad, I hope this place shuts down for good because that experience gave us trauma. There are many good hotels nearby, please don't stay here. They gave us dirty pillows and bed sheets, and they also lost my friend's tshirt which was given for laundry.

Breakfast was inclusive for my booking but i was offered pasta as breakfast... We from karnataka dont eat pasta as breakfast, i requested the property to change the menu but they refused, i had booked for total 12 persons. 4 rooms

Small but clean room. Bed was just ok ok. Very crowded but accessible area. Good for tourists interested in going out and just need a safe and clean place for spending a night or two.

The receptionist was very rude. He was asking for extra money while checking. I didn't pay the extra amount he started fighting and pushing away. I had my fiancee with me, he didn't have any manners. All the incident is recorded in the hotel cctv camera.

We found cockroach in room and breakfast was tasteless. Only 1 towel was provided in a couple room. Staff is okay okay. Rooms are very cramped up and washroom are not in good shape.

Roaches all over the place. Is it a Fab hotel??!! We fell for the fake branding. No lift. No restaurant. Terrible surroundings. The next door asbestos sheet guy starts handling his stuff 7 in the morning and that's it, u can't sleep no more. Rooms have no ventilation and smell musty. Suffocating. Absolutely not recommendable. AC when switched on throws out smelly air.

Perks: room is next to metro station Sami Nala. Cons: Hotel is literally in a slum. Room size is insanely small, rooms stink of either old AC smell or cigarette. They have geyser but hot water runs out in less than 30 seconds. I’d never recommend this place to any of my friends.

I'm still waiting for 1) the refund details. 2) Why the cancellation date (15-Jan-2023) was not taken for counting 5-7 days policy instead you have taken 19-Jan-2023 3) The same was not mentioned while cancelling the booking through the app 4) Why does your helpline option only work for New Registration and not for other queries 5) Why my refund details are not reflecting in your application. If my query cannot be resolved at this level. Kindly provide the details as to where I can sort this issue. Emails, social platforms anything. I'm looking forward to getting my refund at the earliest. Hope to get detailed response and not some one liner mail to close the issue.

The hotel is an above average budget hotel, located in the prime location very near to Sakinaka metro station Andheri. The room has basic facilities and they are good enough for a basic stay. Breakfast is below average and it is only served in the room. Cleanliness, service/responsiveness from staff all were good.
