coach

Pooja
looks
after
nutrition
and
entire
management.
They
have
good
team
of
trainers
to
assist
them.
The
functional
training
happens
on
Mon/Wed/Fry-day
(that’s
what
they
call
it
here)
with
several
batches
in
morning
and
evening,
personal
training
also
available).
Only
6
to
7
am
batch
is
outdoor,
otherwise
indoor
batch
people
can
come
in
any
batch
as
per
their
convenience.
The
centre
is
quite
big,
I
have
seen
over
25
people
doing
workout
comfortably
at
same
time.
Amit
makes
the
sessions
enjoyable
so
that
people
are
always
motivated
and
give
their
100
%.
Everyday
there
are
new
set
of
exercises.
For
entire
month
I
have
not
seen
repetition
of
any
exercise
except
few
common
exercises
like
Squats,
Push-ups
and
Burpees.
The
exercises
are
mixed
in
a
manner
that
everybody
can
complete
all
the
sets.
Amit
is
quite
knowledgeable
and
focuses
more
on
correct
form.
Sometimes
I
think
that
this
guy
has
eyes
behind
his
head
also
and
has
X-ray
vision
because
wherever
you
stand
during
the
class,
if
you
are
doing
something
wrong,
Amit
will
quickly
notice
and
correct
your
form.
While
people
do
workout
in
batches,
still
Amit
gives
adequate
personal
attention
to
each
person.
He
shows
various
form
of
the
same
exercise
as
per
your
proficiency.
Sometimes
few
games
are
added
to
add
fun
element
to
the
workout.
Now
the
important
part.
Amit
is
quite
disciplined,
and
he
expects
the
same
from
others.
As
everybody
workout
together
so
everybody
is
expected
to
come
on
time
so
that
nobody
misses
the
warm
up.
Amit
focus
a
lot
on
warm
up,
stretching
and
correct
form
to
avoid
injury
and
for
best
results.
Each
set
is
of
20-45
sec
with
10-15
seconds
break
to
move
to
other
exercises.
Amit
gives
short
break
in
between
whenever
he
finds
people
getting
tired.
Yoga
classes
happens
on
Tuesday,
Thursday
and
Saturday
(both
morning
and
evening).
In
Yoga
also
the
importance
is
given
to
correct
form.
Emphasis
is
always
not
to
overdo
or
stretch
beyond
capacity
to
avoid
injury
and
to
gradually
step
up
as
flexibility
improves
over
a
period.
While
I
lost
over
5
kgs
in
2
months
I
experienced
significant
improvement
in
my
stamina
and
endurance.
Also,
there
has
been
significant
improvement
in
my
body
composition
(reduction
in
fat
and
improvement
in
muscle).
