Stayed here recently during a business trip. Very good hotel. Room was comfortable with all needed amenities. Food was delicious, especially Indian cuisine and an amazing breakfast spread. Staff was prompt in attending to requests throughout. The hotel location is very convenient if staying downtown. All in all, definitely recommended and will visit again.

Cozy rooms, albeit a bit old, from my experience when I stayed with them on a couple of occasions. Seems the hotel is aware of this, and there was a note on the desk saying that there was some scheduled upkeep in progress (the note itself seemed quite old, perhaps to accentuate the effect). Decent food. Would recommend the in-house spa, with the staff especially accommodating to suggest treatments that fit your schedule. Spa manager Mary was very helpful. However, points off for what seems to me to be thin walls for such a hotel. The second time I stayed, it seemed there was some commotion in the adjacent room, which I found to be annoying. I understand that the hotel cannot control how its guests behave, but I would have expected the soundproofing to be better.

Even before arriving, they answered every question I emailed them- the stay was lovely- the staff was always available to help with directions or getting a ride set up. The experience was great. Breakfast was too much good and fantastic .hospitality was amazing I was totally amazed from such experience. My visit was for 10 day . Spend my evening in garden too peaceful . Room was too big and spacious which I didn’t expected. The shower was great in bathtub. Overall it was a 5 star experience in my opinion

Truly awesome service. I've been there a few times, and even after returning after a few years break it continues putting the guests first. The offering at the rooftop or the top quality restaurants round this up to a great stay. They changed all the single-use plastics to reusable packaging, especially avoiding many, many plastic water bottles every day.

A typical 5 star hotel but definitely has room for improvement. Rooms are nice. Front staff needs a training for sure. No courtesy to wish customers ( always found them to be busy on phones). Check out and check-in both delayed. Still not received the e-invoice ! Breakfast menu is repetitive. Lobby is small. The building is nice and has an architectural element which makes the design beautiful. Overall OK but St.Regis, another few minutes from here is a better value for money.

Excellent food, classy rooms and brilliant spread for breakfast. Lunch was again a large buffet spread. Luxury hotel that was worth it. Really happy to see all the green efforts, steps towards plastic reduction and sustainability being thoughtfully undertaken in this and across other ITC hotels. Just make sure you have Google map location on, if you don't know the place, as the cab driver is bound to confidently take you to another similar-sounding adjoining star hotel by mistake (!) I had organized an event here and the team was supportive and courteous all through. Would definitely recommend!

Truly a luxury hotel. Great breakfast spread. Spacious rooms with view. Nice seating area. Breakfast spread was good. Worth mention was their service which was prompt. Pool n sauna were good too. Their city view lounge was good too. Only drawback was construction was going on all the days so it was difficult to get some nap in the afternoon. The hammering n drilling didn't stop despite requesting.

I found the hotel staff to be polite and courteous. They respond well to your queries. Laundry services is good and hassle free. Food is offered in a really wide variety of dishes, all well prepared. Gym and swimming pool is available. it's world class hospitality.

Few people from the staff are super cooperative. Being an Event manager I can truly vouch for the support staff and the on ground team. However, the sales team was not soft spoken. Overall the experience was good. Giving an over-all 4 star rating because of the food and the support staff.

Opulent, well-furnished rooms, COVID protocols being respected & the staff was ever-smiling & keen to serve all our requests. However, one thing that needs to be addressed is the bottleneck in seating guests for breakfast at Hornby's in the morning. There does not seem to be enough capacity.

What a beautiful property with really caring staffs. We had not even requested them for cake as it was my sister's birthday. They still got us a delicious piece of cake. It was really sweet texture. The room was too comfortable

Went there to attend a family function. The moment you enter the glass gate after the security check, you know you are in a special place. The interiors are immaculately done. The staff are v polite, welcoming, smiling and friendly. Some items are delicious. The food is very good overall.

Itc grand central Stayed here after first lockdown when hotel and everything started. Stayed here for two days. So tried morning breakfast and some room service also. Food was super good and morning breakfast spread was very huge. And u can get everything for veg and non veg. Service was super good staff is very good. They take care very good. Very beautiful property to stay.
