A very good place with well behaved staff. Quite spacious too. Crowds buildup at dance floor after 10pm. Only drawback is they don't have much options in the menu. Especially if you are a vegetarian and non alcoholic.

Vortex is divided in 3 parts - club, lounge & terrace. We found the club area really small & packed. We went there on a Wednesday ie. ladies night ie. free shots. But they weren’t generous on that part. The supposedly free shots were served directly in your mouth by 3 hot (mostly Russian) ladies in a grey goose bottle which was definitely diluted. You could have 10 of those & feel nothing. So if ladies night is what attracts you, we strongly suggest otherwise. It was open till 5 am & the overall experience was fun. Lounge serves domestic liquor (few brands) at flat 99/- till 11 pm. It also replenishes your taste buds before you go on a dancing spree at the club. A reasonably priced place for great Indian food. The place has three options, Fine dining, club and a rooftop area. We had dined and had a shisha at the rooftop area. (3/5) The ambiance was decent, comfortable sitting, dim lighting, a large projector playing live cricket. Although by the end, when we were the only customers left, suddenly there were lots of flies, we had to leave in rush to escape from getting continuously bitten, maybe it was the lack of shisha smoke or maybe the lack of breeze as Mumbai was hit with a heat wave during the time. (4/5) Food: We ordered two starters, the Potato based Bharwan Aloo Tandoori was crisp, warm and scrumptious to taste. The Galawat Ke Kebab was well made but lacked its trademark Naan covers, we had to ask for a replacement which was promptly provided. For the main course, we had a mix vegetable dish called Handi Lazeez and a Dal (Dal –E-Vorthex) , both were great tasting and along with the crispy roti made for an excellent meal. (3/5) Hookah: It was nice with the coal being changed every few minutes, although I do feel the pricing of 1000 bucks to be on a higher side as compared to the reasonably priced food. Most dishes are priced around 300 to 400 making it a very reasonable place to dine, the staffs are courteous and young, they could use some more experience and training as the service was on the slower side.

If u really want to dance your heart out with good music n happening crowd on weekends then this is the place to be.. Only hitch here is to get an entry via the guest list or pay 2k as cover charges for couple/stag on weekends.. We had our names in guestlist but still had to wait for pretty like 45mins to get in n that's like too much all thanx to mismanagement by rough speaking guy at door downstairs.. However there is super positive vibes the moment you reach 5th floor of mall where this place is located.. It has 3 sections.. One is club section, one lounge n one rooftop terrace which is for sheesha lovers .. We were in lounge section n at 12 midnight it was packed to core.. Dj needs a special mention here as he was able to keep the crowd mood on high with good selection of English n Hindi music he played.. Unlike many places here each drink on menu was available n charges were also decent reasonable if compared to place .. Off late I have seen many happening places not serving low cost drinks on weekends which I feel is not good thing to do n I was happy to see that it was not the case here.. Aniket mohite at bar was very courteous n polite n was quick in serving chilled beers to me .. In food we only tried Paneer ajwaini tikka which had perfect blend of spices but Paneer was not that soft as I would have liked .. However it was delectable in taste n can be tried along with drinks.. I happened to check club n lounge section n ambiance is good in both.. There are tall chair seatings as well as sofa n couch seatings in lounge section n it looked comfortable.. There is huge dance area to dance in both the sections.. Overall its a good place .. I hope the entry issue to this place is sorted as it was completely haywire otherwise an absolute thumbs up from me for the energy this place had n one should surely try this place if u planning to party on weekends in Suburbs PS--it's open till wee hours on weekends

Amazing place to go out with your friends and have some good time. Visited vortex on Saturday, due to which it was jam packed. Vortex is located in Bandra on Linking road, which can be easily found out. Lighting is pretty dope over here and they do have a decent dance floor where you can enjoy your booze. Dj was mostly playing Bollywood songs which got the crowd going. Drinks are a bit expensive, but considering the vibe of the place you don’t hesitate spending those extra bucks. Seating arrangements are pretty good and staff is courteous. They do have a separate section for Hookah. Overall a good place to visit and chill out with your friends. The best time to visit this place is definitely on weekends post 11pm.

Awesome place for party people, pretty huge with nice ambience. They have got a rooftop, lounge section and a pub section. On weekends it's crowded but it's worth visiting. it's open till 4am max. A must visit place.

Saunth wale paneer tikka - This paneer dish was perfectly marinated with bell peppers and grilled cheese and many more tasty flavors. Chicken doodhliya: It was a traditional dish marinated in curd . Chicken angara: It was rolled over with all the spices. Spicy plus grilled Chicken shikara: green and soft too good. The bombay grill fish: It was rolled in indian spices. It was grilled really good and was served with the sauted veggies. Chicken and mutton gravy: It was a little disappointment. The pieces were fresh and soft. Paneer tikka masala and paneer lababdar garlic nan: The spices were mixed absolutely well and the lababdar garlic nan was a bless to dip in tikka and fill our tummy. Chocolate pinacolada: The presentation was upto the mark. The coffee flavours were hidden under the bed of crushed chocolate. Mango pinacolada: it was really soft and melted smoothly Strawberry pinacolada: This was a disappointment as the base was hard as compared to other two pinacolada. Overall it tasted good.

We came across Vortex and visited this around last to last week on a ladies night, we didnt only enjoy our night to the beats of music on dance floor which was super awesome but also had the best of food in our tummy and this absolutely blessed our taste buds. They had so many varieties on food, Mocktails were refreshing too and desserts were innovative.
