Rooms were not as described. They mentioned room with city view but they don’t have any city view room. Receptionist and manager was very rude. They overcharged us by giving wrong descriptions. Location was also very bad. Overall worst experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

The location is not good at all.. I don't understand why there is positive feedback which has lies. There are many other hotels.. just avoid it. Because you will regret it if you still book it. Also, just those 2 photos are shown to attract. That's all. Not even the way to the room is good. The manager is rude. And I lost my full booking amount and didn't stay to keep my family safe..

Very small hotel rooms are available on higher price. The toilet room is very small and without ventilation. No proper wash basin fixed properly. The dinning room on first floor is very terrible and in unhygienic condition. Dirty floor of the restaurant and kitchen.

I visited this hotel for the 2nd time on 10th December 2022. The Rooms were not as clean as my earlier visit to this hotel during March 2022. The AC didn't cool at all and when I said it wasn't cooling, they said cooling is same everywhere because they've not been serviced for a while. There was no fan in the room. It was hot in December and lots of mosquitoes. My sleep was totally disturbed and it spoiled my next day due to improper rest. The locker wasn't working. Had to ask 3 times to get water. No soap was provided. Rates are hiked but the services are reduced. Hotel Crawford wasn't a pleasant stay for me during my second visit and I won't stay in this hotel again.

No parking available. 100 rs paid parking hourly next to hotel. Brekfast area is dungen and to reach there has to pass unhygienic kitchen. It's like nightmare. Don't go on app ratings it's hardly 1 star.

One of the worst hotel stay experience till now in Mumbai. Their manager / coordinator Mr. Sachit / Sachin is so unprofessional. We booked this hotel from Agoda and when we booked the hotel showing with free breakfast also we booked the hotel with breakfast included with room. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that breakfast is not included because its not in our voucher. I asked Why it is showing free breakfast on the listing on Agoda then, He said that's not in our hand. We don't manage the listing. So as per him Agoda was managing his entire property. Also he was so arrogant in his tones and language. So egoist person. Go in this hotel only if you want to get humiliated.

I don’t know whom to blame for spoiling my stay, Goibibo or hotel itself. I booked the hotel for 3 nights for my family after reading reviews and after checking the pictures of the property.I ended up getting frustrated. Let’s start with the service first- staff is rude. You will be served with super low grade plastic cutlery in room service. When you ask for steel cutlery they will refuse saying you might steel it. You will have paper cups in both room service and in buffet. You can order food from Swiggy/Zomato but staff will not deliver it to your rooms. Also staff argue with you and will enlighten you that you have not booked a 5 star hotel so you better know your limits. When I showed them the pics was shown on the site staff said talk to Goibibo about it and to add more about hotel being 3 star on the site, staff said no we are not 3 star hotel and suggested to talk to Goibibo again. Now the food- it was not tasty at all especially tea. You will have only two options for breakfast omelette bread and poha. I had breakfast only once and for rest of the days I preferred out side food. Now the property - it was under construction. Walls were not painted included our room. Washroom was tiny. Overall it’s not even worth of 1 star. Don’t waste your money on this one. Go for other options.

On walking distance from CSMT station. Best hotel for stay near crowfard market . Very clean and safe. They gave really good service with proper cleanliness affordable and budget friendly they take care of their customers

One of the worst experiences ever. Check out the images I took for rooms... Fixed menu for breakfast that too only bread omlet.. No dining area, you need to have food inside the room. Small, Smelly and rotten rooms.. Bad room services..

Great location. Comfortable spacious rooms. Very courteous staff and housekeeping services. Clean washroom with proper toiletries and amenities. Just outside the hotel there are restaurants for breakfast and other meals. Will return here again for sure.

It was such a great experience with Crawford . I went there 29-2 July . The room was spacious and also the washroom. The hotel was clean and nice with all the amenities . Centrally fitted ac worked so properly. And all the famous things are in the range of 3 km from this property. You can take a cab or book ola from the front of the property or you can call the hotel staff for a personal cab. They clean your room every day around 11 pm with clean sheets , pillow covers , dust removal , and will give you a pair of water bottles every day as a complimentary and you'll get coffee and tea bag for everyday as well . The washroom is nice and clean you'll get hot water 24x7. I must recommend it if anyone is traveling Mumbai near colaba must visit their.

More value for money, while yes it's not the resort that you dream for your vacation but it's something which gives you a comfortable stay close to business and tourist spots.... I stayed for 4 nights.... Changed room once (added video of both) request which was accomodated with a smile even when I was in a delux room and requested a downgrade for a personal reason, they don't have a restaurant but room survice is fast and food is good, a limited menu but enough options that nothing was repeated during 4 nights stay on a MAP, the reception is very attentive and prompt on a couple of days I walked in late at Night Or stepped out in wee hours but never found them dozing off...... They make sure that you had your meal... I remember one night walking in post 12 am, still the reception was courteous enough to check had I taken my dinner or not.......will recommend if you want to explore the South without getting into a hassle of traffic

Great small but convenient hotel. In the south edge of the Crawford market. Polite staff that will help you with anything you need. Rooms are tidy and clean and you get everything you need inside. Wifi is slightly slow.

Good: - Clean rooms & comfortable beds - warm water in the shower Bad: - dirty AC, smells bad - bad Wifi in the entire Hotel, not able to work from there - Hotelstaff not helpful - dont expect any support for anything - no support for buying train tickets, no support for buying sim cards - expensive prices in the restaurant NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Good for 2 days stay, rooms were ok, new bengal and crawford inn, both hotels had same owner, and same entrance, same lobby, same reception, same staff, was a bit confused that where did i got my room, crawford or bengal?? New building was crawford , old was bengal

Staff are not aware of many local places. They offered a room for a price on booking, but had to pay extra for the booked room. They have 2 properties in the same premises. When booking they offer for Crawford Inn, when you visit they claim booking has been accepted for New Bengal Hotel, which is very untidy and not maintained well. Poorly lit, hardly any fresh air. Very small rooms. While Crawford Inn is much decent and clean, afordably spacious. They don't have in-house restaurant and depend on outside restaurants for providing food.

Rooms good.. but staff not polite,, mr Sajid over reception was very very rude to behave.. No parking in hotel.. i have to pay 1200 Rs for 6 to 8 hrs for parking,, unbelievable.. Rs 200 per hour parking charges in front of hotel..so try to avoid this hotel...

The staff is rude the place is small . Dirty in room service. Asked for extra towel they didn’t give. Zero is you think you will be helped by room service . The receptionist is arrogant. Its like they don’t know what hospitality means. Its dirty and conjusted. The rooms are literally tiny. Please avoid this hotel.

Easy to locate, clean rooms and quick service. Staff was also nice and helpful ☺️
