A very efficiently run place. Neat and hygienic facility. A meal plan which is excellent built into the rentals. It doors are open to all without any discrimination. The food is amazing. The staff is kind and helpful and so is the senior management. YMCA is Bombays jewels and the International House it’s best facility

My entire experience was very nice . Only a suggestion wn guest are senior citizens above 60yrs gv a bit comfortable toilet . Change the direction in whch the commord is fitted its inconvenient for senior citizen Lik my father who is operated fr knee. Overall nice . I will book again . Very homely environment, good food . Recommended to any1 . Regard.

What a good place,very well maintained,clean washrooms.i just went there for exam,very nice fron office guys,really helpful. The best person and helpful and hardworking guy the door men,a salute to him.he helped me a lot with getting taxi in a dam heavy rain,I was not carrying umbrella,he saw and he instantly got me under his umbrella and helped me with road instructions. The management should make him employee of the month,he was helping everyone .great guy at great place.👍

Good place to stay in Mumbai, near Mumbai central. Room cleanliness is very well maintained. Breakfast and dinner is served. Food quality is top notch. One can get Homely food quality. Staff courtesy is excellent. Price is slightly on higher side.

I have been to several countries and many states in India. But I felt comfortable only at Bombay YMCA - International out of the hotels including 5 stars where I stayed. It was peaceful and calm and the hospitality at B YMCA -IH was wonderful. My friend Saa'di Thowfeek too enjoyed the stay. I do recommend to all those who visit Mumbai to stay at Bombay YMCA - International House to have a peaceful and wonderful time. The room hygiene and resources were good but a non AC room is really difficult in a summer season to live. Have all rooms AC please

Mr David was very helpful from the time I started my booking procedure. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. Food was very yummy. The best was the courtesy and helpfulness of the entire staff, right from the gate man, front office, resturant staff, cleaning staff and maintainance staff. Do something about mosquito in non ac room. Mosquito net will be fine. Other than superb Top to bottom. One of best experience to stay in Mumbai in last 8 years. Keep it up your good & noble vibe.

Our (all Marathon runners) stay was very good. Excellent staff support and well managed. Wonderful to see staff putting up " All the best Marathoners" stickers all around in appreciation and arranging for a special early morning 3.30 am breakfast and early dinner the previous night. You almost need to stay here just to ride their elevators. Go and you'll know what I mean. Our groups luggage was too heavy for us to ride with our own luggage. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. This is definitely important when visiting during hot seasons. The dining room was very friendly and would make sure we had enough water for the day. I was thankful to come home to a nice delicious meal. Mumbai can exhaust you when your new to the city. This location is right in the middle of busy activities. When you arrive to your room it's easy to relax and feel safe.

Good location in the center . I was given a room at the front and had my own bathroom. The paint was peeling off the walls. They changed my sheets every day and brought fresh towels. All the staff friendly. Reception was not helpful. And didn't help me to get around. Found it hard to get information from there.Maybe they are used to more local customers. Food was not good. And over all very second rate.

The staff of all departments were very extremely courteous. Only thing I need to mention is that shower gel and shampoo can be provided in bathrooms. The bathroom has very little space to move. Especially between the toilet seat and paper napkin holders. Newspaper should also be provided in the rooms.

All the staff were nice except for the receptionists, especially Janelle. She thought that she owned the place. They wouldn’t let me meet the manager and lied about his name. Initially they gave us a claustrophobic room with no air to breathe, then they moved us to a room which was more spacious and had some more air, but the phone wasn’t working and the internet wasn’t working. They need to check their Electricals and plumbing. The food was excellent and the service from the kitchen staff and housekeeping staff was A+

Excellant property with spacious rooms and friendly supportive staff. The only area they need to upgrade is water heating in bathrooms which may be centrally organised to avoid hic ups with old individual geezers and their maintenance. I would rather recommend replacement of bathroom sanitary fittings and marginally increase the the room rents (to cover costs) which has the scope to raise by about 500 to 1000 which will b still very well in line with other properties in mumbai.

YMCA has been my home; away from home since 1999. I was a teen and would visit Bombay with my mother and stayed at YMCA. They've been caring about every guest's need and are extremely hospitable. Every staff member of YMCA from the front office to the restaurant and the house keeping are friendly and courteous. They are always ready to help whatever the situation might be. I strongly recommend everyone to become a member and avail all the great vibes they have to offer. I'll always continue to be their loyal guest for years to come.

I had stayed for 3Nights and my overall experiance was very good .Ymca is a very good guest house /Hotel having all the basic amenities at place moreover the area where it is located is very good ,people are great ,atmosphere is very positive ,food is good .

I stayed here in 2003, it was perfect for my needs, handy for the railway and getting downtown. May have changed over 18 years I guess, but it was excellent then.

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at the hotel. The food was wholesome and delicious. A feeling of warmth sparks from the entire hotel in general, this makes the place one of its kind. I was especially fond of the old style wooden furniture in the rooms. The location of the hotel is great, it’s so close to everything but tucked away from the main road so you can stroll around peacefully. The staff was always so sweet. Jonelle, David and Steven were really considerate and went out of the way to ensure we had the most comfortable stay. This will certainly be my first choice now!

I had a very bad experience, the YMCA security and the cameras put on the main gate are hopeless, my car ( Toyota) was parked just in front on the main gate and some one just banged it so badly, the security nor the YMCA staff informed me( they knew it was a guest car) nor did anyone bother to take down the number of the car. ( The number taken by the security was wrong) such is the staff!!!!!!. The security personal should have stopped the car running away and informed me immediately. The total loss to rectify the damaged is Rs 25k. Absolute, insufficient security.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay we feel safe at the YMCA always a small suggestion you need to provide a bed sheet as you’ll were providing earlier but it was not given this time as the quilt is a bit uncomfortable, I prefer Ymca always because I feel at home.

Great place. I am giving five stars because of value for money. I stayed in shared non ac single room. Cost was less then half in comparison to other nearby hotels worst then this. Staff is very helpful. Room service is great. Not a 4-5 Star place but definitely great then many 3 star hotels. Food was good. Cleanliness is the key. Somewhat old structure but that's okay.

Decent rooms. Value for money. Kindly do not expect great service like other places. Cafeteria is good. Food there is only limited choice. Location is in South Mumbai and walking distance from Mumbai Central Station.

Our family had visited Mumbai in 2013 and that was a memorable visit and one aspect that stood out was the stay at YMCA international ,Mumbai central. The stay and the food in particular was fantastic .😊And when our family was planning our trip for this year end, the unanimous decision was Mumbai ,as this is a city which we all love to keep coming again and again. There was no discussion on stay as there is only one choice,YMCA. We were there for 3 days and it was like before ,a memorable one,with tasty food ,well kept spacious rooms and hospitable staff in reception and room service.
