The hotel is located in such an awful area that it always causes congestion on the busy roads due to the valet service. Also, expect a minimum of 15mins for the valet to get back your vehicle. Best mode of transport to this hotel is by just booking a cab

We really enjoyed our stay here!! They kindly upgraded our room when we arrived so we would have one large bed. The view was incredible. The location is fantastic for getting around. The food is so delicious! Definitely include breakfast in your booking. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Everything was amazing. We definitely want to come back here again. It really made our stay in Mumbai the absolute best. We also did laundry here and it was super easy and quick

Dear all This hotel is fraud and cheat because they deduct money from your credit card without informing you and without checking. It is a crime as per India law. I already process complaint against owner and hotel reservations staff for iilegal financial activity. BEWARE DONT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THIS HOTEL.

Everything went well until a staff asked me, DO U HAVE A ROOM HERE? (I was exhausted that day n the staff appeared near the lift n asked this by my looks, i could clearly make out by his facial expression) my stay was for 6 days n had booked 4 rooms n this quest was on the 3rd day. Isn't that insulting? Felt really bad by his behaviour. Would request the management to educate every single staff on how to behave. Breakfast isn't ready when compared to other hotels n the price they have charged.

The photos are out dated and the rooms are in a bad condition with cracked tiles and dirty. The photos used are photo shopped and therefore this is false advertising. There is no blue sky around the building as per the photo, it’s crammed between buildings. False advertising. The beds are tired. The room smelled of smoke. I would pay £30 a night not £70. Charging too much extra for all Beverages. Place is clean and well maintained. However price is higher for Normal people.

Room service is worst. No basic toiletries, shower gel was empty when i was half way during shower. All basic things you need to call room service to get it. As the location is prime I have to book.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are really awesome. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.💙💙💙

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! I am a regular customer who stays here every year unless they are sold out!! I had called for a good price but after giving me the actual tariff, the receptionist asked my dad to book online and cut the call! what a way to give service to your regular customer.

Marriage function was der ,so mostly people go for food only.but wat i saw i m sharing decoration was good, food was delicious, nd staff was well behave. Regarding rooms i don't know but It will be good.

Waist hotel i have ever visited. I had visited flute tonite with my family: firstly the security misbehaved with all the female members aft ignoring them we want to eat food at flute but manager treated us like a fool he gave priorities to loved 1and me like fool waiting with my mom dad who is 75 yrs old my daughter 9 yrs old such a bad place to visit i vl never ever suggest any1 this hotel. I will never visit not i will suggest any1

I have gone for a party. Hall was good enough for 50 max. Food was good , however service I found was on lower side. Washrooms were clean. Approach to hotel is quite congested. Personal vehicle can be parked on the road side but one's own risk. Very near to the grant road railway station.

Its based on outskirts of Port blair, and very near to Chidya Tapu, with back side facing sea, really nice property with good service, full network for Airtel users. Amazing place for having the peace time and with small cutehut type cottage.

Caution ad Bewarenof this hotel. We stayed here and the facilities is very average Mr Rajesh is the representative and coordinated in the name of customer support. We requested for a refund from the hotel for the days that we didnt stay and they did not give us the refund as well. Por service. Never think of staying at this hotel again. Having stayed at Trident and multiple hotels, this hotel is a horrible one.

Stayed at this place thrice in last yr.A safe , clean ,cozy place . Food is delicious here ,easy access to nearby places is an add on. Mr Vijay & the reception Staff was very helpful always to reserve our entire group stay on the same floor.

Great place for family dining. They have great seating, the ambience is quite lovely and classy. We went on Rakshabandhan so there was an Orchestra type of thing a guy was performing old songs. In terms of food, starters are very tasty🤤 Main course I would say Okay in taste. Their Cocktails and Mocktails are quite good, you can also get your customised Cocktail made. It's little Pricey in terms of Budget. Service is quite nice!

An average business hotel at a very busy place with service and rooms are average but value for money. On weekends there is a night club which makes it look like a happening place but the food and services are average.

Visited the famous Sudama veg restaurant. Did not dissapoint. The food was on point, tomato and sev curry. Only Gujarati community woukd know this famous dish. The starter sweet potato mix puff was out of this world fukk of flavours. If in Tardeo stay here at this boutique hotel gray staff and very helpful. Harsiani and Rabadia family been going to this hotel since 1988.

Its a good place, everything is decent. Just some parking issues thats all.

Rooms are good. But service is slightly lethargic. Hotel does not provide toiletries. The breakfast is also not good.

Went for a function, yesterday evening. The hall is spacious and the outside area is also really cool. The chat counters were the best. However the waiters serving in the hall were , just not interested in serving. They were just standing and had to be called again and again. Valet parking service is efficient.

There is no 2Wheeler parking! There is security deposit of INR 2000 which was not intimated to us while booking. Phone, TV, Wifi is not functioning. Very bad service have requested for single bed instead of twin even asked to join them but they asked for INR 1200more! No hot water even front desk were not bothered I was at hotel for only 8 hours and in that they need to repair remote, telephone, water pump..! They didn’t even see whether all amenities are available & in workable conditions. I wont even prefer give 1 star to this hotel! No hair dryer nonsense being 3- star! Food is expensive! Shouldn’t say this about food but still Chinese was so bad in taste. They have now launched some mini bar in each room and for Snacks of Rs. 30 they are charing Rs. 62+ GST! Very bad experience!

The visit to the banquet hall located on the 6 floor was memorable. The hall is beautiful and well lighted. An open area outside serves as a good open end dinning area. This hall is ideal to have an intimate function of uptown 200 persons. This hotel also has rooms to let out. Valet parking is available.

Has some really great views from the windows. The staff is polite as well. Room service is sometimes delayed, otherwise a great place to stay. Is Just 10 mins away from Marine Drive which makes it very convenient, you can easily walk till Marine drive from there!

Had an amazing experience at wine walt with best of services,excellent range of products.the staff helped us selecting the best wines.Their home delivery is also so quick .In my experience it is one of the best wine shop in andheri and well maintained in everything.

Hotel is in a very prime location, easily accessible from Mumbai Central and a walking distance from Grant Road station. Rooms are really big and wide open windows are there, full of light.. Amenities are good, I think this is a 15 floor hotel. Linens are clean.. Issue is with food price, very highly rated room service rates. Morning breakfast was not in buffet, which is not desirable from such a well rated hotel. However the food quality is OK but nothing great to match the rate. Photo taken from the window of my room

Value for money great location just that grant road square is probably most crowded place in Mumbai secondly if you fear height then Krishna palace is not fir you it’s a tall hotel with rooms in high floors

Everything was good rooms were very clean good housekeeping services polite reception boys but only drawback was the shower didn't have hot water many atimes but this can be rectified i had chosen hotel trident for my stay but I changed my plans last minute and opted for hotel Krishna palace i am glad I did it going to come again soon with my children good luck and keep up these standards always

Food was excellent and the hotel staff and room was also good , the only prob is their television set up box they don't have any sports channels specially star sports tensports . Please get that updated rest all was good .

I m visiting your hotel once In a 6 months but this time my experience was worst. Everything thing was ok , but after making my bill payment waiter still asking wether i hve paid my bill or not. This is pathetic. This is very insulting to the customer. I will never visit again and I will make sure I will never recommend to any body.

Beautiful resort with an amazing view. Having breakfast by the cliff is highly recommended! The staff are very friendly, the food is very good too. When we stayed, we were the only guests in the entire resort - yet the staff made sure we were comfortable, catered to our needs and we're very helpful. We even had a personal security guard - the resorts inhouse indie. ☺️
