One of the worst part of this beach is that it’s not the beach All sewage water and holy statue right next to that pretty disgusting beach You will not get the positive energy vibe Most of the people come here to do rituals after demise of their ancestors Will strongly not recommend this beach to anyone I have added couple of pictures and videos with this review

It's a comparatively less crowded beach in Mumbai but is really polluted. The beach area is smaller compared to other beaches and you'll mostly find couples sitting over here. Lots of crows and the view of Bandra Worli Sealink is the only attraction here.

Its a good beach if you want to spend time with your loved ones and relax. Yes its not that clean but that doesn't make a vast difference as places to sit are clean. There are few food stalls if you want to eat some street food. I recommend it because its not as crowed as compared to other beaches.

You can't stand here cuz of plastic. It's tooooooo dirty. Bottles bags polythene wrappers it's like a dumping ground for people. It's so beautiful site to visit but wow the plastic and garbage really spoils the mood. And, don't bring your kids or don't allow kids to visit as many couples are keep on kissing each other behind their umbrellas. So weird to see that at public place.!

Dadar Chowpatty Beach is situated in the Dadar suburbs of Mumbai. Majorly popular for the giant view of the Bandra Worli Sea Link bridge, this beach is customarily used for jogging and watching beautiful sunsets. Located in South Bombay, the beach is frequented by residential locals coming for an evening stroll, early morning yoga or to spend some leisure time.

A good place for photography as BANDRA VARLI SEA LINK is visible from here... But as much as it is beautiful in the same way it is dirty.. Government should clean this place and same people should not throw garbage on this beautiful beach.

Even though my love for beaches is infinite, however this beach was very dirty and the sea is not even visible from the place i was standing. Not much crowd but there might be a chance that no one would be going to beach at 4:45 pm. There is no place to sit on the sand was extremely wet and dirty. The rains might be a reason for that. The sea link was visible from the beach nicely. Lots of crows were flying above and people are going there to throw garbage. The only plus point was the cool breeze which was flowing and it chilled me down even in the hot weather. I have been to gateway of India and juhu beach before. Even they were dirty and no one cares to clean them up. So i am unsure if this is regular and dirty beaches are common in Mumbai.

Ok condition, not so good. Plus point is zero crowd, zero shops, zero venders... so many crow Kaw-Kaw noise.. Variety of sea shells, fresh air, sun n worli-bandra sea link view looks great. But beach filled with garbage like Other Girgaon Chowpatty, Silver, juhu beaches.

    (Translated by Google) Shivaji Park Beach is good and popular for visiting Dadar but not as clean as other beaches ... It is often crowded with teenagers, friends, children and other people. People visit the sea here for morning-evening walks or to watch the sunset. Link between Worli and Bandra .. Shivaji Park is also known as SP for short ... Shivaji Park Garden is a really nice garden because it is a clean, quiet and playground for children ... If anyone has visited Dadar, they should definitely visit Shivaji Park Visit the well-known Dadar Chowpathi The Bandra and Worli bridges are there (Original) शिवाजी पार्क बीच हा दादरला भेट देण्यासाठी चांगला आणि लोकप्रिय आहे पण इतर किना like्यांप्रमाणे स्वच्छ नाही ...

Good one. Improving now a days. Area was known as lower Mahim as it was located on the island of Mahim, one of the Seven islands of Mumbai which, after the Bombay Island, was the most important during the whole of the Portuguese period. Now a days, it was not clean.. lost of wastages you can found. Overall its is good place and a good beach for all even for kids there is a park

Dadar Chowpatty Beach, Mumbai Overview As the name suggests, Dadar Chowpatty Beach is situated in the Dadar suburbs of Mumbai. The absence of shacks and eateries ward off the tourists a little bit. However, as of now, the beach also presents an ugly picture as it has become a dump yard of local filth and a victim of city pollution. The government has been actively working for the renovation and beautification of Dadar Chowpatty.

Dadar Beach, next to Chaitya Bhoomi which is located around walking 10 mins from Dadar Railway Station. This beach wasn't clean at all 2 years ago but a 19 y/o boy started a clean-up drive with his friends and it took him around 2 years to clean the beach and before that anyone couldn't see sand on the beach. After cleaning for 9 months at Dadar Beach but the waste and plastic was coming again and again so he looked out and found that it was coming form the Mithi River which is just before Bandra Reclamation. The 19 y/o started the cleanup there too! He did every Saturday at Dadar Beach and every Sunday at Mithi River and he does now too. Dadar Beach is too much clean but Mithi is just a disaster. Still the 19 y/o (Malhar Kalambe) and his team (Beach Please India) did cleanups at both the places. He had struggled a lot. Instagram accounts:- @beachpleaseindia @kalambemalhar Thanks! I am also a Volunteer. :)

There are huge number of beaches along the western coastline of Mumbai which is a major attraction for the locals and the outsiders. The Dadar Chowpatty Beach is one such beach located near the Dadar suburbs in the city. Apart from the natural sea beach it offers a wonderful and grand view of Bandra Worli Sea Link Bridge. The shore is mainly used for watching the magnificent sunset and for jogging. Evening stroll, spending leisure time, yoga and exercises are some of the usual activities done in the beach. The beach offers a lot of eateries in road side stalls. The shore of the sea exhibits an example of city pollution due to which it wards off many visitors. However keeping aside the polluting scenes, tourists are found to spend their time along the beach. The government is nowadays showing interest in cleaning plans and soon we can come over to spot the beach in its original beauty. September to March is the best time to visit the Dadar beach.

Mostly college students come here for chilling. You can also spot some couples making love. Some people also come here for a morning and evening walk. Some people come along with their pet to make their mood. Calming place. This place is now more clean than before.

Dadar beach peaceful in morning crowded in evening . Ideal place to do street photography . Just next to iconic Shivaji Park. Has a small joggers park named Narali baug just facing the beach next to Chaityabhoomi . Has different mood during different weather Monsoon is the best .

Situated near Dadar Railway Station on western side this is one of the popular beach in Mumbai! Many people visit this place mainly to enjoy beach water and beautiful view of Banda-Worli sea link bridge. No any entry fee, beach is less maintained, plastic & other items are spread here & there! Many beach clean up drives happens here but people/visitors don’t keep this place clean. During Ganapati Ganesh visarjan also happens here! No much food stalls available. Not good for children during evening time as this spot has became romance point for many couples!

Polluted beach. Not so safe area as some gamblers were there. Overflowing with couples busy in PDA. You get very awkward by such scenes. It's better to not enter on the beach!!

The nearest station to Dadar Chowpatty Beach is Dadar of the western terminus. The beach is very near and you can walk to reach the destination or hire a local auto rickshaw. Or you can also choose to travel in one of the state-run buses. Alternatively, you can book taxi cabs from your accommodation for a more comfortable journey. September to March is considered the best time to visit Dadar Chowpatty beach. The other months can get unbearable due to the heat and humidity.

A good view of working & Bandra skyline, Bandra-Worli bridge. Narrow beach not well connected, avoidable beach for tourists.

The beach is nice but just for the sea link view. It's dirty and smells badly.

This is the best place to hang out and spend some quality time. You can sit and relax here. This place is " Sukoon". You can see people of every ahe group here from 6 years to 60 years. There are sitting benches here where you can sit and chill with the beautiful sea view surrounded by coconut trees. Personally I love this place. You should also visit and enjoy this place. Try to visit at around 5:30 p.m, so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunset here.

Not at all clean , beach stinks a lot 😕 It's right besides kirti college so you will find lot of couples making out. No place to sit as such , not recommended You can alternatively visit Chaitya Bhumi which is 5 mins walking from here

A quiet and calm place for an evening outing. Not much rush and relatively clean. The sunset behind buildings and not into the sea. No waves.

This beach is behind kirti college. Its not very crowdy but the place, seashore stinks alot like fishy. Its a sea where fishing is done maybe. Otherwise the beach is beautiful for viewing. One can also view the bandra-worli sea link from distance.

Disappointed with dirt, obscured sea view, and wet sand. Sparse crowd at 4:45 pm. Garbage, crows, and neglect marred the experience. Only relief: cool breeze. Sadly, echoes past experiences at Gateway of India and Juhu Beach. Wondering if Mumbai's beaches stay neglected regularly.

Only to see the lighting of Bandra-Worli sea link. Otherwise it’s worst . Bad smell , nothing is available here . It smells very bad while walking. If you have short period of walk it’s ok.
