If i could give minus I will give the rating.. this is the worst experience we had, I had asked the guy while booking that I will be travelling with family. He said it is convenient, but I traveled all the way from Pune and wanted to use the washroom, and there was no bathroom at the reception. I literally had to search outside as the guys didn't give me any option to use atleast the one in any of the rooms. Also there was another person who wanted to checkout and there was no water since an hour. Very rude people, and the front office was also very non friendly. We immediately left and asked him to return money which shamelessly they didn't. The area is also very shabby.. they don't provide parking. The worst hotel experience I ever had. Please don't go if you are with family. Nobody should do an advance payment. Please refund my money.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to, extremely small claustrophobic room, dirty neighbourhood, extremely rude staf. Usually I dont post 1 star but this review is not for the place but for all the travelers to be caution and dont get fooled by booking your room here. Trust me there are 100 better hotels at the same price. Mumbai is a beautiful city with amazing people dont let some hotel like this ruin your experience.

Do not take ground floor G1 room. So small. Smelling of toilet odour. No ventilation - bathroom exhaust don't do any justice. Reception is just outside - couldn't sleep till 2AM. Avoid this hotel - if last resort never take ground floor room.

Worst hotel ever, management was worst, they don’t have courtesy to interact customer’s especially Mr. Naeem and his assistant they were rude and don’t know how to behave with people. They will always find ways to make money out of you. Mean Unsupportive people. Saying there hotel is 3 star but in terms of facilities and staff they should not even call it as an Hotel. Telling about the rooms, Small suffocating rooms with no ventilation at all. Would Never Suggest anyone this Hotel, inspite of this you could find some other hotel through nearby india gate, while paying Rs.500 more with much better staff and facilities.

Hotel is located near to CST, marine line, gateway. Hotel has no private parking space. Rooms are good but small in size. No ventilation, one might have to use room freshener. AC and TV were working fine. Two bottles in room. Hot water 24x7. In toiletries, they provide soap and a small shampoo bottle. Two large size towels and one napkin. The hotel has no restaurant, one has to eat outside or can order at the hotel as well. Most important, Unmarried couples are not allowed. But would not recommend it for couples as I did not feel safe considering the neighborhood and area in which the hotel is located. Solo travellers, go for it. More like a 2 star hotel. Overall a good experience. Photos are same as shared on google.

It's a small hotel with basic amenities. Rooms are too small. If you are visiting alone then its ok but with family you won't find it that good. But if you are in Fort and are going to board a cruise the next day then it's not a bad option. The Mumbai International Cruise Terminal is nearby.

Management was rude, housekeeping staff was good. The staff is not at all cooperative and Ill mannered. I paid an advance of 1000 and booked the room and when I asked that I want to cancel they made up a story and forced me to take the room. Room was not once cleaned in my 3 day stay.

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! We found them crawling by the closet and killed some. The staff sprayed the floor before we checked in, and the room smelt of detergent. Reception attitude was unpleasant. The hotel does not have a washroom available for guests who just checked out of the room. Pros: AC and hot water.

BUT NO, NIETHER YOU GET THE SERVICE NOR THE MONEY SO EVEN AFTER PAYING A HUGE CHUNK OF MONEY YOU ARE LEFT TO BE WENDERED AROUND. I AM USING MMT SINCE VERY LONG LIKE ALMOST 5-7 YEARS NOW BUT THIS IS THE WORST OF ALL. AND I EVEN GOT TO KNOW THE REAL PROBLEM AS WELL THAT IS THE HOTEL OVERBOOKED AND DUE TO THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE SO THEY FIND THIS TO BE THE BEST EXCUSE TO MAKE THIS LOOT HAPPEN.

Unfortunately we booked deluxe room for 5nights thru a deal.After reaching the hotel we realized it is not a 3 star valued property for what we paid. Its a compact area build property similar to OYO rooms with a interior furnished. Room,Lobby,Lift was too tiny with no space to walk for 2pplz.No card payment &Teabag kept in hotel. But the property located in good location walkable to cover tourist spots, resturants & CSMT. Poor handling of Customer service. We called reception for room service to order breakfast they told after 1 pm only service available. After check out we requested reception to use rest room they not allowing us to use and shows rude behaviour. They asked 1 day rent to use restroom.lol. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY with children AND GROUPS. Those who can adjust space and not excepting 3 star value hotel services can book.Not value for money what they posting in online.

Hotel is cleaned. Rooms are not spacious. Lift is available. The location is very good. Walking distance from CSTM and Churchgate station. Famous Fashion street shopping is nearby. We stayed for 12hrs only. Affordable for a short stay. Tarrif is lower

It is great place to visit and stay. You can spend your quality time here. Best parts are service, location and rooms architecture. Reallly best place.

I visited last weekend at Hotel Fountain Inn with Family. The rooms were well maintained, Cleaned and Hygenic & Sanitized. The Staff in the Hotel was Friendly. Services Offered by them was much better than what was Expected. Loved the stay here. Planning to Visit soon.!

Only positive thing is the location. The horrible part is fan not working in my room. I asked them to change the room but they denied and told no rooms available. Such maintenance in this hotel.never ever go to this hotel. Big most negative is rooms are very very small than shown in the images.

Location of this property is very good but room size is too small and crumpled. You can hardly stay in the room. Although rooms are clean, this property is not family friendly. You can stay only if you come for business in Fort area and for a one night or so.

Rooms are very small. Did not have too much space even for large size luggage... Had to pay in cash/ upi payment... No cards are allowed... Overall just decent....

Worst Experience ever, Hotel staff is worst no proper service, before Arriving at hotel, I called at hotel reception, Just confirm the booking of my room, they say the room is booked, after reaching at hotel they give my room to other customers, without taking confirmation from me, also showed a worst room with high price. Hotel location is good, but hotel is worst they don't know how give services to there customers, they behave like they are running, the taj & The Oberoi hotel, useless staff, they should closed the permanently, bcz useless people running the hotel with useless find. 🤬🤮

Very close to CSMT station. Thoda hard to locate. Rooms are very small but clean. Room boys are good. Raat guzarna hai aur csmt ke paas to ok option hai.

We stayed in the "deluxe double room" and this hotel was what we needed for our stay in Mumbai. Calm hotel with clean and comfy rooms, however quite small to circulate in. Clean and comfy bed, hot-water, a-c and wi-fi. Two towels, soaps, water bottles are provided. Even a small fridge and kettle. Good location with walking distance to most of Mumbai popular attractions within 10-15 minutes. Many restaurants options nearby. We came there by bus from airport and it seems a metro station will soon be finished nearby, making this hotel quite well positioned. Thank you Fountain Inn : ) December 2022

Had a really good experience in the hotel. The staff members were nice. They took good care of us. Food was amazing. All the safety measures were taken. Ambience is pretty good. The room was clean and sanitized. The staff took all the safety measures very well.

As soon as I checked in and entered the room I sat on the bed and saw BED BUGS crawling around. I immediately reported it and asked to end my stay. The cleaning person came in with a spray, the staff told me that it was okay and I should go to sleep in the bed. This says a lot about the cleanliness of the place. When I spoke to the manager he screamed at me why I was creating problems. Imagine arriving to an hotel, finding bed bugs and being screamed because you don't want to stay in the room. What a welcome to the city! The sheets were stained with blood (probably from previous guests that had issues with the bed bugs). There isn't a shower in the room, the whole bathroom becomes a shower and there are buckets for it. The direction on Uber are wrong, and if you happen to come here during the night expect to not find the place easily because the whole lights are off. The surrounding area during the night becomes a bit sketchy with a lot of people sleeping on the street, but that can be somehow normal as far as I understood. But still, it feels very very unsafe. During the check in, the reception wanted to hold my passport. Never ever leave your passport to anyone! At the checkout the receptionist didn't want to give me the invoice, I had to tell him that I was calling the police for him to handle me the invoice. They have a sign that says that their POS for paying by card is (permanently) broken, but magically it works if you prove that you don't have cash. The cleaner person, was sleeping on the floor near the reception. In general, do not stay here if don't want to catch bed bugs and bring them back home. Their solution was to spray something in the bed and that's it. It totally ruined my trip and had to find an alternative hotel last second.

Very poor. Do not waste your money by booking your room here. Receptionist and booking person wi agree to your requests. But when you reach the hotel they will tell no commitments given from our side. It is like speaking to snake or a chameleon who will change the color once you reach. They take advance amount and later they will not give the room. # worstexperience #waste

We were staying there 5 days as we paid full amount in advance or else we would have vacated one day itself. Room is not getting clean everyday and they did only once in that 5 days that too based on our request. the receptionist behaviour very rude and he is not fit for that job. He is very strict to check-in and checked out time and he couldn't even allow 5 mins to extend even if room is not occupied anyone and he is asking one day room rent for even extending 30 mins. We kept luggage in reception and went for lunch and we requested him to use rest room for 5 mins but he requested to pay one day room charge which is unfair. Even he is not allowing to use toilet for emergency then what kind type of job that they do. Even supreme court ordered to allow to use toilet in hotel or restaurant in free of cost which will be punishable if they deny. Its not worth for money.

Decent small room with double bed and attached bathroom.tv, intercom and Wifi facilities. Located in the busy area of Fort, will definitely have occupancy.good maintenance as well

Just visited the place and loved the hospitality and the staff. The staff were well mannered and they were following all the covid restrictions The room was big and had a amazing view Travelling wa ls very convenient and the food was good by overall a great experience

Located near the Highcourt. Few mins from CSTM and Churchgate. Clean rooms with limited space. Value for money. Co-operative staff.

Had an amazing stay.I must say Hotel location is best. it has enough space to manage other things.hotel Staff is very cooperative and helpful, housekeeping services were fabulous.room and toilet was clean and neat.they sincerely taking care of all covid norms and sanitize the rooms and hotel on regular basis.

Decent hotel in Fort area ( behind Zara showroom ) Gateway of India and Marine drive are very close Rooms have a nice ambiance and are quiet spacious ( go for deluxe category ) No in house cafe/restaurant Convenience shops, taxis, restaurants n cafes, local railway stations ( CST n Churchgate ) are on a walking distance Room service was bad. Had to remind them regularly for the same. Staff was very cooperative though
