Unpretentious hotel with helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained. Nitesh ji is extremely helpful and the staff are lovely/accommodating. Centrally located between two metro stops with great food in the area and it's safe/convenient neighborhood. Stayed here for a month and will def be back. Excellent choice for a budget hotel.

24x7 Chlorinated water... Recommended for free hair loss. Dirty washrooms. Vanity counter/ sinks are flooded all the time. They will force you to occupy upper bunk beds. Gold rooms are slum like structure converted in to dormitory. However only recommended or occupied only for its location.

Bunk bed system, humid and smelly place. Mosquitos and rats are everywhere. No safety for luggage. Most of the things are not operational. It looks good from outside but believe me it's worst when you stay there. Bathrooms are small and doesn't have any hot water supply. No geezers. Flushes are not functioning in most of the toilets. Bedsheets and pillows smells way too much. Everything is congested at highest level. Not a good place to stay at all.

Accessible! Rooms, shared washroom was clean. One star less for asking 100rs for keeping my luggage from check out time till 5pm. I didn't give it though!

Booked three family rooms and experienced worst customer service with broken toilet seat, torn pillow cover, unclean/old pillows, water heater & tap that wasn't working in one room. Cable TV subscription not paid & air conditioner not working properly in another room. They didn't even bother to fill water in the jugs kept in the rooms. Everytime you've to go to the so called reception like area to report your problems since they don't have intercom facility as well. They will do things in their own pace despite repeated requests. 4 days of stay wasn't worth the money paid. Bombay Rooms is better avoided!

Expected a Nice hotel.. But the rooms were way too small. Even the room in which we stayed hadn't had an attached bathroom. We were provided with a common bathroom. Also room had poor ventilation. And Most importantly the Managers didn't care to provide us with a Good Water. The Drinking water Provided to us was *NOT EVEN FILTERED* Are ek Accha RO plant aur filter to laga do yaar. The Website from which we booked our hotel, promised us that we will be provided with Welcome drinks. But the managers were so Careless and Ignorant that they inspite of us asking them many times kept on deliberately postponing that and In the end never Provided us. But Hotel had a Good area and was near metro station.

Dormitory rooms are not good. Premium dormitory is much better. Internet speed is good about 60Mbps. Hot water is available. AC works good and much needed in summer. Many small hotels are nearby just 50m. Book online for great offers. Rooms and washrooms are clean. But there is no place to dry your towel also. Clothes hanging hooks must be provided but it lacks. This place is near to many destination hence this is recommended.

Awesome place to stay. I was here for work and this hotel (so called) was best thing that happened during that stay. Great location, everything is available nearby. Metro stations at walking distance of mere 5 mins. Room service was not that great but good and in that price range it was more than expected. Clean rooms and lenin. The best thing in mumbai no water even when the whole city and news was filled with it. and and one more, FREE PARKING..

I stay at this hotel on most of my regular visits to Mumbai. The hotel is located close to the domestic airport and one can walk to the hotel. The room charges are very reasonable and hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. The food is nice and i personally like most. As a package its a very nice budget hotel.
