Excellent Hotel ,Good breakfast,Nice interior of the room,helpfull staff,Neat and Clean rooms Hygene of the rooms are well maintained,Even the toilet amd baathrooms are also very clean,on the terrace they have a small restaurant and very nice sitting arrangements,in this restaurant they usually arrange breakfast with selected buffet items,They also allow in room dining,offers payable tea and coffee,Overall a good hotel

Hotel itself is pretty decent. Good clean Room and Nice Staffs and OK breakfast buffet. All the famous eateries in Mohammed Ali Road is very nearby. Chor Bazar is at walkable distance. Mosques nearby. Only issue I felt is the location. Being it just 100-200m from the famous Mohammed Ali Road, the place is very crowded and noise pollution because of honking is at its hight And just outside the hotel is open air butchery shop.

Very very good hotel with extraordinary facilities ....in affordable price....3 star room facilities with awesome breakfast. ....I think this is the best hotel in Mohhamad Ali road....advice to every one who want to stay near masjid bander or mohd Ali road should stay in hotel Fatima palace.....fridge, digital locker available in room....

Most Recommend /- We booked two superior Rooms for 5 days , our experience was fabulous, it’s located next to the busy street Mohammed Ali road, you can’t take the the taxi down to hotel . The hotel is super duper clean and hygienic , all toilets are extremely clean and Rooms were super spacious, hot water was available 24 hrs and especially the reception desk and all the staff was very helpful, once I had asked for help at 3:00 am but still they came and sorted it out. Even if they don’t have that item they will arrange some how to u .

Neat and clean area, supporting staff, quality food available and very reasonable rates for AC luxurious room facilities, comfortable for family also. Vary near to all famous markets and places of mumbai.

The way to hotel is from Local Cattle Shops market, where you'll see Cutting Chickens and Meat on the way. If you are pure vegetarian than this place is not good for you. Otherwise everything is better inside hotel. and service is excellent. Rooms are good.

Very Bad hotel in Mumbai, basically Hotel Entrance, very dangerous hotel entrance, if you will staying in hotel entrance a 01 second, u diffently boomting you, also there is no work any mobile provider NETWORK inside of hotel room, room rent is very high this 3Rd grade hotel, don't go plz.

It is well maintained hotel, I was shocked and surprise after stepping inside lobby. Reason ... to have a nice hotel in such local market 😷😣. We can feel two different atmosphere and environment

This is a value for money hotel. Welcoming reception and clean rooms with OK bathrooms. Only the access is through a lane where meat is sold, so it is a bit smelly. Otherwise all good.

Worst Service Hotel..... We Are Trying To connect With Them From last 1.5 month..... They are fooling us that we don't take booking before 1.5 month.... Call us before 15 days , we call them before 15 days they said that call us before 5 days, and before 5 days they said call us before 2 days.... Now they are saying Hotel Is Full.... And they are saying we don't said you that call us before 2days... Don't do Booking with them they are cheap category people and don't know how to serve guest .......
