The residence hotel is a part of hotel RAMADA and convention center is one of best business hotel located in Powai. 16 Km away from Borivali East and 11 km to domestic Airport. A Good Business Hotel with upgraded with all morden amenities. Good night life with live bar excellent ambicious and location. Recommend for Quality time spend with family and business trip for meetings and official work. kindly check pics for further reference.

Bed, bed linen and other amenities in the room are great. They made everything nice, except for odd step to bathroom. May be specific to this first floor room. Unfortunately key card doesn't work so had to be accompanied by a staff to open with master key. Good night sleep for a night though. Restaurant seems to be average.

Stayed at the property as a part of a marriage function. The rooms are spacious but the layout of the room (at least where I stayed) was a little awkward. For instance, the dressing table wasn't well lit and the almirah wasn't suitably placed. The restaurant spread is good and the food is awesome. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Lot of construction / renovation work was in progress and was a put-off but I hope that it will be for better. The swimming pool is common between two properties of the same group and us just OK. Drinking water and life guard are recommended as a must. Despite a lot of publicity about non-chemical pool and ozonizer, the water didn't seem to be right. The management needs to deliberately focus on making the property better.

Good place for dinner, especially when you wish to try a hell lot of things on a buffet. They serve both Veg and Non Veg starters directly from the kitchen. The best thing on the buffet was Mutton Stew. Good taste and the meat was also soft and tender. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick and efficient. Just a suggestion, should add beverages on buffet.

The residence hotel in Powai. Have been visiting this hotel is 2014. Great place to stay at. Not much facilities. And the surrounding aren't really great. But the hotel is wonderful. You can indulge yourself in a swim to beat the summer heat. Great meals provided. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. Extremely courteous staff. Front office was extremely friendly and helpful. Pre uber days. Hailing a taxi was only possible through the front office. But that issue doesn't exist anymore. Not much of a view as there is some slums around the place. I had to keep my curtains drawn at all times. Because there was a chicken shop just outside the window. Good comfortable beds. Nice shower with a bath tub. A safe also is provided. House keeping was great. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a nice safe not much frills place.

The Residence with its well mannered and friendly staff along with top notch rooms is a must stay. The pool is completely chlorine free and well kept. The gym is also really good. One can never have a single complaint about the food as well. Overall this hotel goes beyond its way to give you ,one might even say a 10 star experience by its standards.

The place is not clean.. We cannot give any stars to this hotel. Foul smelling corridors and teared bed spreads.. Couldn't stay for a night though. The rooms have cigar smell. Food is OK and hygiene is not maintained in rooms. The lift closes even before you enter and I have personal experience of getting stuck between doors twice.someone have to come for rescue. They are charging close to five star but very poor.

Quite far from the airport but the surroundings are awesome... Had a great stay

This place is located within Ramada premises but runs by different management, only thing common between these 2 properties is the common swimming pool. I stayed here for 2 nights from 14th to 16th Nov and it was under construction property that moment. There was strong paint smell and life was not working due to some maintenance work. The room was good but there was water supply problem next day and even after requesting 3 times they haven't cleaned my room next day. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone, better to stay in Ramada.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Good full fledged service Apts with all aminities. Old building but still maintained by Renaissance Marriott group. Close to airport and center place to both Eastern and western area. Buffet breakfast was good with wife spread options. No room service as its service Apts

The management and staff at the residency took personally upon themselves to make sure of the comfort of the guests. MR Chetan Rajkat has been extremely cooperative, service with smile and has never shown disregard to any guest whether young,old or teenageHis approach towards hotel management in almost perfect. Ha s the ability to drive the staff towards achieving desired results. Thr food was always a delicious sight and people seem to enjoy- we had wonderful time be it breakfast,lunch or dinner.The staff in the restaurant very humble and polite. Room service always ready to keep the place neat and clean with the aminities that are required Housekeeping equally followed the pattern Once again we must emphasise the leadership provided by Mr Rajkat worth envey God bless all and let the good work continue

It is a very old hotel and the service isnt great.. The room keys don't work (supposedly because it was kept with the mobile), there are just two very small lifts out of which one was out of service for quite a but causing huge wait times. The rooms were clean though. The breakfast was average (they put soy sauce instead of maple syrup with pancakes and tried to justify how it was maple syrup!!!)

This place is located near powai lake. Aproach road is little congested but Hotel is good. Very well maintained room with good facilities. You won't regret of the price you pay. Everything is in place, clean rooms, view from terrace is so so. Would highly recomend to opt for breakfast while booking, they have very very good range of bf items starts from continental, south indian, fruits, juices milk shakes, dry fruits, live dosa counter. Best place if you are on a business trip, for personal it may be a bit higher in price

Usually corporate retreat for seminars etc. The convention Hall is on the other side of the pool. Breakfast and dinner in hotel. Lunch at convention center. Chlorine free pool, swimming trunks available for purchase. Skyy Bar and resteraunt at top of convention center is very aesthetically built.
