VERY BAD RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMER THE OYO MANAGER IS VERY RUDE, he talks to customer without any respect and humanity. The manager here is asking customers to pay higher amount that the confirmed booking price. Very bad and negative experience not all happy with the hotel and the oyo support on this hotel.

We stayed there for 4 days. Pricing was nominal compared to the other options in Mumbai. Few things that I want to highlight - Don't prefer OYO to book this hotel. They wont accept. - If you did, OYO will ask you to cancel. Dont do that. Just pay the extra amount. - Mr. Suraj (staff at hotel) need to learn how to talk with guest. He will judge you with your clothes and always talk in very unprofessional way. I request the management to look into this matter. - Mr. Ritesh is a very kind and professional staff. He has empathy towards the guests.

Very Disappointing. Have booked a ac room 3 weeks before by paying whole amount through booking app. Once reached there for checking on the booked date, we have recieved very bad experience from receptionist and was not at all welcoming. They denied our booking and asked us to find some other hotel. Finally they got ready to give us a non ac room, which was so unclean and horrible. No facility, cleanliness and also they denied the complementary food they have promised. We were feeling to leave hotel as early as possible. Never get cheated by them.

Worst rooms , in reception person sitting there is abusive, first they lure customer offering less rates and once you book hotel and go there that time they demand double. even after paying double all u get is worst rooms with bedbugs in bed no t.v , amc not working , not even water . don't book this hotel even for free .

Worst hotel please don't visit this hotel bcz I have book this hotel by oyo application when I went der reception they are telling me to cancel that booking and take booking from here directly in oyo application I have booked in 1200 But that receptionist are telling we can't give in 1200 u want to pay 2200 when iam going from Der they are forcing me u can't go back i mean they are telling u want to pay and take room here only u can't go any other hotel they are shouting on me they are forcing me I run away from Der that receptionist are old age but they are doing froud things and taking extra money don't book this hotel from oyo application also iam sharing my experience with you all Thanks🙏🙏🙏🙏

Poor not worth the price you pay for. It's seriously the worst hotel. It feels the vibe is not so good. Plus the labour colony around you and no eating places.

Very very uncomfortable and insecure stay there. Their rooms are full of bad smells and no proper door locks had given. We stayed there for almost 20 days due to some compulsion and they didn't care anymore.

Worst lift service... Worst package... Worst behavior of staffs... Room are not up to the mark.

Old hotels. Rooms are good. Uncle at counter at mid night was also good person. But hotel is very near to railway station which makes it noisy surroundings. Under bed area was full of dust. You will not find people at night near hotel. Street was almost empty. Not recommended for Family.

Worst hotel service took our advance money and didn't even provide us and room kept us stranded at mid night. Lied to us, deceived us. Please never ever book this hotel they will scam you book any other hotel but not this. Very rude and worst for girls safety.

Worst experience ever, very bad experience for girls they are literally verbally abusing people including girls not safe at all, took our money and didn't even provide a room. Please donot book this hotel if you care about your safety. Also DONOT listen to the local taxi drivers they will suggest you these kind of places because they also get benefit out of these scam business, book an Uber or ola donot listen to local drivers

Overall my view is This is a good hotel for overnight stay.Daytime Roam around the city complete your dinner and reach the hotel for rest. I will suggest to book this hotel for family stay if you want to spend most of the time outside. I had booked this hotel through OYO Issues I had faced with OYO: I couldn't contact the hotel as phone number provided by oyo is not answered, I wanted to inform hotel that I'm reaching late. When contacted OYO call centre, they have forced me to book the same hotel for higher price(5500) giving an excuse of my earlier booking payment(3900) is not successful where it is not so. I said let me go to the hotel and check the same and advised not to cancel from oyo end. Hotel pros: Very convenient to the most of the places near colaba & gate way of India Polite reception, polite staff Car parking provided for me Wash room provided for the car driver for overnight stay All equipments like geyser, ac, fan etc working well hence no issues during my stay Extra bed provided for the 3rd person promptly Cons: Stayed in the first floor, due to its too close proximity(very adjacent) to local train stn heavy disturbance while sleeping. In fact one can hear the train announcement very clearly from the room (platform no also) No restaurent in the hotel Couldn't select room of my choise, we are three and option not available to choose a good room Intercom not working but managed with the receptionist mobile no.

The rooms are okay. Since the hotel is very near to harbor line you will not be able to sleep at all since there is a local coming and going by every 2 minutes

if you have family dont stay here. the staff is uneducated, illitirate, rude behaviour, unethical and tend to extract money more than booking. they dont accept online transfer and if you checkin at night around 1 AM then keep searching for cash to pay hotel. if you book for family they need aadhar for every individual even kids, which is illogical.

Clean rooms and toilets. Helpful staff. Not so costly.

Very bad behaviour from the staff they charged extra 1000 rupees despite of paying 1800, neither the hotel staff is willing to solve this issue nor the Oyo. Both of them know this happened with hundred of guests then also continuing this kind of malpractice, the hotel says they have a fixed tariff for 3 people that is around 2700-2800 and if you book at 1800. You have to pay extra or else they will say to leave and Oyo will tell u that they will give u refund or they will recommend a hotel which is probably 1-2 hours far away despite of having so many oyo hotels nearby. Hotel staff said we have contacted to oyo but if it happening 100s of time then why not delist your hotel but no they won't do that, what will you do if you come to a new place new hotel at the middle of the night there is no place to go you just have to pay extra at that moment

Nice hotel, old property,, well manner staff, helpful nature of all staff and manger, they not allowed prepaid booking by OyO rooms, do not trapped in oyo rooms rate.... price is high..as per property and location...its near by cotton green.. suburban local train station.

We were provided with room no 306 with average type amenities,local train station Cotton green is adjacent to the hotel ,it was pleasure watching trains stopping and passing by staff behaviour was good
