One of the worst hotels I have been to. The staff (managers) are mannerless and are full of some fake pride!!! These guys have ruined 2 dresses in the laundry (shirt burnt while ironing and I found red stains on my grey jeans) and on complaining, they would act as if they are doing a favour by fixing their mistake. For the shirt they compensated Rs. 500 in the bill and for the jeans, they made it worse by bleaching it and rubbing the jeans harshly to remove the stains!

Our one-night stay at Hotel Regal Enclave Khar (W) was pleasant, with a welcoming front room and polite, helpful staff. Looking forward to our next visit! Keep up the great work!

Feedback ONLY on the RESTAURANT ( Ground floor). Never been to this hotel before, Dropped in for some snacks today evening. Pros: 1. Food quality good, price decent 2. Neat, hygenic Cons: 1. They seem so used to ONLY room service, that between taking my order and serving me, no one cred to serve water, or switch on the AC . I was left alone, with a makhhi buzzing aroung my table. 2 . two of them asked me if i was a hotel guest, and I denied. They got the bill, which had a Room No and a Guest name ( not mine!) mentioned. That's fishy. 3. Its a basic tradition to get the bill in a folder or atleast a tray. They did all the transaction hand to hand- a bit off putting. 4. Ain't pleasant to hear kitchen staff quarell loudly.

We had a stay and had a great experience. The staff is very polite and helpful. Room was clean. Ultimately it was worth the money.

Comforts at its best , but over priced

The location of this hotel is very convenient for connectivity to South Mumbai and Mumbai airport through roads and trains. The hotel has good rooms and has good quality food. Both restaurant and in room serving options are available for food. The hotel is near Khar road railway station.

We have just returned back from Bombay after staying in this hotel for a week and it has given me and my family and my family and experience that we would want to forget as a very very very bad dream but will never forget for the rest of our lives . From the moment we stepped into this nightmare on Elm street this joint made very sure that we would regret our decision for the rest of our lives . The rooms were very stuffy even though we had taken multiple rooms , the ACs were not functioning , the flush in the toilet was not working besides being unclean , so they changed our rooms only to find that those were no different. The water bottles they supply are also tap water just refilled in old bottles which even a kid will know , kettle is malfunctional , the internet doesn't work as it goes on/off frequently .When we changed rooms the TV's were not working and also there were no channels to watch , the refrigerator was not in working condition , had to throw away all fruits we brought . Breakfast is of very very mediocre quality to say the least . This is a cheap joint not a hotel ,this is a place only for the couples who come for a day ,read between the lines , and we were the only ones who stayed for a longer duration , unfortunately couldn't more out last moment as there is no refund and felt trapped . All in all if anyone family wants to experience a nightmare which they would remember for life ,welcome for you are in the right place 👏👍💐,trust me on this we have travelled across the globe and also in India but never been as blown away n ghettoized as this way , hey what's that line from the song "Hotel California" 🤔 oh yes ' you can check in anytime you want but you can never leave '😥😩😆

Very poor and rude reciption, very pathetic and tasteless breakfast literally they provided Rasana in breakfast. Rooms are good very bad room service. Not recommended at all.

Dear Team, Stay was really nice and we had great Memories during our stay, One thing we really like to mention about hotel and their team that, they are really helpful bcoz we were arrived little early (infact very early) but they manage to give us room, that was really appreciated, And service is also excellent. This hotel is not worth the price and I don’t understand the high rating. The bed linens/sheets (see photo) are the same quality as you will find in OYO or FAB hotels (FILTHY). I can confirm that the staff attitude needs a boost, especially night shift staff (as commented before by another guest) ***And a bonus: this hotel has cockroaches (see photo) in rooms on the first floor which are near the kitchen!! And it’s still there somewhere crawling in the rooms or kitchen…. This hotel has a lot to do to keep it’s “good rating” before it will drop soon!

Excellent hotel to stay comfortably. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained with all required amenities. Food quality is awesome specifically breakfast and dinner menus. The staff members are well trained and extended v good hospitality and welcoming. The spa centre is very unique and gave me a relaxing feeling. Overall hotel Regal Enclave khar is a perfect place to stay either single or with family. And also a good place to celebrate family get together and events. The Hotel Regal enclave khar is my first choice to stay

I stayed here for a week and I felt that the hotel was being renovated and then left incomplete. The rooms and furniture looks new. But the switches, fan, AC, and washrooms are still old. I faced a lot of problem regarding power socket as there is no power socket near bed so you need to keep your phone away from you. Overall stay wise it is good but not worth the price. Regarding breakfast, it was below average. The taste was okayish, the choice was very limited and most of the dishes were not very preferable for breakfast.

Comfortable place to stay with family. Area z Khar west, a little congested it looks but a good place. You will get 24hrs food service. Food was good except chocolate shake. Room was clean n neat. Staffs were polite and well mannered. Overall our stay with a kid was good enough. I recommend people who comes to Mumbai for visa or business can go for it without any doubt.

This is our preferred property to stay during our Mumbai visits, an excellent hotel in the Khar/BKC/Airport vicinity, a compassionate owner and extremely supportive staff. In-house restaurants provide quality food and the complimentary breakfast is a big plus, this property won't let you down.

Only good thing I experienced was on road side easy to locate. Staff are and service is good.Issue I found is with bathroom very small its very difficult to enter inside bathroom and it would not possible to person who is very fat .Hotel could use slide door that would be ideal way to fix this issue.Food is not that great but just ok. Complimentary break fast that too not so great I did not like taste of curry.

One of the very good options to stay near Airport, especially if your visit is for a day or 2. Std rooms a bit small but comfortable, cleaning can be better at few corners of the room(my stay exp) otherwise beds were clean, neat bathrooms. Tv service are standard, room service for food and beverages is good and land easy in your taste buds; a little high on your pockets for ppl visiting from other states(my self from Hyderabad), but that is same across Mumbai for standard eateries. All in all a pleasant stay in all senses.

These guys are so genuine… The hotel is exactly the same as they showed their room pictures on hotel booking sites … The service provide by the staff are overwhelming. We received a pleasure welcome from the reception itself. Their restaurant food is also tasty and of course the people from other states can enjoy the food. Also they provide a complementary breakfast and that’s yum…. It’s really a worthy place staying there in Mumbai …

Was lovely experience to stay at regal enclave, stayed with my kids for almost a month we had pleasent stay over there, One thing our kids like during our stay at dinning was Chinese (Chk chilly and chk fried rice) Specially, The taste was really authentic, We love to c u again guys, Wish you all the best for future guys

It's a decent hotel. They accept local/in-city guests as well. No restrictions on entry. Family, Friends, couples, solo can book a stay. The reception staff seemed decent. The bell boys however did upset me a little when we walked in late night after a party and they started asking us for our room number. They had no business doing that, we had no luggage or did not need any help. It seemed unnecessary and fishy. Rest is all good. The stay was pleasant.

Location is perfect. But all the rooms are not the same at the same price. Giving 4 stars for the location.
