Stayed here Feb 2023. 1. Rooms are really small, no windows or balcony. 2. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find (it’s on the first floor and the ground floor is an under construction place). Overall strictly below average experience. If you are spending just the night, maybe consider if no good options available nearby.

Not recommended for the family. Rooms are very small and can feel suffocating inside rooms. Need to ask multiple times for small things like towels, breakfast etc. They only provide bread and butter for breakfast. And that too no one cares to provide it on time. We wanted the breakfast at 7 AM as our flight was at 10 AM. However they said breakfast is not ready. Though they can order idli, poha from outside and serve in room.

I booked this hotel from booking.com when I went to check in the hotel they were like you can't check in in this price. I booked one week before because I was getting great deal. But i was upset with the staff they were rude . After having long argument I got the room which was not ready there wasn't any essential s and also they provide two bottles of water per rooms per day and the bottle size is just 500ml not even a litres. Overall very bad experience with this hotel and staff.you can't use lift as it doesn't stop in first floor.so you need to struggle with your luggage climbing up.pathetic experience.

Awsome stay with good room service and tasty food. Prashant Thakur in the reception was very cool to host and we had not to worry fir anything.

Had a two day stay in this hotel, absolutely loved the service, room was very spacious and Staffs were very helpful. Room service breakfast was an add on. Overall had a very nice stay, would visit again.

The pictures look way better online. My friends in Mumbai booked the room for me because I was coming from a 26 hr flight. Got here April 18th & didn't look at reviews. I wish I would have. The place is not really in a bad location. It's Mumbai so you can't be picky. The rooms are very small No windows The bathroom had a nasty smell. No hot water! The TV wouldn't work the whole 8 days I was there. I called the receptionist & they never came to help me fix the TV I just gave up. The AC was leaking water down on the mattress in the night so when I woke up I had to shut the AC off. I called the receptionist again and told them what was going on. Waiting for awhile & called again still nobody came to look at AC. No AC all morning or afternoon. The housekeeping didn't get to the room until really late..& they just cleaned out the filters. Every morning someone would walk down the halls and ring a bell very loudly. Pots and pans would be dropping noise all night long..front desk would be playing music or talking really loud at like 3 or 4am The housekeeping needs to really clean better. They never cleaned the bathroom or wiped down anything until 24th I wasn't planning on leaving until Wednesday (26th) morning. But the hateful receptionist called the room "you need to check out" me "I'm staying until Wednesday" her "no you need to leave" she hangs up on me. Like seriously. I had to call my friend to come get me & she kept calling. She doesn't need to be in the hospitality field. Very rude! After he hateful attitude I was done. I should have left way before. Everything I had stayed in both my suitcases locked up. If I needed something I would unlock everything. But 24th afternoon I left mints & my earphones on the table. (Photo below) in case I needed them they would be handy. I didn't notice until I left today April 25, 2023 that I didn't have my ear phone's. I'm still in Mumbai so my friend called and ask about them. They wouldn't believe us or even go look in the room. When they came and cleaned the room the 24th that's the only day they wiped down the tables. And if housekeeping took them I didn't notice until today. I took my luggage apart and never found them. Make me upset how rude these people are. DON'T STAY HERE...GO STAY A NICER HOTEL..

Don't stay hear not good service and and no good staff...Also room dirty Rate also High and . During booking time they give good offer like breakfast and dinner...when stay Breakfast only give 10 Rupees Bada pav and Dinner like this give Hospital admit Patient . The suite rooms are excellent for couples with bath tub. Thx to the team for doing up the decor to celebrate our anniversary.

For those looking for rooms in 2500 to 3000 budget. Rooms and service staff are good. Transportation accessibility is very good. Couple friendly. Do advance booking for weekends coz mostly weekends are sold out.

I have been staying at this hotel for last 2 years when in Mumbai, and my take is that its a value for money place, unpretentious in setting, but with a comfortable feel right from lobby to its rooms. Great location and some lovely street food joints around it makes it an attractive place to park oneself when in Bombay. Staff is very polite & helpful. Special mention must be made of Ms Anju, the manager, who singlehandedly sets the working culture of the place as efficient, caring and friendly.....One feels at home here.

Super convenient location. Good rooms, comfortable, clean. Good for corporate bookings or official visits. Lack of kitchen facilities (except tea) is where the one star goes.

Please don't stay here. It's staff is rude. And at time when I am stay here in my room I am not able to make outgoing call & incoming call, in my mobile network is full but not able to call.(like mobile network Jammer ) But if I am going to on reception area or below side of hotel all are good mean I am able to talk, call. Room AC are not working properly, cleaning not done.

It's not really worth of Money. Rooms were not cleaned properly. I booked 4 rooms and in 1-2 rooms there was no fan. So for me I am not going to book it again.

Very convenient location. It's in a small lane inside, but easy access to main road. Rooms are small but neat and tidy. Hotel staff was friendly. They do charge extra for early check in. Overall, a nice place to stay near the airport, in a decent budget compared to the other hotels in locality

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Elite Continental, and I must say, it was far from the pleasant stay I had anticipated. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with a number of unhygienic and uncomfortable conditions that made my stay truly regrettable. First and foremost, the room was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes. It was appalling to see these pests scurrying around, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. Not only did this pose a serious health risk, but it also indicated a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness on the hotel's part. To make matters worse, there was a persistent water leakage issue from the air conditioning unit. The constant dripping sound was incredibly annoying, not to mention the dampness it caused in the room. This not only affected my comfort but also raised concerns about potential damage to my personal belongings. Furthermore, the rooms at Hotel Elite Continental were incredibly small and cramped. It felt claustrophobic, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The lack of adequate space made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay, further adding to the overall disappointment. In addition to the unsatisfactory room conditions, I was appalled by the rude behavior exhibited by the General Manager. The GM was dismissive and unhelpful also very rude towards the staff as i could hear quarrels throughout my stay. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to address my concerns only added to the frustration and disappointment I felt during my stay. Overall, my experience at Hotel Elite Continental was nothing short of a nightmare. The unhygienic room conditions, including the presence of cockroaches and mosquitoes, the water leakage from the air conditioning unit, the small and cramped rooms, and the rude behavior from the General Manager, all contributed to a highly unsatisfactory stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value cleanliness, comfort, and respectfuli customer service.

Just had two days visit with my family to mumbai. Kids enjoyed a lot , central Location. it's close to airport, market,station, metro ,office. Good service and cooperative staff. Had a Relaxed and Safe vacation. Affordable and prices worthy.Thank you.

Very bad ... They had given me Room no 130 It was too small AC was not working In bathroom gyser was not connected No intercom service was not available in room . Too noise Photos given in website are only Catchy in reality it was very bad

Nothing is organized. I have been staying here very frequently..But everytime I have to remind them about toileterie..some water issues.. choke up issues..wi-fi issues..cable issues.. drinking water.. pillow cover changing.. etc etc.. but no proper management.. guys really need to work on the management..owners i feel not bothered.. boss value our money even..just don't think of saving money...pathethic

The management and helping staff is very approachable and always there to help. The rooms could have been a bit better (maybe view, availability of hot water) but still they were decent.

Room service don't even include drinking water. There is no hot water in the bathroom to take shower. When I called for enquiry, I had been told 2 different prices, in the morning when I spoke to the reception guy he told me some other pricing and than in the evening they told me different pricing. I was actually been charged 50% more than what I was told by the first guy in the morning due to short notice I didn't had the option to switch to some other hotel. It was my worst experience and I can never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a great stay with Hotel Elite continental. I booked this hotel for a night's stay as I had a connecting flight from Mumbai. It surely is budget-friendly and near to the airport. Great rooms and the food was tasty as well. Staff was helpful with all my luggage. Would surely recommend this place.

We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the WE highway so easy to commute.

Very limited choice for breakfast, they don't have kitchen. When asked for toast, they said only raw bread is available, they don't even have a toaster. I opted for poha and they served it in a packet with a plastic spoon. Some construction work is going on at the entrance and thick layer of dust was there in all the places. There was very bad smell in the washroom.

Good service, clean rooms. Only the towels can be clean a bit. Best thing was they even served me butter chicken post midnight.

Nice place for short stays. Its a budget stay so don't expect many facilities. If you are trying to find a decent place to stay when you are on a short notice trip.
