FAKE pictures.. rooms don't look like this in reality.. just stayed there for one night it was an horrible experience.. toilet seat was broken, broken switches, cracked walls.. dull interiors (only their entrance looks luxurious) rest all is just a lie.. DO NOT ever visit.. located in very shabby area with weird staff.. Horrible experience

Pathetic hotel, they charge for basic amenities like water bottle. Newborn cockroaches/bed bug infestation. Only plus point is its proximity to CSMT station. Dingy and moist rooms! You might even get fungal infection, stay at your own risk!

First of all, the location of hotel is good as business point of view. But honestly the staff of hotel are cheap in character and making fun of their guests. My suggestion is find other hotels near by, if you don't want to suffer & make yourself uncomfortable with family.

All photos are fake very bad experience they are liers rooms were small and no window. Ac not working bathroom not properly working very bad hotel staff.I'll suggest not to visit. Specially for family and couples. Very bad culture. They also got delisted on OYO for bad customer experience.

It's inside a gully area. AC won't work. Android TV is there. Free wifi . Service is not good.

The room shown while booking was good but in actuality it was not good. No proper room service. AC, TV remote not working. You Have to pay for water bottle. Found a cockroach and bed bugs in the room. Overall experience was not good as per the price

Worst service,the room which I booked they not given that room but they given another room .In this hotel kitchen is also not there,For room cleaning cleaner is also not coming we have to call them.In room phone is also not there.In one word bakwas room and services. DON'T book this hotel.They are looter.According to the price room is not there,room is not value for money.Hotel receptionist is misbehaving and very rude .They are looter.worst service worst hotel.

The pictures are fake, in reality the rooms are very small, unclean and the paint on the walls are flaking off. No parking facility and no breakfast options. The road to the room is very congested and not recommended for cars. The location is very shady. Not worth the money we paid.

This Hotel is not maintaining their rooms. the rooms are old and old and ugly. Very poor condition... They should focus on maintenance of rooms. In my room the did not gav any towel, the TV remote is not working, bed site cussing is damaged, the hot water facility is not available.

This place was atrociously bad. The location is shady, building is dilapidated, maintained is shabby, room is unclean, sheets are unwashed, walls are moldy and feels super unsafe. The room is so tiny that one cannot even step down from the bed from either side. Terrible experience- I don’t wish it upon anyone.

Waste of money, it's not worthy. They don't clean the room, broken electric sockets, a/c doesn't work properly.

Charged Over price for single room for one day , AC worked fine . room looks good but a few cockroaches roam in room

Near to CST Railway Station but in the crowded street and the service was not satisfactory. Our room was pre-booked with them but even after that they didn't provide the room to us till 6 pm.

Awesome experience at the hotel. Staffs are really helpful. Thanks to Pankaj and Chandan for the awesome stay. They even let us stay for 2-3 hours in the waiting room as our train was in late evening. The rooms are good for 2 people but it can be a bit congested if there are 3 people in one room The rooms and washroom are clean and the famous CST hotel is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. Nice experience.

The hotel is in the best location if you want to stay in the heart of Mumbai City. The hotel is close to the CST station & is inside the lane on Modi road. Hotel does not have a restaurant. Rooms are small but comfortable with simple amenities. Rate is a bit high for the service.

I have booked through makemytrip, hotel is nothing special, hotel room wall paint is cracked, cleanliness is also nothing special. The hotel is a bit cheap. The behavior of the hotel staff is also not that good.

Value for money, though one important request, kindly make windows or vents in rooms, it feels too suffocating after 3-4 hrs

I had booked this hotel on make my trip with early check in request but when I reached there at 7:45 am in the morning , the manager MR. Prakash Ambedkar talked to me in a very rude tone and said that there are no rooms available and if you want one then you will have to pay extra charges of early check in but I had already paid the charges for early check in at the time of booking the hotel . Very pathetic experience.. manager is out of his mind..suffered a lot!

Ac was not working, room way too small, unclean and unkempt. No dining area, coffee, tea and water all chargeable. No kitchen as well, breakfast was provided from roadside location. Bathroom door was not closing.

The hotel is pretty decent. It's value for money if you don't have high expectations. As it is in close proximity to most of the well known places it provides ease and flexibility of travel. The rooms are small with nearly no natural ventilation but that's what you get in your budget. The air-condition makes up for the less ventilation and the interior are soothing.

Don't expect too much... Rooms are very compact... Hotel is hard to find... There is no lift soo you need to adjust with loong chairs... And if you are planning to get 3 persons in one room... Then very bad choice... Try some other hotel...
