I
visited
this
restaurant
yesterday
with
a
group
of
friends
to
celebrate
a
birthday.
I
am
extremely
disappointed
in
not
only
the
food
but
the
service.
I
started
my
order
with
the
tiger
prawns
for
£17.50
which
very
much
tasted
like
an
Iceland
oven
dish.
I
then
ordered
the
pad
Thai,
which
tasted
bland,
definitely
not
worth
£23.50.
To
compensate
for
the
lack
of
flavours
I
ordered
the
“egg
fried
rice”
which
was
also
rather
dull
to
the
extent
that
after
a
few
spoonfuls
of
both
the
pad
thai
and
egg
fried
rice
I
could
no
longer
eat
as
I
had
lost
my
appetite.
The
waiter
glared
across
our
table
on
multiple
occasions
and
could
clearly
see
the
dismay
I
displayed
however,
still
did
not
once
come
over
to
ask
if
everything
was
okay
with
the
food
concerning
myself
or
any
of
the
group
for
that
matter.
Even
when
the
bill
had
come
the
waiter
and
other
members
of
staff
could
clearly
see
my
plate
practically
full
but
again,
no
one
offered
any
assistance.
I
find
this
extremely
unprofessional
and
shows
a
lack
of
service
and
customer
care
that
you
claim
to
highly
value.
To
add,
about
3
different
members
of
staff
were
giving
our
table
dirty
looks
(all
female)
which
made
us
“guests”
feel
uncomfortable.
Customer
service
is
clearly
not
a
priority,
staff
say
the
minimum,
come
across
as
passive
aggressive,
very
long
waiting
time
for
the
bill,
poor
food
standards.
It
was
a
waste
of
time
and
money
and
the
only
thing
you’re
good
going
there
for
is
taking
pictures.
Definitely
won’t
be
going
back,
prices
do
not
match
food
standards.
Chefs
definitely
need
to
go
back
to
culinary
school
as
all
of
my
meals
were
very
much
giving
an
Iceland
takeaway
cheap
night
in
standard
and
not
the
£65
i
wasted
on
unsatisfactory
food,
that
I
barely
ate
and
had
left
still
hungry.
Our
evening
was
ruined
by
this
experience,
save
your
money
guys!
