Pay
a
little
more
and
stay
in
better
hotels
around.
Got
back
to
hotel
at
1
am
after
a
tiring
day
and
were
locked
out
of
the
room.
None
of
the
keycards
worked
be
it
the
room’s,
Master
or
the
back
up
they
had.
The
hotel
staff
was
equally
clueless.
On
top
of
it
we
were
given
the
excuse,
“Sorry
staff
is
also
figuring
it
out,
these
were
installed
5
months
back”.
Not
my
problem,
as
a
guest
I
would
expect
you
to
be
on
top
of
it.
Add
to
this
damp
rooms
with
no
ventilation,
no
toilet
rolls
in
washroom,
flushes
not
working
(called
twice
to
fix
it),
water
leaking
from
AC,
water
heaters
not
working,
soiled
bedsheets
and
mosquitoes.
All
this
inconvenience
during
our
whole
stay
and
one
of
the
manager
assured
us
that
our
room
will
be
changed
and
cost
of
extra
bed
will
be
waived.
Guess
what
while
checking
out
they
still
charged
us
for
extra
bed
and
completely
turned
around.
0
communication
between
the
staff
and
management
and
have
excuses
ready
for
every
issue.
Don’t
run
a
hospitality
business
if
you
can’t
keep
up.
