Dear People, I suggest you please don't prefer this hotel to stay. From my experience I'am saying this one is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. If I have zero star option I might have put that also. That much worst hotel is this Fab Hotel.The receptionist and the manager who is handling this hotel they don't have any manners like how they should speak to the guest. They only want money not customer satisfaction. When we booked the hotel for 4 days, we have done the advance payment also. But when reached there he was asking the full amount even after we didn't started to stay itself. Actually we need to check the room, washrooms everything. But that people were not allowing us to do that also. They were calling my Dad bad words in Hindi and also he called my dad "Irresponsible person" for not paying the full amount at the very first day of checkin. All will pay the full amount when they checkout. But here they need at the very beginning and if are not ready to pay means they will start to insult us. Is this the way to behave to the guest who came to take a room?? And then when we entered the room, omg!! it was not cleaned, bed sheet is not changed, pillow cover is so dirty and the bathroom is also not cleaned, shower is not working properly, AC is not working, some kind of sound was coming from the fan. We were not able to sleep because of mosquitoes byte. And by suffering from all these discomfort should we pay them full amount?? We directly told them we are leaving for next day and cancelled the rest of the days booking. But because of their greediness they asked us to pay extra 1k so that only they can cancel the 4days booking. We told it's okay we are ready to pay because we want to go from that hell. So dear guest, whoever is planning to book a rooms please please don't book this hotel. I'am telling you again and again you will experience the worst incident in your life. The location of the hotel was not at all as advertised, neither were the details. You have to approach hotel through a slum and stepping out neither feels good nor safe. The rooms are much smaller than the appearance suggests. The bed is just larger than a twin bed and can in no way accommodate 3 adults as advertised and would have no space left for me to move if I got all my luggage inside. The rooms smell of stale air. I did show up at the property and requested them to cancel looking that the details were misleading and the hotel was no way a fit for family travel. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. For the same price, you can find much better hotels and better located hotels in Mumbai

The reason behind me giving your hotel 3 star coz your reception had bad smell so that means you guys don't maintain hygiene in the hotel. Hygiene is most important thing people notice I hope it'll be improved in my future visits.

Good budget hotel to stay. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff. A little more proactiveness could enhance customer satisfaction. Make sure everything is available before having to ask for it. Rest you have a great place and you guys are helpful. Look forward to stay with you again. Happy Diwali.

Stayed 4 days here, AC vent was not working properly, ceiling fan would only work on speed 1 or speed 5, there is no in between, light in bathroom was not working, I told this issues to manager and they will fix them asap, but none of them was ever fixed. And also towel given to me was not fresh (used), it was later given fresh one.

Overall value for money for a single person. The location is a little interior, hence somewhat difficult to locate from cars or main road. Good service, but be very specific while ordering whether you want full portion or half portion; otherwise they assume full portion. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance and choices are specific. Airport is very nearby and hence an advantage. Decent enough for working professionals who want to visit for a day or two and need a place to crash.

One of the worst hotel I have seen.. bad service... The reception attitude is one of the worst... For room cleaning if you say may take till evening to find the right guy to clean.... The bathroom are not at all clean.... The worst is the attitude of the reception guy.

The stay was excellent, location is good, 10m far from Airport, and Reception Manager and Room boys were very friendly and helpful. Overall very good, I would recommend this hotel.

Not a clean place for sure and for girls travelling alone, I don't like to recommend this place. The staff were weird and every time I came out of room to pick up a call for there was not network inside, everytime I found guy staff standing near my room. And the towels and bed sheets were so dirty that I could not sleep whole night. They even used a towel as a bathroom floor mat.

The hotel is located at a distance of 2 km approx from Mumbai airport terminal 2. Good for stay day travelers.

I felt the room was small and it had no ventilation at all. It is situated amidst a shady place near to airport, which might be an issue if you are staying for more days and hoping for a posh set up. Food was good..service was good too but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay only in case of emergency
