I had been there couple of times.And must say the rooms are very good with minimum decore and cleaning is maintained at its priority. The morning breakfast you must try as there they have many variety to try on. Overall my experience was good also the staf were nice and hotel looks luxious.I have recommended many people for this hotel for staying.

The Khichiya masala papad is too good and cocktails are amazing as well. Great place to relax and hang around with friends. Outdoor sitting area available as well which is great. Overall a great experience with tasty food and cocktails. Beautiful ambience as well.

The hotel room, restaurant staff, room service and food were good, however the female staff, on duty at front desk between today 16 sep / 0800 hrs till 1500 hrs, was rude and unprofessional to say the least. When I walked in the hotel today at 1100 I was asked by her to check out, to which I replied that I need to stay for couple of hours more as I had a hectic last few days and really needed to rest. Moreover it was raining heavily outside. I also I formed that my company, that had booked the hotel will get the booking extended. She kept on insisting to check out relentlessly. The whole situation could have been handled much more smoothly and without so much fuss. Even after working in HOSPITALITY industry she lacks even the basic courtesy. It really was a bad experience and I would insist to my company that this hotel never be booked for future engagements.

Hotel ambience is very soothing and pleasant. But we were disappointed with the quality and variety of food. Also taste wise other local restaurants may offer better taste. We had te lunch for group of 40 people but did not really enjoyed it.

Horrible place. The towel stinks. The staff is curt and rude. They behave as if you are staying for free. The room dining service serves half cooked raw food most of the time. Just absolute horrendous experience.

The taste of sambhar was flattering but quantity was little less. By the time I finished 1 and half idli, there was no sambhar left in my bowl. They can increase the quantity. Coconut chutney was fine only..idli was very soft..it dissolved in my mouth...i harly bite it

Instead of a king size bed.. I get a single mattress on a double bed making it too uncomfortable.. also since it was an adjoining suite room.. I could hear my neighbors music.. also by outside food not allowed.. they told me I can’t even order coke and chocolates from outside.. so that was a little disturbing.. food in their restaurant was great though.

I only had the chance to visit the top floor Hall Room but this place is really really good. A perfect place for one small family party or a private get together. The food was good, service was worth appreciating. The location also is one of the best parts as it separates itself from the busy Andheri world.

The rooms have been renovated and are comfortable and clean. The staff were very accomodating and friendly with us. I only speak english so had some difficulty communicating at times. The breakfast buffet is very nice. All our meals were delicious.

Reservations team it not all helpful and they really don’t know how to deal with customer. 1. Someone gave me the quote and he was not able to take booking due to some glitch and ask me to call after sometime. 2. When i called after sometime some other staff picked up the call and took my details and told i will call you back in 5-10 mins(God knows whom she called back i never received a call.) 3. Then i called back again this time some other staff picks up the call and giving me straightaway quote for additional 2k are you guys serious this is the way you treat your old customers i have been there twice but always made booking via apps. YOU GUYS NEED TO TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO TALK AND HONESTY Bad service ever received really disappointed

We visited their kitchen n bar resturant there. Food is average. Service is average too. Nothing exciting to be there. Resturant has 3 parts - family, bar and open smokers area. But drinks are served in the family area too. On a whole a very ok ok experience

I stayed there for a week in the month of November and I must say the ambience was outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Always a smile of their faces and you feel welcomed when you are staying there. A big thanks to the Manager Suhas who is customer oriented always and a great guy to connect with. Also a mention for their housekeeping and restaurant staff who were very courteous and helpful whenever they communicated with me.

Ordered a thali (assortment of vegetables, rice, lentils and an indian sweet) with mum and dad. The food has always been good, they have maintained their standard. It's more than 15 years since i last ate at Tunga and i remember the food being this good. Keep up the work folks!!!!

A decent place with nice rooms. The service was okay. There is a restaurant inside as well as just outside the hotel. Although, there aren't any other places like hotels / shops around, the location is decent and you get good commute options. The cost is also reasonable for the room type. The look of the room is great. Beds are comfortable.

Good nice hotel, traffic is a problem only. Food quality is good. But bfast varieties are very less and not upto the mark. House keeping service is great. Overall good place to stay, if planning for any meeting nearby airport.

As it is very close to airport, it is very convenient to move to other locations. The rooms are big and comfortable for family. It has got a lively atmosphere. Hospitality is really awesome. Neat and clean rooms .

Very well maintained hotel. House keeping cleans the room daily. Rooms are quite small, I guess that's common in Mumbai. Staff is friendly and service is really fast. Will definitely choose the same hotel if ever we come to Mumbai.

Well the hotel "Looks" good, the staff have a totally negative attitude towards guests. Morning breakfast , don't expect them to entertain you if you have a Jain diet. They straight say No we Don't have anything in jain , have fruits or paratha. We were two stayed in a room with 1 set of towels and toiletries, on request the house keeping mentioned " we give only 1 napkin , if you need you can use your towel" 😂 or share napkin. Still you need I can bring, feel free to call 😅 " then why did I called him at first place!?? also bring your own shampoo, conditioner they don't provide. Note the hair dryer . Upon request room service said you can wash your hair with shower gel 😭. Anyway, I did it. A new experience because we had to leave. And yeh, cockroaches might accompany you in the toilet. And the door inside the room which connects two rooms so you feel like you are living with other people when they are talking , shouting or watching tv with loud music. 😅 You won't feel lonely 😂.

It's next to MIDC, it's a good enough place, a good 3 star hotel, clean, also great if you wanna tour Bombay and just get back to unwind. Unsure of all the amenities, spent only a night here.

Yesterday I visited Tunga for dinner I order for Paratha, naan, panner makanwala was really mouth watering highly Recommended and will visit again with my family and friends.

Worth the time i spent at tunga paradise. The food was tasty and fresh. The service was great and the welcoming body language of the crew was just fabulous. We had also stopped by at the ganga restaurant which is a pure veg and a south indian restaurant. The food was too good there. The ambiance was amazing and it had alot of plants all around the restaurant making it look beautiful. I loved the chai (Tea) there. Value of money.. 🙂🤟

Experience was not Good, Booked Hotel Via MMT, No Buffet Breakfast ( Only Selected Breakfast Keep Repeated) Like 2pcs Idli, 2pcs Uttappa, Poha an Sheera, keep Repeated. Menu is too Costly, After seeing menu, when I ordered from Zomato, they were like, we will provide you empty Plate, but we will charge, Rs.100/- for single plate, When asked bill for the same they said okay you can take it as complementary from our side. Hope they will change the same in future, An make a customer experience Delightful

Great location, tasty food with good quantity and the lounge is fairly priced with super clean and perfect sized rooms...It does give a feel of a 4 star hotel, being the lobby or the overall vibe. Totally worth it.. Good job The Paradise by Tunga.

They have very professional staff and the amenities provided are also great. The room service is amicable and food is super delicious especially the chicken (finger licking good) . Had a pleasurable stay.

We ordered tomato soup and it tasted like made of tomato powder rather than fresh tomato. The soup assured by staff was fresh tomatoes ut it wasn't. Also the daal khichadi had very bland taste and we had to mix paav bhaaji to make it edible.

Overall the restaurant , food ambience is great. The only matter I was concerned was the delivery time during the crowded time. I wish thet were quick. We all are office going crowd coming for luch. So better and fast service would help us to get back..no complains about the food variety and taste. Price also very decent . You would not get better places to have a munch in this area. So go for it.

Unfortunately my experience was not very good. The room was dirty, phone dirty, towel dirty with lipstick marks and black spots, tea cups dirty, kettle gave me a shock literally. Even after telling the GM, the kettle was not replaced. So basically there was a lovely new flooring, jaguar taps and a large TV, the sheen from which couldn't counter the hygiene levels. Chef Siddharth however made the visit memorable with amazingly scrumptious malvani fare. Bombil roll stuffed with prawns, pomfret tawa fry with malvani masala, surmai curry..... All finger licking good. Thank you chef!

Me & my family had a wonderful time at Pickles N Pints at Tunga Paradise. Food - Excellent taste also quality & quantity wise. Lovely Ambience, customer friendly staff, Best & quick service. Reasonable rates, not expensive, very good crowd, Overall we had a lovely enjoyable & quality time as it was a special day & occur us. This was made more comfortable by Mr. Bala ( Manager ), Captain Arjun & his team A special thanks to them for friendly hospitality. Thanks a lot

I had a pleasant stay at Tunga Paradise. I stayed for a week. The room allotted to me was very cozy. The room service was very nice and quick. The staffs were well mannered. The food we ordered for dinner were very delicious. Although there were lots of resturants around, we preferred the ala carte from the menu. Overall I had a very pleasant experience staying at the property.

Big rooms, neat and clean. Good tasty food. Generous qty. Very close to Airport, takes only 10 -15 minutes to reach without traffic.

Not worth at this price range Ok Ok Service. Hotel will not give you any information about your stay, what's included and what's not. In my experience some of channels were not working and management didn't show any willingness to solve the problem. Management is not interested in listening or solving complaints.

By far the worst place to stay in any of the hotels in whole of India. Apart from room service, the entire stay was claustrophobic. Whoever manages reception should be fired first. Usually all expenses/money matters are settled at the time of checkout however these people constantly ask for money. EVEN THE GUY ON THE RECEPTION WILL CONSTANTLY SAY “SIR PAYMENT KAR DIJIYE”. Stay anywhere else but avoid this place. Bullish people, they behave as if all beggars have checked in and will not pay. I
