After having discussion with the reception for 10 minutes they changed the room. Room prices are on the higher side. Pl avoid the rooms on the railway station side it may create some sounds. The rooms are well furnished, sparkling clean and have large windows. Approach to the hotel car park is bad - it is very difficult for an Innova to get inside. Breakfast menu is very limited. The charges for the room are so high around 8050 for three persons per night. The breakfast menu could be more for the prices they are taking. The restaurant is okay. Decent. Nothing remarkable.

Recently we had organised a family dinner at Hotel Royal Orchid. It'll be an understatement to say that it was well organised and extremely well conducted under the supervision of Sachin Sawant. The food was awesome to say the least, arrangements in the Banquet Hall were impeccable, the service was perfect and music by DJ Bosco was brilliant.Our stay in the rooms was very comfortable. Probably the best stay in Chembur! Room was very clean, bed and sheets were soft and cosy. Breakfast choice was little limited, but quality was good. Food in the restaurant in general is amazing and price very reasonable. Valet parking is avaialble. If you are a light sleeper, request for a room away from the elevator. Our room was close to it and I woke up several times, it is pretty noisy. Room in general is little noise due to the nearby metro station and traffic. Both AC and shower were a little difficult to adjust and the ventilation in the bathroom could have been better. Overall value for money and I would definitely recommend!

Would rate as 0 if possible 1 The hotel staff will tell you jo rooms available, then miraculously availability appear!! 2 We rented 5 rooms all of them had services issues like television not working . Defective shower knobs and flush lever malfunction. The maintainence super visor was not helpful at all !! 3 They told me they would give us another room if we stayed longer. Really stay longer ..!! So today no shower!! No toilet usage!! They do have good breakfast. Rooms are fairly clean But stay only if you don't want to shower !!! It's a joke We were out for 2 hours on returning , the room smells of cigarettes smoke, Safety is a concern here too. Worried that some one came into our room . Complaining to Manager made no difference We got scolded by him !!! Beware ,

Went to resturant for food. Was there 10 PM ish. Horrible service, waiters kept trying to grab our plates despite us not having finished, as if they were in a hurry to go home Asked for sizzling brownie, horrible, inedible. Bad burnt taste, we had to cancel it. Overall an experience best avoided

Attended an engagement ceremony and the experience with The Royal Orchid was very good. A nice spacious banquet room with well-mannered staff and perfect service. The food was excellent from starters to the main course. It is located on the main road, which is a bit congested but they have valet parking.

Very convenient location right next to airport and metro. Attended a 1 day conference here, was a fantastic experience, very friendly, helpful and polite staff, large spacious conference rooms with all facilities including video conferencing; tasty indian and continental veg-non veg food with great different varieties. Had a great stay with family at club room. Very nice and clean room. Housekeeping and room service is quick, polite and helpful. They arranged for an extra bed on request. Very good breakfast. Something I found great about this place was that all the snack items in minibar were available at MRP. So we could consume a pack of chips at 10 bucks. I have never seen anything like that in star hotels. A couple of suggestions to The Fern Goregaon - reception could be more welcoming (someone to simply say welcome atleast where most hotel offer a welcome drink) and room could have a better food menu. They basically just had a few b&w A4 sheets stapled together and was dated a year back. So the menu was obviously very used and had food stains. Wondering why such a faboulous hotel couldn't have a good menucard in the room.

Only enquired for rooms and banquet hall, the banquet hall manager went abt his biz well..no complaints there.. he was on game even though we were walk in guests... But the hotel room reservation counter staff as well as their manager .. absolutely horrendous...surprisingly the hotel boasts a lot of positive reviews online... safe to say it's fake.. also for those family guests... stay safe.. encountered some shady biz in the reception area... The best thing to do is to stay away and look for other options..

Amazing banqueting experience. We hosted a party for 80 persons at Royal Orchid banquet hall. Super bar-tending and food service, DJ n dance, valet service. Highlights are the starters, tasty and in good measure. Highly recommended.

The place had a nice eating space. Well maintained, clean and hygienic but suffered from interruptions in services due to a lot of people flocking the place. We had a very funny incident where the waiter brought us the "Fulka" when we ordered the "Kulcha". He even defended his mistake😂😂. The place had a beautiful ambience but North Indian Cuisines were not up to the mark.

Royal Orchid Recently we had been to a relative's place at Chembur. We all decided to head here for lunch. One of the most popular fine fine restaurants in Chembur. The food was really good. Very professional and polite staff. The ambience of the place is great. Can be a little packed on weekends due to the demand. Overall a great place to spend time with family!

The first issue is the parking and only valet parking which at times takes time and the car is parked across the payment meant for pedestrians. Food is good and service guys are very good. Very cooperative and ready to help. The masalas need to be little different from the rest. Flavors are quite alike. The staff should actually keep in mind the convenience of everyone. A particular group could be very vocal and it's fine if it's little under control both decibel and frequency.
