We had a very spacious room. Had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay of 2 nights here. The food in the buffet was delicious and there were lots of varieties to choose from. Iron was provided for ironing clothes free of cost. Staff behaviour was very good.

Hey all, been staying here for 8+ years, but have seen the standards go down exponentially. These guys think that they are the Boss of every guests who stay there. Never a professional hotel. You name the department and they are freaking rude. If you can't keep it up, then one shouldn't advertise as "Star rated" hotel. Would suggest the Leela or The Lalit nearby to airport. The rooms not maintained, washrooms stink, restaurant is good,

Good place. Hospitality was wonderful. Moreover rooms were too spacious but yeah lacked a bit of cleanliness. The in house dining facility was wonderful. Stayed here for about a week. Loved the services by the staff at the Keys inhouse cafe. Definitely i added an extra star just because of them.

Stayed recently for 4 days, It was very unpleasant stay. From housekeeping in room, hygiene/ availability of towels/ food quality/ room service/ mosquito's in room, all are found of poor quality. Even after giving feedback at front desk and hotel management person, same issues kept on repeating again and again. Food quality is below par, it was waste of money to order food from their kitchen. They don't provide cutlery with food if you don't ask 🀦. Response of housekeeping staff was too slow. Had to follow up 10 times for laundry, then only received it back @23:30 Hrs. Overall a frustrating stay experience.

I recently stayed at the Keys Select Hotel Nestor and I have to say, it was a great experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many shops and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, with comfortable and clean rooms that are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and always on hand to assist with any queries or requests I had. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning, which included a variety of local specialities and fresh fruits. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor seating area where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while you eat. Overall, I would highly recommend the Keys Select Hotel Nestor to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in the city. The location, facilities and staff all contribute to making it the perfect base for exploring the area, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.

Keys Select has two sets of rooms - an old (quite old) set and a new set. Other reviewers have mentioned that the newer ones are better - we asked at the front desk while checking in, but were told (rather brusquely) that 'standard rooms' are all in the old section. We'd booked a standard room in advance, so we had little say in the matter after that conversation All that said, travellers should be aware that the old rooms are rather poorly maintained - they have a "staying at a friend's old apartment" feel. Right from the lesser seen surfaces being left dirty to the rather grimy sink in the 'studio style' setup of the room to the 'sepia' shades of everything in the bathroom. Thankfully, sheets/bedclothes were clean and well washed. Food was just passable. The cut fruits were nice and fresh but the rest of the buffet items were oily and not very tempting. Staff here were quite pleasant and happy to help, unlike the front desk. The location is nice, on a main road - but parking can be tough to find. At the price we paid (~6k a night), you can easily find better options.

This is the most horrible hotel I have ever visited in my life. The walls have paint seeping off. The fridge is more than 50 years old. The bathroom pipes are completely rusted, the commode seat cover is broken and the sink is cracked and is chipped and ancient looking. Mosquitoes in the room add to the decor.

I won't recommend this place to anyone, below are few instances which made me write this. Stayed at this place for 4 days (As I was on official trip and was not having time to switch hotels because of meetings . Lucky for them the other hotel in which my colleagues where there was not having rooms available) CONS: 1) Charge of this place is was approximately 3500 per day and as soon as you enter the room it was stinking. It was not one room out of 4 room 3 of them were stinking. We changed 2 rooms out of 4. 2) Phone was not working . It was not working for 3 rooms out of 6. Other 3 we never tried using phone for House keeping or in House dinning. 3) Dinner buffet which is not a part of scheme of Rs 3500 will cost you 635 Rs and variety given is Okay and you cannot complaint about it, but its on the higher side. 4) During my checkout the Key Card stopped working. Any sensible hotel will get the manual key to open the room but this hotel is different , they will surprise you with they way handle things. When I complaint about this to the cleaning staff next to my room he asked me to call reception post giving a try by opening with his Key Card. When I called Reception after hearing half of the conversation they disconnected the call saying they are sending someone. The next staff come with another Key Card which evidently would have not worked because the Battery of the Lock was Dead. The same staff went down and again came back with another Key card and tried the same thing. Then this guy answers me that they are calling someone from Maintenance . The Maintenance guy comes with another key card and gives the same answer that key card is not working. After wastage of 1 hr or more they finally bring a Manual key and within 2 sec the door get opened(This happened post there head manager scolded them else they played around with the key card and even said they don't have manual keys) . In this Circus I would have missed my flight but thanks to few passengers who gave way to me as I was late and my running skills and I made it. 5) Checkout: A day before my checkout in the evening i informed them that I will checkout tomorrow at 9.30 AM and post having Breakfast by 9.15 AM I updated the same thing that in 15 mins I will be coming down stairs, please keep everything ready so that I pay the bill and I will be on my way. But after the circus of my room lock and Key card when I come down stair at 10.25 nothing is ready, I asked my colleague to pay the bill and ran for my cab. Apart from other staff you people at reception needs to work a lot and learn a lot. PROS : 1) Breakfast here is awesome. 2) Staff named Amol is very polite , always had smile on his face and will suggest you with good things you can have, which always was good. 3) Every staff member comes to solve things immediately be it phone , change of room or Locks but in Hotel industry I think this all should already be taken care before allocating a room.

Hotel has a very negative vibes. Is not cleaned properly. You need to tell them that you need the room to be made up, although, there is not provision for do not disturb sign. No professionalism at all. No staff cooperative. Lots of old time hotel running style. Breakfast area is over crowded, with less breakfast. Have to wait for food to be replenished. Have better place than this to avoid all we faced.

Poor standard of the hotel....not upto the mark. Dirty rooms..no towel and slippers were provided, not recommended.... better options available. Though in their description they have written the name of lemon tree however its a shady two star hotel. Not worth the money

The staff were courteous friendly & polite. Went out of their way to give good service. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty Indian foods. The lunch and dinner buffets were excellent plenty of Chinese, continental & Indian cuisine. Yum yum lip smacking finger licking food. The chef & manager regularly came & interacted with guests, checked on our wellbeing & our food requirements. I had an pleasant & enjoyable experience. As a single woman travelling I felt safe in the hotel

The quality doesn't make up for the money they charge. Room space was way too low on the 7th floor. The location was decent and service was okay as well. I was in a room for 2 and I just hated that they only had one key. If one person is out, you can't go in if they have the key. If you have to go outside at night while the other one is sleeping, you can't take the card as electricity in the room runs with the key. So when you go out and come back, you'll have to wake the other person up

I had stayed at this hotel in 2018 for almost 6 months. The hotel staff is friendly, the food was good, though i never got a chance to eat a meal in the hotel due to work related travel and always ate the breakfast there, once i even had a mini cockroach in my watermelon juice, which I almost was about to gulp thinking it is watermelon seed. But the chef and the manager handled the situation very well. Thankfully i am alive yet 😜🀣. The room was a little damp and was stinky during rains and we once had an encounter with a little but huge in its own way guest centipede in our room. So all in all the stay was ok at the hotel, would certainly advice for a short term stay vs a longer duration stay.

In this place rooms are fine but they serve same breakfast daily even though it is breakfast buffet. And food is below average. And hot water doesn’t come properly.

My experience was not very good at this hotel. AC stopped working at around 2 in the night. It took 30 minutes and 2 phone calls for the maintenance guy to come and check. Finally at 4.30 in the morning he decided it was not working and then finally shifted me to another room. Whole night was ruined, and I had work in the morning!! Next day i asked for a towel, as the were none in the new room, took them 45 minutes and numerous calls to bring it. Room was dirty and not swept properly. Asked for a glass.. called plenty of times, but till the time of checkout no one brought it. All in all..a very pathetic experience. Only thing i liked about this place was their resturant staff. Very polite and attentive.

Good room size with decent food. Housekeeping and response time needs to be improved. Front desk needs to be proactive.

Rooms are ok but service is pathetic at Marol Keys hotel. They don't even have a bell boy to carry your luggage. Give 4k per night and carry your own bags is unacceptable to me.

Rooms are not as shown on their website. The room that I stayed in was unlike 3-star. Food was good even with a limited menu. A good breakfast spread.

If you are looking for a budget hotel then this can be an option with very limited basic amenities. Do not expect luxury. Very limited option for breakfast and could be improved. The rooms are not well lit and the beds are very old. Location is an advantage as uts near to the airport and also close to metro station.

A great place to stay! Good property by Lemon Tree hotels, room are spacious. Food is tasty. Staff is very courteous and well behaved. Wi-Fi speed needs to be better otherwise everything is fine. Plus the location is near to airport but a little inside.

The staffs are great and friendly. Rooms are poorly maintained and not clean. Location of the hotel is also not that great. Miss lead by a team to stay here otherwise would have stayed in a better hotel. Rooms were dim lit and AC was making hell lot of noise.

When I visited there, it was a 4-star hotel. Now, it is 3 star, LOL. Things change so fast. My stay was pretty good. The cleaning staff was doing their work every day. The reception was good, but the thing is they keep on changing front staff during the day. So, while one person promised you something or gave you some permission, others will deny it. It created a chaotic situation when one of my family members visited the hotel to meet us. But, the hotel staff is well behaved and didn't have any issues.

Very worst customer sevive, The staffs are here to spoil the name of their hotel name. Give training to the staffs to how to behave with their guest.
