Please be aware before booking this hotel, as a lawyer, I have served them legal notice but let me tell everyone don't book this hotel, once you arrive they will say no rooms are available but then they will convince you that if you pay them extra, they will give you room and in my case since I travelled from so far I had no other option so I had to check in bt after seeing room condition I had to leave the room without asking them refund because of the dada giri they show. The room is full of insects and broken bed and washroom looks like so bad/

This hotel is basically a scam! They put ads on OYO for cheaper price & when you arrive at the hotel, they say there’s no room available at the same price you booked. We reached the hotel around 12am after traveling all day, hence was exhausted & was bound to book a room for 2000rupees after convincing them to grant us a room around 2am (note: we saw 10more groups like us who came & got denied for the same). Below are the pics of a Rs.2000 room, water leaking from the ceiling to the walls. Rats wandering around & switch boards hanging. I travel a lot & this was the worst hotel I have ever lived.

Photos of the rooms shown in Oyo website are different from the actual rooms. Also hygiene of the rooms was questionable. Blankets were dirty and the ceilings had cracks in various points. Toilet seat was half boken.Oyo should conduct inspection on how the hotel advertised their rooms by showing false photos of their rooms as their own rooms.

Wrost service I have ever feel in my life. There staff was Doing dada giri with customer. While booked the room already but then after they were asking extra amount by customer. Pls take action against this kind of Hotel owner. Wrost feeling ever. Hotel Manager is Very Rude. My train came early i reached Hotel Prince Palace, I already Booked My Room By OYO. But Hotel Staff Not Give Me Room. He Said You Come Early Morning Your Check in Time is 12:00 and Asked Me Extra Charge. Room Service is Very Poor and He Show The Picture of Room All are False. My Rating of This Hotel is 0 (Zero) and Suggest All Family Member Do'nt Go This Hotel.

Worst place that I seen in my life.. Over train came early so we need place to stay and we found this hotel (the Prince hotel) and also they called our self a FAMILY HOTEL which is false.. I didn't saw a single thing that looks like ha this is familiar.. Early check-in they took from us 500 extra.which is ok for us mostly hotels do like this for early check-ins. And when we enter in the room there was no towels, soaps,..etc..room was fully dirty.. Room cleaning. =⭐ Service. =⭐ Front desk. =⭐ House keeping. =⭐

Don't book this hotel from Oyo they always ask for extra charge if you pay they don't give you the room receptionist behaviour was very bad. They don't show actual pics of the room

Oyorooms app showing nice pictures of hotel but its totally different. No television in the room. One small blanket for two people. Pathetic service. Don't recommend at all.

The place is absolutely horrendous, even hostel rooms are better, I booked through Ibibo. Ibibo should have done some quality check, can’t trust Ibibo again I paid 1700 but let it go rather than stay in such a filthy place

The pics shown on booking apps are very different and the actually experience after visiting there was horrible,no parking place u will have to cross from a galli to enter the hotel.The galli is also very bad shops all around and people will stare you like anything,please don’t believe on the pics shown on booking apps of this hotel.We couldn’t even stand at the reception the place was so shady and I mean it was.The hotel staff was drunk also.

I think oyo should keep doing inspection with their oyo hotels. Rooms were different from shown in the app. There were bugs coming out from the bed insects and bugs from wooden beds. Bedsheets unwashed and smelly. And receptionist asked us to pay more at hotel because oyo doesn't pay them he said. We had to pay more than what shown in app. Never using oyo after this anymore.

Bad experience no working tv and not looking good rooms also no cleaning

Bed rooms with no maintenance, did my booking thru Oyo for 2 nights and after one night owner asked me to pay if I wanted to stay another night, that he wasn’t gonna accept Oyo booking due to its low price. Once o already had booked and paid for the hotel. after big fight and discussions because it’s not my problem it’s his problem with oyo, I booked the room and pis for it it was my rights to stay no matter what. Had the police come over and told them I had nothing to do with the oyo problem he had to solve with the company and let me stay for as long I had booked.

3 th class experience ever had because from last 2 hour with family we are standing outside and thier are mansion family hotel , We had a booking though booking oye room at this place , when we come thier they are giving high prices room which we can't imagine also we had book for 1200 per night but they are given us 4500 per night , as a family why we should pay 4500 per night, horrible experience we had please don't come in this place they are fooling to guest specially

Reptionist guy was very rude, no etiquette, he said we don't have any contact with oyo (though I had booked from oyo) , he showed us a room with too much dirt, no fan and broken ceiling, and keep on asking more money.....That was the worst receptionist I have ever met. Pathetic and disgusting experience

Looks like a very shady hotel, reception looks like a xerox centre with wires wires everywhere. Entrance is through a market not recommended for couples. Everone will stare you to death

Worst hotel in the locality, hotel entrance is very wierd and at entrance every shopkeeper's eyes will be on guest. Hotel staff is very rude and unqualified. No privacy, force entry, No security, no signs of hygiene, dirty towels and mattresses, AC not in condition.

Hello friend as a travel agent i have booked by booking from mmt and my guest come from bangladesh at night around 12 but the hotel deny the booking and not allow my guest as it is bangladeshi and the refund also not given by the hotel.its totally cheating by oyo. now on world i will not recommend any one oyo property.If they deny the booking how could the charge for the property MMT person talk with them but they told booking is no show.
