    A highly recommended place to workout! I've never been so serious about my workout regime not that I've never worked out in the past but this studio has a different vibe altogether! It's been two years since I've joined 6262 studio and now it's family. Workouts here aren't monotonous and boring instead it's well executed, steady and fun! There's a lot of personal attention given by the trainers. They know exactly what is your strength, how much to push you and what you need to do to improve. Every session with them is a new experience. I've never loved working out more, the atmosphere is so positive and fresh! The results are amazing! Special thanks to all the trainers who are motivating and helpful they guide you step by step with exercises and postures. Last but not the least thankyou Amit and Pooja who make a great team to bring out the best in all of us! Thankyou guys! ❤️

    Before joining 6262 fitness, I was a member at regular gyms but found their workout very monotonous and boring. At 6262 fitness the workouts are fun and interesting and not repetitive. Coach Amit Dahiya and the other trainers give personal attention to all the members and motivate us to do our best. I can genuinely say that I love going to the gym now and enjoy working out.

    Great place to be healthy and fit. The vibe is lively and amazing. Definitely different fitness regime is followed as compared to a normal gym where everyone gets a full body workout every day with lots of motivation and performing exercises together. All the trainers are well mannered and highly experienced who properly guide for all the l exercises as well as the right approach to perform them. The place is clean, well maintained as well as highly equipped with all kinds of fitness tools, weights, and more. Online classes are also available for those who cannot join physically. Absolutely recommend 6262 Fitness any day!

    So what really differentiates these guys from the rest? It is simply the people. All the 6262 Fitness instructors are very knowledgeable, passionate and professional in every aspect. They make very workout fun and challenging!! On Mon, Wed, and Fri you will be challenged mentally and physically by Amit Pranjal And Rahul being the masters of their trade. -- haha if you can make it through the warm-up you are doing good!! If that is not enough for you, then on Saturdays Coach Amit Dahiya runs an awesome marathon training If. you have anything left in the tank they have Yoga and Aerial Yoga that run throughout the week!! Working out at 6262 Fitness has been our triweekly treat for the last 2 months . If you work out here for a day, a week or months, you do yourself a favor..

    Amit and Pooja are very serious about making you achieve your fitness goals! They mean business but at the same time , they are like friends who you can get fitness and overall health advice from anytime! Joining 6262 fitness is the best decision I have made in 2020!

    Amazing Fitness club I have ever come across. The workouts have been so beautifully planned and executed, challenging at the same time fun.. The trainers Amit ,Pranjal and Rahul are fabulous coaches and are constantly supportive and motivating. Amit and Pooja are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars are less to rate them. I wish I had 500 stars to rate. But I give 6262 500 stars though we don't have that facility. I like the way the workouts are designed, they are never robotic or monotonous and they are always fun and full of surprises. And lot complimentary sessions are organized very beautifully and which are very informative and useful too. Anyone wish to be fit ,from any part of the world, join 6262 Fitnes. Thank you 6262 Fitness.

    Heyy... I Have been training with 6262 and Amit since 1.5 years now ... I can say they are the best without any doubts. Earlier i was training with various other coaches n have come accross many .. But Amit is just the best !!! He doesn't only concentrate on weight loss ... But ur forms , postures n the right techniques... He's never in a rush makes sure he explains the exercise well.For a very long time I did online live training and now i am doing the livebootcamp which is equally good. Even when it was online he made sure ur postures are correct . In these years il not got even one injury even after doing it online ... Would recommend 6262 Team Amit and Pooja .. Thank You for making these workouts a lifestyle for me ❤️

    It was in lockdown that I realised that I should reduce my weight. I used to weigh 125kgs and had no proper control on eating habits. Joining 6262 fitness was the best decision I have made. Because of Amit sir and the entire team's guidance I have reduced my weight to 95kgs within an year. Also, I was sceptical about zoom class. But thanks to Amit sir and entire 6262 fitness team they have taken every minute things into consideration and monitored perfectly. I also thank pooja mam for her constant support and motivation.

    I wanted to really thank entire 6262 team (you, Amit, Rahul and Pranjal) for working so hard and passionately since lockdown. I would like to share my experience. I had joined 6262 to remain fit during lockdown. It started with body weight training which then progressed to training with 4kgs. I hadn't thought of lifting higher than that, however, thanks to Amit, he made sure that everyone is increasing their weights, by constantly straining on the fact "you won't see progress, unless you lift heavier or get out of that comfort zone". Although, I was pretty dicey about lifting 7.5kg, I gradually developed strength to lift it. Surprisingly, I was able to understand the movement better for few exercises like dumbbell clean, snatch etc. after the weights were increased. Thank you Amit for constantly pushing everyone out of their comfort zone. I would like to thank Rahul, for keeping sessions energetic and lively by cheering, encouraging, understanding and also motivating everyone to finish that last incomplete rep even after 30 or 45 secs were over. I would like to thank Pranjal for being patient and correcting the form each time for everyone after explaining the workout and giving everyone time to adapt to the workout. I am glad that I could learn so much more about core and strength training from all of you.😊

    Amazing workouts designed by Amit Sir and nicely monitored by Pranjal and Rahul Sir. Apart from this, they also have in-house Dietecian, Pooja Mam and also a sports nutritionist, Namrata. Their workout has helped me loose 10 kgs in this lock down. Thanks a ton to the 6262 team. Proud to be associated with them.

    At 6262, the workout is designed to burn enough calories so that you get good benefit from it and it is monitored properly by Amit Sir, Pranjal Sir and Rahul Sir to make sure that we get the maximum benefits of doing the exercise and also that we stay away from any kind of injuries. One more advantage is that they have alternative options for all the exercises if in case you cannot maintain a proper form while doing any exercise or you are having any problems while doing any of the exercise. Apart from exercise, you can also consult with in house dietitian, Dt. Pooja Mam, for any queries with your diet. Feeling blessed to be associated with such a wonderful team at 6262 fitness.

    I started doing gym in 2014 but I learned the correct form and technique to do a exercise when I started my fitness classes in lockdown last year with Coach Amit dhaiya and team 62626 fitness,no doubt saying he is one of the best coaches to workout with.There way of conducting the classes is super awesome.A great thanks to 6262 fitness pooja mam,pranjal sir and Rahul sir too..Been a great experience.

    The 6262 team is simply awsm from innovative n challenging workouts to the constant motivation by all the trainers. Everyday I see myself get closer to my fitness goals thnx to this dedicated bunch !! Love their enthusiasm n energy... They make sure every workout is diff frm the other. There is something new to learn n look forward to every session. I've bn an online trainee but feels like I'm at the gym for a personal training sesh .     6262 is a great place for functional training. They have varied set of exercises which makes it an absolute fun. Trainers are extremely dedicated who ensure you do exercise with the correct form, also lot of focus on warm up and cool down.

    At first i was sceptical about online Zoom classes whether it will be worthful or no, but with 6262 fitness my mindset has changed. It was beyond my expectations. The team is wonderful , motivating and enthusiastic. Loved the personal attention one gets and the continuous focus on forms , correct postures and perfection. Really there is no room for mediocrity. I'm really glad to be a part of it.

    I just accidentally happened to read about the 45 day challenge somewhere already being a member of an ongoing gym. I somehow got tempted to find out what is the challenge about and contacted Pooja. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER MADE !!! actually felt it is super important to invest in your health and fitness. My 45 day is getting over tomorrow and i am already feeling fitter, leaner and got lovely results. They are my fitness gurus for life now as my search comes to an end and I am their client forever:-) Love the way Amit and Pranjal train every technique so meticulously and their design and pattern of workouts from the warm ups to the stretch is just amazing. Pooja's guidance for nutrition and day to day trips is so useful and handy and practical. A round of applause to Divya too for the best Yoga sessions ever. It has changed my flexibility and concentration drastically. They regularly have workshops too which is even more enriching. If any of you are confused where to work out. Do definitely consider this one for sure!!!

    6262 is the best space to work out at, Its not only huge and offers the best but also the vibe here is fun, motivating and welcoming. They have batch timings through out the day which makes it convenient and helps one not miss a session. I started out with Yoga and I have never felt this way before, its empowering and the best thing to start my day with. I highly recommend 6262 to all, Amit and Pooja (the owners) make sure that your Fitness journey goes as expected and you achieve the goal you aspire to.

    6262 Fitness is run by Amit and Pooja. 3 days functional training and 3 days yoga by Divya. Amit is functional coach and Pooja looks after nutrition and entire management. They have good team of trainers to assist them. The functional training happens on Mon/Wed/Fry-day (that’s what they call it here) with several batches in morning and evening, personal training also available). Only 6 to 7 am batch is outdoor, otherwise indoor batch people can come in any batch as per their convenience. The centre is quite big, I have seen over 25 people doing workout comfortably at same time. Amit makes the sessions enjoyable so that people are always motivated and give their 100 %. Everyday there are new set of exercises. For entire month I have not seen repetition of any exercise except few common exercises like Squats, Push-ups and Burpees. The exercises are mixed in a manner that everybody can complete all the sets. Amit is quite knowledgeable and focuses more on correct form. Sometimes I think that this guy has eyes behind his head also and has X-ray vision because wherever you stand during the class, if you are doing something wrong, Amit will quickly notice and correct your form. While people do workout in batches, still Amit gives adequate personal attention to each person. He shows various form of the same exercise as per your proficiency. Sometimes few games are added to add fun element to the workout. Now the important part. Amit is quite disciplined, and he expects the same from others. As everybody workout together so everybody is expected to come on time so that nobody misses the warm up. Amit focus a lot on warm up, stretching and correct form to avoid injury and for best results. Each set is of 20-45 sec with 10-15 seconds break to move to other exercises. Amit gives short break in between whenever he finds people getting tired. Yoga classes happens on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (both morning and evening). In Yoga also the importance is given to correct form. Emphasis is always not to overdo or stretch beyond capacity to avoid injury and to gradually step up as flexibility improves over a period. While I lost over 5 kgs in 2 months I experienced significant improvement in my stamina and endurance. Also, there has been significant improvement in my body composition (reduction in fat and improvement in muscle). If anybody wants to join, I suggest them to follow 6262fitness on Instagram as they post photos & videos of batches every day. That gives very good idea about 6262.

    I started going to 6262 in May with my husband . As an 18 year who weighed 108 kilos to a now 33 old whose considerably healthier , it’s safe to say I’ve tried it all- kick boxing, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, aerobics and so now but nothing has made me happier , made me feel stronger or made me more motivated than the 6262 workouts ! It’s been nearly 5 months now and I hate missing a workout ! I try and plan my life around these workouts and I leave each of them feeling strong and capable. Both Pooja and Amit have set up a great space , where you are guided and pushed in equal measure. Aniket is patient, kind and ever watchful of form. The entire team is warm and welcoming. Amit once said to me ‘ Our workouts are meant to make you not break you’ and it’s truly the best way to describe the awesomeness that is 6262 !

Not only the coaches push you to go to the next level, they also keep a tab on your attendance and also go out of their way to check on your diet and eating habits!     Reaching out to Pooja was the best decision I made last yr to find a drive for fitness. One conversation with her and I loved the place! Amit and Pooja have literally given it their ALL-this place bursts with their creativity, vibrance and positivity which makes 6262 like no other! I've been training with Pranjal.     Overall great place to workout, all you have to do is to show up. Amit, Pooja and the team will push you when required , correct your form and guide you on other elements like nutrition. Starting off the workout with a good amount of mobility work helps keep the workouts safe and reduce any injury risk . Also a mix of body weight / dumbbell / kettlebell workouts ensure a balanced program and keep things fun.

    I found 6262 to be my savior back when I discovered them during covid times. No surprise I have stuck with them through the years! :) Pooja and Amit make a great team. Amit has profound knowledge of the workouts he’d teach you, paying great focus on form and breathwork.     I joined 6262 in 2018, and frankly it changed my perspective about exercising altogether. I had a history of slip disc and was very sceptical of joining any training. But till date I haven’t found anyone better or even comparable with Amit (sadly had to move cities in 2019...so still searching a replacement) Amit focuses so much on quality than quantity, within weeks I started feeling stronger, I ran better and pains were all gone. I can write a whole page about why one should join them, but yeh...just do it already if you can! It will change your life!

    6262 has been a wonderful place that really helps me focus on my core development, as well as general fitness. I'd stayed away from traditional gyms as I've always been a sports person, but 6262's functional training keeps the workouts steady and fun! I never get bored. Highly recommended!     Before I joined 6262 fitness I thought it would be like any other workout place. But no I was so wrong. At 6262 fitness everyday has a different routine. It is so much fun to workout at 6262 fitness that I wouldn't want to miss a single day. I look forward to each everyday. The trainer are so good that they personally pay attention to posture.     I started working out with coach Amit and team at 6262 fitness during this lockdown. I was skeptical at first with the whole online workout concept but with each passing day I started to enjoy the sessions more and more. The results I was able to achieve were astounding as I have lost 15kgs in the past 4.5 months.     6262 is one of the best workout fitness centre. Coach Pranjal, Amit, Pooja, Dhanashri, Yoga coach Divya are the best. They keep motivating you and give you new type of exercises everyday which is exciting and pushes you to go each day to hit the fitness studio. If by any chance you are not able to do they alter the exercises. I personally have seen lot of changes in my body structure, posture post joining in 2 weeks time. I had lower back ache problem and post walking for 5 to 10 mins my back use to hurt badly,.but this is now not existing anymore. My stamina has also increased. I am also following the diet chart given by Pooja and it is helpful. Thankfully my sister recommended me to join the 45 challenge and i am excited now to complete the challenge and see more changes in my posture.They whole team rocks.?I thank from bottom of my heart and I highly recommend every individual out there to come and join without giving any second thought.

    If there were a 100 stars I would have given them more than that.. Being a dancer by profession I’ve always wanted something that challenges my levels in terms of endurance, stamina, flexibility and strength. I have never been to such a holistic place ever in my life. The workouts have been so beautifully planned and executed, challenging at the same time fun.. The trainers are constantly supportive, motivating and courteous.. I love the way the workouts are never monotonous and they are always exciting..     I joined 6262 fitness 2 months ago and since then my view towards exercise has completely changed. I had tried working out earlier but never found the right kind of motivation and guidance. After joining 6262 fitness, my perspective changed 180 degrees. Amit, Pranjal, Rahul, Dhanashree and the whole team at 6262 make your time worth the while. In fact I look forward to the work out sessions. The fitness regime at 6262 is tailor made and never does it feel repetitive or boring. Amit and his team makes sure to look after each and everyone. Thanks to the whole team at 6262 fitness for giving me a better insight to fitness.

    I've started 6262 from may 2016, it has helped me, now it has more space and wrkout equipments. Each wrkout has been done diff pattern and picture. Instructed my pranjal and Amit. Now it's July 2018. It's become 2 years and 3 months doing fitness with 6262. I hope I achieve my fitness.
