Although the location of Comfort Inn is convenient, there were several downsides to my stay. The rooms and bathrooms were small and the lighting control was inconveniently placed. Despite requesting a room change, I was informed that all rooms were the same. Additionally, the housekeeping practice of checking the non-complimentary snacks in the room was irritating and should be done after check-out or upon guest request. During breakfast, some staff members asked for my room number even though I had announced it upon entering. However, the valet parking and security staff were kind and prompt in their service, which was appreciated. The breakfast spread had a decent variety and good taste. Overall, my experience at Comfort Inn did not meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. While it may be suitable for those with business in the area, I personally would avoid staying there again. It is important for hotels to consider guest feedback and address any issues to improve the overall guest experience.

Looking at service and behaviour of its staff its shouldn't be called a hotel it should be called a lodge instead. On asking for the room service its staff refuses to do so stating it only provides room service once a day in the morning. Delayed Checkin and rude behaviour. No assistance, less in Number and incompetent, rude staff. Specially the one who sits on front desk at night. We booked a room on this hotel thinking about the convinience, But what we experienced there was a wise-verse. I will surely blame this lodge like place for spoiling our most important day in life. Totally waste of money and time. If there would be any thing to rate below this I would have done so. Really Need to work on staff ethics.

Beat hotel to I recently stayed at Meluha the fern, was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were top-notch and well-maintained. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The rooms and service are good. They provide toiletries from Biotique. The breakfast section could have more healthy options. I got an attached bathroom where the walls were cracked. The TV doesn't have enough channels. The wifi can be slow at times. The prices are a little expensive, keeping the locality in mind.

Stayed there with family from 26-30 Dec 22. The hotel is an old construction with very small room sizes. The pictures available online are photographic excellence. The height of ceilings in some rooms is very low and a person like me standing at 6'4"kept banging the head time and again. Washrooms are too clumsy. The restaurant has a seating capacity not sufficient in case the hotel has high occupancy. The y ask guests to keep waiting at reception till restaurant has space and beyond 10 am they stop replenishing the food. as a result we were down for breakfast at 9.15 but waited till 9.55 am. when we were allowed into the restaurant only the food which was available in buffet was there and the staff stopped replenishing the items. Particularly, Mr. Alim at the restaurant was found to be very irritating. Any request you make to him, even for cutlery at table he will give an expression as if you have asked him to commit a crime. Cutlery is surely an issue after the first round of set tables has been used.

A super comfortable experience at this place. But a slightly highly priced for the value it provides. Visited this last month as part of the business trip to Mumbai. Hardly spent the night there but this place was super comfortable at the end of long day. The room bed was very cozy. The room overall was maintained well with new warm sheets, clean washrooms and air condition. The floor I was staying in was under some renovation when I reached there, but was maintained quite well not to disturb the staying experience. The staff and room service was very helpful and prompt. This place also has complimentary morning breakfast. However, I didn't notice any "heritage" aspect if there was any.

Pros Rooms are reasonably clean Decent staff behaviour Main issue - cost! 5100rs for a single room stay for one night for the facilities they provide is too much. And that too no breakfast for a booking of 5000+.. I m sure u will find much better places for much cheaper rates. The hotel management ppl should atleast try once staying in hotels that offer rooms for 5000rs for a night and compare with themselves.

Well you will find everything except comfort in comfort inn. Cons: 1. Rooms and bathroom are very small. 2. Room lighting control hangs in middle of room so at night you have to somehow feature out how to reach to that switch. 3. We have requested for room change for above issue but apparently all rooms are same. 4. It's in a good location of you have work in the nearby area. Good places to eat and drink around. Those are the positives. The rooms are average, smell a little stale, and they had work going on most of the floors which was kind of a nuisance. So the stay was okay, nothing to celebrate.

An overall nice hotel! Rooms are spacious if you are sharing. Staff are great, friendly and understand English. Just the area is a little bit dodge but you are not far from most of the sites and stations.

Decent place to stay if you want to be closer to south mumbai. The hotel itself is in a good location and rooms are large ( by Mumbai standard). The service is very good and Mr Farooq at the travel desk is super helpful in arranging transport as well as taking care of any needs. The complimentary breakfast buffet is well laid out with a good plethora of options and was also tasty. The only area for improvement is the refurbishment of the bathrooms which are a bit dated and needs an overhaul. All in all a very pleasant and good experience.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in out of 25 countries! The ground of the room leaves black dust stain on your feet despite it is being wiped everyday. The furniture is old and dusty. Rooms smells human poo with massala taste. Staff asks for tips all the time.

An excellent property . Located just near Byeculla station and just opposite of Gloria church . Rooms are very clean and well maintained. They offer all modern facilities in room . Staffs are very well behaved . I must appreciate about their warm welcome and excellent behavior throughout my stay of 5 days . Food quality is just awesome. Infact one of the best . An old hotel with a weird layout (up and down steps to access the rooms and windows facing hallways!) in a very busy old neighborhood. It could do with a bit more cleaning and a less noisy AC system, which blows very cold noisy air in your face when turned on. The bathroom layout is tight and not very comfortable. The saving grace is the staff. Most - not all - of the staff is helpful, friendly and professional. They are trying to do their job with all the in-built constraints this old property has. It is classified as a four-star property but I am not the one who was consulted for this classification!

We had the pleasure of hosting a wedding reception at your wonderful venue. The staff were prompt and courteous, catering to our every request. We give the highest compliments and strongest endorsement to the Heritage staff.

I visited their banquet hall for a business meeting. Ambience is good. Dinner was good, tasty and with 3 sweets. Rotis n nans were properly cooked. All shandelier are very pretty. The only drawback is it doesn't have lift. We had to use a staircase to go to first floor banquet hall.

This should not be a 4 star hotel...This should be a 3 star hotel...rooms are not spacious....There is no balcony view...Tv size is small...I can see paint is fading off the wall ..When I entered the room , I saw a cockroach...When I am having a bath, a lot of water clogging happened!!! Bed sheets and blankets were itchy... I ordered mutton curry for my dinner...mutton was pathetic.... Breakfast was good... overall a bad experience!!! I would not suggest this hotel for stay!!!

If you are looking for 3-4 star Hotel stay in south Mumbai , do consider this location. They have large, clean rooms, easily accessible from highways. Complimentary breakfast has plenty of choices. Hotel staff is amazing, they treat you like a royalty. I stayed here in Nov 2022, can’t say enough about the 5 star service I received. Reception, restaurant, housekeeping staff were all extremely courteous, accommodating and always provided service with a smile. Special thanks to Mr Asif, Mr Farooq from reception and Mr Satish from restaurant. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I am in Mumbai.

The place is located a bit inside and at first seems confusing. The staff was somewhat ignorant and careless at times. Attended a few conferences so don't know about the rooms and stay options. Food items were good and overall a good place to choose for meetings and conferences.

Good place to stay for few days, very near to main area and exactly opposite to Gloria Church. Staffs were polite and friendly. Cost could have been reasonable. Rest all are great. We ordered spring rolls and Wedges it was great.

We checked-in 3 hours late, but the room was still not ready. Our door key was not working and we have to call someone from reception everytime to open the door. We broke one water glass by mistake and they charged us 273 INR for that.

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. The air conditioner works perfectly and the bed is super comfortable, even too comfortable that you don’t want to wake up anymore! There is room service which is also good and the breakfast is delicious!
