    Unhappy with services and the way manager talking this is totally bakwas room and too much bakwas smell in room .no towel as well as soap provided .staff is so rude.un happy backside St stand and too much machchar

    Worst of the Worst management and service... No value for Customer... Taste LESS food... Pathetic approach ... Dont deserved even half of the star... If u wish to spoil your mood n happiness ready to waste money ... then and then only visit... otherwise RAM RAM

    Room is unclean. There were many cockroaches, rats and mosquitoes in the room. Don't ever visit this place.

    Worst!! (Seriously I am not even kidding) I just found an cockroach under my pillow It was very disgusting The room was also smelling bad And the hotel is above the bar Alot people come and drink in their room and make noise Not family hotel

    Previously excellent but now not upto the mark.. From last 4-5 years this is fix hotel for me but day by day food quality, test & service is going down.. Need lots of improvement..

    It's not the same as earlier. It has been renovated with good ambiance, the crowd is not standard and service in restaurant is poor. Food was horrible, especially the rotis. Staff is aloof and unsmiling.
