Very bad experience, poor room service, rude behaviour from checkin staff. Not recommended at all.

Worst Property And Staff. Staff On Reception Is So Rude And His Behaviour Is So Worst. It Was My Mistake I Have Booked For 2 Days And When I Asked Him That I Will Check Out 1 Hour Later He Misbehaved And Said No We Can't Give You Extra 1 Hour. Staff Are Not Good And Rooms Are Not Upto Mark If Compared With The Price. So My Suggestion Is To Not Booked This Property Rest Choice Is Yours.

very nice and clean room. i came here 2 times. now they started their own dining. the breakfast spread is absolutely amazing and delicious. all peoples are very polite and helpful. and also very reasonable. it is situated in the middle of international and domestic Airports. excellent.

Never go to this hotel ever. Worst experience, the manager Imtiaz is extremely unprofessional and speaks in foul language. They even forced us to pay for the stained towels we got. We had booked 20 rooms in this hotel and the reception staff was lurking around on our guests all the time, (even calling one of our guests through intercom after 2 am in night just to confirm his identity). Save your money instead of wasting it here.

The hotel is close to the airport, excellent for the transit passengers. The room was of decent size, washroom and the bed are clean, Indian food restaurants are across the street.Quick response from staffs made me and my wife glad to recommend this place.

Very nice property. Rooms are clean and spacious (super deluxe category). Staff are courteous. Food is good. Shout out to Glen and Mahesh for their managerial expertise.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. My experience with the property manager, Mr. Glen Quiney, was quite disappointing. His communication and attitude were quite rude, which made my stay uncomfortable. Due to this, I won't be considering this property for any future visits.

Poor service ! They don't change bedsheet; give towel with stains on them ; flush does't stops ;soap dispenser nozzle is broken ;don't offer complimentary water bottles ;Room service doesn't clean mirrors .When the reception (female) is informed Of said problems ,all she does is raise eyebrows and nothing . The hotel staff is ignorant and rude at times ( the reception lady) . Won't Ever recommend it to anyone!

Ideal place for a transit layover. Three km from terminal 2. 10 minutes ride. Neat functional. Limited but excellent breakfast spread. Cordial and helpful staff.

Stayed with family, on 22 nd March for two days. Ground floor is under repairs. But, Rooms are very neat . Reasonable Rates. Hospitality excellent.

It's more of a 2.5 star hotel. Please don't go by the photos of the rooms as they don't live up to the reality. The rooms are average and small. The location of the hotel is good though (close to the airport) with restaurants and ATMs nearby.

Location of this hotel is a plus point as it's very close around 500 meters to terminal one of the Mumbai airport. Rooms are very small and cozy, service is okay, restaurant food is not that good.

Very poorly managed hotel. Very hesitantly provide extra supplies such as hand towels and shampoo. They are running the hotel as Dharmshala where nothing is provided!!!

By saying excuses fact cannot be changed and also experience of customer cannot be changed.. but unfortunately staff doesn't have such capacity to understand because they don't have even the feeling that customers are guest and they doesn't know how the guest's are treated.. May these reviews help the owner to repair their mistakes.. But this message should go till the owner. .. and not just till general manager..

Unpleasant stay like you are in jail RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE‼️ The overall experience was unpleasant and insulting. The attitude of the receptionist is like jailor …. Most of people has written against her and still she is receptionist what could be worse than this …. Room service is worst and breakfast is worst than anywhere….

The manager is very rude. Does not cooperate with the guests and is very arrogant.They are reluctant to provide extra towels to shower during these covid times. No toothpaste or dental kit because it has expired. Not sure if its true or they are just cutting costs.

Could see some minor repair / renovation work in progress. While the rooms were clean the stairways leading upto the first floor and second floor were not welcoming with unwashed linens and unclean dishes strewn all over the place, at the time we checked in. Though they were removed / cleared later that evening (didn't complain nor asked anyone to remove) it created an unpleasant feeling and fear especially with resurgence of COVID. Didn't order and room service but staff were very polite and courteous. We were lucky enough to get parking just infront of the hotel entrance (road side), one can get parking across the street or at some location along the road where the property is located. The staff assured us that they would keep an eye on the parked vehicle and we did not face any untoward incident. The property is located close to the international airport!

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Even Guest house will be served better than this hotel. I highly suggest don't book this hotel as Mr.Imtiyaz hotel general manager was there, who's agenda is to "steal you' not to serve you. I booked this hotel with 5k per night but it was worst. Totally waste of my money. If you get this hotel in 1500-2000 then only book it. More than this you westing your hard money. Rather than this hotel you blindly choose any hotel and I am damn sure you will get a better service over there.

Comfortable, very convenient for Business Traveler, near to Airport...Price is little higher but you may check with hotel for Early Check-in without extra cost....Good People.

The food at the hotel is really bad and they don't allow outside food, so there is no option but to avail their poor quality of food. The geyser in the room doesn't work and they don't even provide with bottled water. Pathetic customer service, ill-mannered receptionist and rude manager. This place is not even a single penny leave alone 3000, avoid at all costs
