Worst place I've ever been!!! The manager was very rude and only seemed to care about lining his pocket with money! I will tell everyone this place is overhyped and the food is absolutely awful!! The main I had was slices of chicken cooked in soya sauce made thick with cornflour absolutely tasteless and horrible served with rice and salad leaves! Is this what you call signature dishes!!! Please see my picture my daughter had steak with mash potatoes nothing special at all then overcharge you with service charges that's absolutely horrific never ever going back to this place!!! I rather go to Levant or Ivy's food is much tasty and better service from the staff!! The manager needs replacing along with the chef!!!

The sushi was incredible. The beef short rib was flavourful and cooked to perfection. The overall vibe of the restaurant is nice, a bit dark inside for photos but really good service. Not too expensive for what it is, perfect for date night

I visited this restaurant yesterday with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. I am extremely disappointed in not only the food but the service. I started my order with the tiger prawns for £17.50 which very much tasted like an Iceland oven dish. I then ordered the pad Thai, which tasted bland, definitely not worth £23.50. To compensate for the lack of flavours I ordered the “egg fried rice” which was also rather dull to the extent that after a few spoonfuls of both the pad thai and egg fried rice I could no longer eat as I had lost my appetite. The waiter glared across our table on multiple occasions and could clearly see the dismay I displayed however, still did not once come over to ask if everything was okay with the food concerning myself or any of the group for that matter. Even when the bill had come the waiter and other members of staff could clearly see my plate practically full but again, no one offered any assistance. I find this extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of service and customer care that you claim to highly value. To add, about 3 different members of staff were giving our table dirty looks (all female) which made us “guests” feel uncomfortable. Customer service is clearly not a priority, staff say the minimum, come across as passive aggressive, very long waiting time for the bill, poor food standards. It was a waste of time and money and the only thing you’re good going there for is taking pictures. Definitely won’t be going back, prices do not match food standards. Chefs definitely need to go back to culinary school as all of my meals were very much giving an Iceland takeaway cheap night in standard and not the £65 i wasted on unsatisfactory food, that I barely ate and had left still hungry. Our evening was ruined by this experience, save your money guys!

Terrible food, terrible drinks and very poor service. It’s a shame sine the BB in NYC is so nice. The ambiance was great, but once you get past enjoying the view it was all downhill. Sushi was average at best, shrimp tempura was undercooked and when we complained, the manager refused to do anything about it. Very poor experience, will never repeat 👎

Very bad service. When entering, they told us that there is no table for you now. Sit at the bar 🤬 and after a long argument with them, they said we will prepare a table for you. Unwelcoming reception and rude . The food was normal and the atmosphere was very noisy and uncomfortable. I do not recommend it

I loved the ambience but my experience with dining was a big disappointment. I was expecting the food to be great because I had read so many good reviews, however it was far from great. Over priced and food was tasteless.

We had 11.30 pm table reservation, arrived early for a few quick drinks after adinner in different venue as it was my daughter's birthday . We asked if we could sit by the bar. Atmosphere and vibe great as always, place was full - I looks like good old days are back. Service was great, Barmen were easy to chat with and sweet. Before we left , they got us birthday shots on the house and sang" happy birthday". Overall great service! Always happy to go back there. One of my favourites ❤

Absolutely divine. Cannot fault them. Lived up to my expectations. The food is amazing. TRY THE VOLCANO SUSHI 😍😍 a few cocktails to try; the ZOMBIE was sooo good. Decor was fab; very picturesque. Perfect for the next insta post. Will definitely be returning.

Went for our wedding Anniversary Lunch at Buddha Bar. The staff was really courteous and even took our pictures for us. Had a fab evening over there! Loved the decor. The californian sushi rolls were great and the portion was enough for two. I loved the mango salsa on Salmon tiradito. The salsa was just so good. Also ordered Chili salt crispy baby squid and it was just amazing!! I love mojitos and they had an amazing mango and passion fruit mojito. Had a nice peaceful lunch

People are just calling everything Wagyu these days. The "Wagyu" Skirt steak was very chewy. Everything is very over priced. Even the Sushi Seaweed was chewy and hard to bite. The best things were probably the edamame beans which were a tenner.

Visited Budda bar on 6th August 2021. The decor and design and atmosphere is lovely for family or friends. Lively music and bustling vibes. 7 of us went and the bill came to £550. The starter's wer really yummy and tasty but the mains were not great esp at that price range. I ordered the aged beef and egg fry rice. The steak was cold and then was replaced but was cold and the sauce was hot. I was really disappointed. All the other dishes were hot. I like my food hot not like it was left out for 30 mins then served. Other than that the decor is lovely and beautiful the stair case is amazing and alot of people taking pics. Would recommend the bar more than the restaurant. Staff were helpful and manager was nice enough too change my steak for a similar warm/cold steak but i didnt want to ask or make a fuss again. @buddha-bar need to check what happened with the steak on this nighg.

What a great spot with amazing food and super cool vibe. Try the toro tartar 😻 as well as their ceviche and sesame cake. This place is great for both romantic dinners and fun-filled nights. We had amazing time, to repeat.

Had a fantastic experience at Buddha Bar recently. The sushi was so tasty! Best of all though was the accommodating hostess - Sophia! Although the restaurant was full, and we hadn’t made a reservation she got us a really good table at short notice. We didn’t even have to wait that long. She is such a star! I will be coming back. Thank you Sophia we love you!

I've always been a huge fan of Buddha Bar, I used to live down the street and even used to get them on Uber Eats during the pandemic. I love the vibe and food so much that I hosted a friends 40th bday in their private dining room and I always bring friends from out of town here. My experience has always been great. I am not sure if they changed chefs but I've basically eaten everything off the menu and I can't fault a single dish. Sad to see some of the reviews here, especially about the taste of the food. When I hosted my friends birthday (very recently - the pic with balloons is in the private room) even the canapés were fresh, hot and really tasty. There are also some cute spots in the restaurant for cute pics.

This is a unique environment. I have experienced Buddha Bar in NY, Paris, and now London. Very sweet vibe, pricey yet delicious! Definitely worth the visit..

Excellent ambience, great service, great food. The staff made birthday special by sending in a complimentary birthday pastry.
