Like as a Tarak Mehta ka utlta chashmah, pyar ke papad, sambhaji, Ek thi Rani Ek tha Ravan, srushti drusthi.. Also we saw a bagban movie shoot location... Such a great time for us... Visiting film city

Was my first time visiting this lake and Film City, as a whole. Went for a shoot. Thankfully, there was a lot of greenery around which provided some respite from the heat. Can't say it's very scenic but was pleasant overall. I like water bodies. Also, easy for an Ola to find it 😀

Mast place good views are there best for or new type of film sets

A nice Outing to know how the films are getting shot at various locations and the hard work involved behind it. We were able to see only 1 set where shooting was going on and rest places only described the tour guide

As the name suggest most of the TV Serials and to some extend Film shooting is done here. The Film City Administration also conduct Bollywood Film City Tour where the tourist are taken around the Film Location for live Shooting along with other attraction.

This place reminded me of village's lake. Apart from everything, This lake is very famous. All the dead bodies found in lake, we see in serials like savdhaan India, crime patrol etc. scenes are shooted here. It also said that shahrukh khan has done his shoot of devdas here, for which whole lake's water was changed with bisleri water. Nearby this there are many studios where shooting is on every time.

A very small lake where lot of film sets are erected by its side.

Filmcity is heart of Bollywood, it's good they allow outdoor sets but it's unsafe, government should make this place secured, workerers really hold their life in hand and work, their are lepards, tigers, government should allow best bus till the last set. Or organised transportation for the workers till the bus stop.
