Good stay with Great rooms. Feels safe and family oriented hotel. Hospitality is fine. Dnt expect 'A' class service. The staff is really rude with regards to check-out. (It like fine your stay is done now get out.) They call you at the last minute of check-out yelling to leave the room. Obviously we are leaving but if you need the room for next guest you should have the courtesy to inform your guest that we are booked, Please consider being on time and late check-out won't be entertained.

We have booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 days and here is my review and suggestion to others: Check In: Way of welcoming guests is too bad and tap filled water bottles were given only after asking. Rooms: No cleaning done on 2nd day by room service staff and bit of weird behavior by staff Overall: Not worth the money they charge and staff is not at all friendly

it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so many different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a madman from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable "I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available", he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

The hotel is actually in first floor.I searched bit to find the hotel, as it is not visible from the road. The room was good, clean & well maintained. Room was bit noisy because of the traffic outside. The breakfast was a good one. Staff was really nice to me.

Beautiful hotel ambience and excellent food. Especially, the amazing services by the staff. They're really welcoming and friendly. The levels of cleanliness I experienced here is remarkable. All these at affordable rates and very good location. No doubt, I'm visiting Hotel Royal Castle only whenever I'm visiting Mumbai again.

Had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff was very helpful. The place was also very clean and hygienic. I believe this was the best place in this price range. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Too small room. no window, no ventilation. no sound proof (whole night some sound from upper levels, late night, almost whole night people interaction sound). too big window AC and exhaust fan sound. No parking. overall unsatisfactory. Location was good and convenient, staff was supportive.

The stay was excellent & the staff was really helpful & supportive. Cleanliness and hygiene were on point & the food was good too. In this price range there can be no better facility in the area.

The upto-the-mark facilities and services, including timely check-ins, helped me avoid hassles and eased my schedule. And the best thing is the location of the hotel. Everything is very near to the hotel. I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel premises. The centralised and easily accessible location made commutes very easy. I would recommend Hotel Royal Castle to anyone visiting Mumbai, for the remarkable services offered at such affordable rates. I'm definitely goingย to stay in the Hotel Royal Castle for any future trip to Mumbai.

Decent Average stay. Bit over priced. Only thing best about this hotel is its location . They charge you this much only for this but the rooms were not worth this cost. Pet friendly - but they wonโ€™t respect it . The receptionist was good and helping . Decent service and food . Wi-Fi was good. Parking is paid ( Rs 300 per day ) the parking was like 500 metres away from the hotel outside a building . Felt safe only. Rooms - It was little smelly when we entered. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise adding to the Street noise from outside. The complementary breakfast was not provided the second day to us - purely the managements negligence - and after a fight they just refunded 200rs for 2 persons. No power backup. There was a power shutdown in the night by 12 30 and they made us wait one hour and easily gave another room after that . We were to shift all things midnight to another place . They never did anything else about it .

Good hotel, near to everything in Mumbai. The rooms are clean and tidy, and fairly modern. Staff are very helpful and always around to answer questions. Road can be a little noisy but soon can block it out.

wanted an early check in but Manager was asleep took a long time to attend. On arrival gave us a room smelling of smoke. We asked for an alternative they gave us one in the attic I think.this is illegal as the stairs are so narrow will never survive in a fire. The aircon was noisy and blasted on the face. Bathroom was just ok, very basic. This is a very budget hotel and what they charge is not worth it . Pay a little more and go to Krishna Hotel down the road. I have photographs of the place but cannot upload.

Hello Everyone, Frankly speaking hotel is not safe for couples stay as there are security issues. I stayed in room no. 25 & 101. 25 was ok but in 101 no inside lock was working properly. No one should speak of ethics in this world of hypocrisy. Jai Hind ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Hare Krishna ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ.

This is my third visit to Royal Castle. First two times my husband & I checked in while we travelled from Bangalore to Mumbai for leisure/visa purpose. Had booked a Deluxe suite with all the amenities & the entire stay experience was peaceful. The hotel is very clean, service prompt, friendly staffs with a wonderful owner. Located in prime area it is just so apt & convenient for everything. Food lovers, plenty of food joints around within few meters & Grandmamaโ€™s Cafe right downstairs. Currently staying in lower Parel while waiting for my 2nd dose of vaccination for an international travel. Few days back got my flat deep cleant so I had to stay out for 48 hours, the first thing i thought was of Royal Castle. I checked in again and enjoyed the stay here. I would recommend Hotel Royal Castle to everyone & I would love to visit again. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

I visit Moc kemps corner regularly and also need to visit Bhatia Hospital. This hotel is located close to both of them. Rates are reasonable, cleanliness is good, staff is cooperative.

We visited the hotel last week. The entire staff was very rude & arrogant. There was no cutlery or crockery in the room. When we asked them for the same we were told that there is no restaurant, only a pantry. We were then provided with 1cup for 2 persons for tea, no spoon. When asked again for another set they were very annoyed. Wouldnโ€™t advice anyone to go there, nor will I go even if offered for free. Never seen such arrogance.

Great location and very clean rooms. The water was consistently hot and shower pressure great, which matters a lot and not always the case in similar prices hotels. Located just above McDonaldโ€™s and an 8 min walk from ghandiโ€™s house. 20 mins /130INR ride to chow patty beach or the big mall.

It was a budget friendly hotel. But there is a foul smell in the room which was so annoying. The room size is also small.

Small claustrophobic rooms but neat and clean. Bathroom was small but very clean and nice fittings. Noisy AC and fans. But for that price and area, can't ask for much. No buffet breakfast options but you can ask for breakfast. Recommended for budget stay.

Used this facility for a night when I had to take an early morning train from Bombay Central. A bit difficult to locate, as the name board is not conveniently placed. There is a Mac on the ground floor, which was recently opened. Very small and cramped rooms, but neatly maintained. The toilet flooring was new. Not a professional reception. Pocket friendly. Taxis are available just outside, round the clock. I could count atleast 10 bar cum restaurants in 100 m radius. Go with low expectations.
