I recently visited Coffee By Di Bella in Mahim and had an overall decent experience. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, and given the hot weather that day, I decided to sit inside. Unfortunately, the coffee I initially ordered was quite disappointing as it tasted like boiled water. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked for a change. I eventually decided to sit outside and paired my new coffee with a smoke, which was a great experience. While the coffee could have been better, the pleasant ambiance and helpful staff made up for it. Overall, Coffee By Di Bella is worth checking out if you're in the area.

This branch of Di Bella is kinda of normal, nothing too special like their other branches. The milkshakes were great, however lot of mosquitos which definitely makes you uncomfortable to sit for long. Additionally for any order's you have to individually get up and go to the counter unless you are lucky and the waiter passes by you. This is a disadvantage as other branches of Di Bella have great service. My advice, visit this branch if it's near to you. Lot of room to improve team!

Located in the middle of a busy road however, finding parking can be very challenging. It's ambience is cozy and I totally love the recently created lawn with artificial grass for the outdoor seating. The cold beverages are good but they could improve a lot on the hot chocolate (neither chocolaty nor thick) and savoury items. The place is open till late which makes it very convenient to grab a quick bite if u leave late from work.

Randomly tried this place,just to chill with friends long back! Best coffee place in the world.. Hehhe.. Melbourne Freakshake is my all time favorite!!!! We always order it.. Nice ambience.. Don't go on weekends after 2 pm it gets super crowded!! The sitting is comfortable. We have almost always got sitting without wait. Coffee is alright. We go for just coffee. I would suggest the cappuccino with Mint. Its amazing. I don’t like the outdoor sitting because a lot of people smoke there. The cafe has allowed it. Probably why they are so crowded.

Prime location and great fit out, makes the coffee shop fabulous to visit... Great looking coffee shop with clean and modern décor. The barista seems to be a good guy, there is table service and the place is extremely clean, well maintained and neat. They have a good selection of food menu too, i had a plain croissant which was not bad and though they have I would never try a junglee chicken croissant.

Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. In addition to the overcooked waffles and abysmal service, the overall ambiance of the place was underwhelming. The seating was uncomfortable, and the atmosphere lacked warmth and charm. Disappointing Experience at Coffee By Di Bella, Dadar Shivaji Park As a devoted fan of Coffee By Di Bella, I was excited to visit their Dadar Shivaji Park outlet. However, my recent experience left me disappointed and unable to recommend this particular branch. Firstly, the ambience was quite dull, with poor lighting that didn't create a pleasant atmosphere. On the positive side, the service was prompt and efficient, which was a relief. When it came to the food, there were mixed results. I decided to try the spinach and corn cheese sandwich, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The taste was underwhelming, and I felt it could have been better. On the other hand, the Nutella Waffle was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth. However, what frustrated me the most was the handling of our order for a mojito. Initially, they took our order, but after waiting for 30 minutes, they informed us that they had run out of mint and couldn't deliver it. It would have been much better if they had informed us right away instead of making us wait. They then asked for an additional 30 minutes to arrange the mint, which I found quite irritating. Overall, my experience at Coffee By Di Bella, Dadar Shivaji Park, was not up to par. While the coffee was good and the service was satisfactory, the dull ambience, disappointing sandwich, and mishandling of our order left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this particular outlet.

I had gone here when they had opened and went recently. Huge difference in service, very slow.. I dunno whether they are short of staff or what it is. Coffee obvious is great and other stuff like sandwiches etc are yummy too. Tomato mozzarella sandwich is good. I’m a waffle fan, so tried and loved it, so kept coming her to have only waffle but lately found that the taste has changed a bit. Was not as yummy as before. Felt very ordinary.

We had a meeting of Girl Boss Going Group. We had a good time there. All the people of the cafe were so cooperative. They arrange a meet outside as we were good number of ladies. They serve us differently so no confusion. We made noise too but no complain from any of them. All together it was great expression.

I visited this location of Di Bella to satisfy my sweet tooth but ended up with a bitter taste in my mouth. The restaurant wasn't crowded at the start so we did have our choice of seating. Just like the previous outlet I visited, the seating isn't comfortable. The couch we sat on was highly uncomfortable and it did seem that the sofa had to be reupholstered. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. However, the lighting it too dim. I prefer having my meals in a well lit dining area. We first went in for the Ultimate Chocolate Explosion Waffle. Sadly, this was more like a stink bomb rather than an explosion. There was just too much going on with this dish. The cocoa powder mixed with the waffle batter made the waffle pretty dry, crunchy, and flaky. The dish had too many topping thrown together. The entire presentation of the dish was more of a monstrosity rather than a visual delight for the eyes. Overall, it was too sweet. We next went for the Kit Kat Waffle. This was much better than our first dish. It was more balanced. A lot of disappointment was experienced during our meal. We wanted to have a croissant but was informed they were all out. They also didn't have anything savory other than sandwiches. We visited during peak dinner time, so it's strange that they were out of so many food items so quickly. We requested for some water and were given bottled water. We prefer filtered tap water but were informed that there weren't any cups available. Calling the service slow is an understatement. Each dish took too long to be served. Even the bill took long to arrive. Hopefully, this experience isn't indicative of the restaurant's usual service because I know for a fact that Di Bella can do a whole lot better.

Good place to go for a nice cup of coffee and to sit & work. However the issues start from here, if you plan to go here there is no Vallet for parking your vehicles . Average search for space is 10 mins and then you would have to walk and come. The washroom needs some upgrading

This place has an inner and outer sitting area. The inner one is a tad claustrophobic as the ceiling is quite low. Even the place too dimly lit. It gives a congested feeling overall. One less star for this reason. The outer sitting area is good. The only drawback is - a lot of people smoke out there. So, in case you are okay with smoke and passive smoking the outer area is perfect. The order and billing process is the most ideal for introverts or anyone who doesn't want to get up from their table nor wants to communicate with anyone. They have a QR code scanner on each table that takes you to the menu and even allows you to place orders as well as pay online through Gpay, UPIs and even credit cards! Café Latte, Café Mocha, Americano, Di Bellaccino, Cinnamon latte are their best ones.

It has a lovely service, and especially what i loved was you can order directly using a scan code and order by sitting at one place only..the system of E-ordering was seriously awesome and very smooth.

Ambience is really attractive, awesome and some tables are outside as well with pleasing decor. Food is decent and innovative. Rose Cappuccino it's a different type cappuccino which I had, wide collection of coffees and desserts. Great place for coffee lovers.

The service provided by the people at coffee by di Bella Mahim was pathetic and the waiter who served us the meal was very rude and not paying attention to our orders and leaving us unattended even after calling 3-4 times. We asked them to pack the remaining excess food we ordered for home but he refused to do it and later called himself the manager of the cafe when we asked for the manager. We did not want the food to get wasted but because of the lousy behaviour of the waiter, we left immediately after paying. I and my friend will never visit this cafe again although we just work nearby in Hinduja hospital I would still prefer to go somewhere else.

Have been a loyal customer to Coffee by Di Bella since the last 1 year. I go to the Mahim and Shivaji park branches. The place had fantastic service & the quality of food was fantastic as was the ambience, overall hygeine. The staff was very friendly and warm. The guy Akshay at the Shivaji park branch has always been very friendly and well-mannered. However, most of the staff have left or on their way out. I am quite disappointed and sad to see the quality deteriorating by the day. The owners must take notice of this. Here are a few things that need immediate attention of the owners unless they're planning to wind up: 1. The washroom at the Mahim outlet is very poorly maintained. The decent quality handwash soap has been replaced by absolute local soap... that too diluted a lot with water. Not expected from a brand of this stature! 2. The upholstery of the couches and chairs really need to be cleaned. They're stained and dirty! 3. You need to braoden the horizon of the current menu. You always had very few items on the food menu. Now it's even lesser! The Sydney pastry was delicious. Later that was taken off and replaced by another rectangular pastry but was given the same name. After having the substitue, I promised never to have it again! It has been very disheartening to see Di Bella'quality go down like this.

This one is my favourite di Bella outlet simply because it’s location and friendly staff and overall good vibes you get here. Those who smoke can sit outside and have a nice cup of cappuccino with a lit and relax. If bored you can just walk towards the Shivaji Park or sea face and have a nice view of sea link 😁

This cafe has got nice sit out area. The staff very good and fast delivery .Try their Nutella Hot chocolate and Chocolate explosion waffles, its yummy. They also serve Chicken Junglee sandwich which is good. What not every thing also good for Affordable prices.

This chain of cafes in the city are absolutely great. The waffles here are especially great, they are a must have. The virgin mojito here is one of the best I've had. They also have excellent thickness which can be a challenge to down completely on your own. The ambience is super cool and service is too notch. Really like this place.

Di bella happens to be an old favourite. I love their coffee. Like Iv said their waffles or freakshakes and massive and an overload. They are super sweet and could be done minimally. They are quite kind and don’t nag the customers to leave right after they are done. Service is sometimes slow due to the layout of the cafe. It’s perfect to catch up with friends, work on the laptop or even study there. Really recommend it.

Mocha freeze was okay okay...the beans were good I think.. blueberry waffles were good.. ambiance is good but the climate control is not that great.. given the weather in Bombay they need to keep the air conditioning on..

It was a good café, very Porsche. Staff working there was customer friendly. Place was very good except for the pricing, it's too high if you belong to a middle class family.

A lot of places in Mumbai are marketed to be exquisitely large and top notch but end up being a sham. Coffee by Di Bella however does not disappoint it is by far a excellent place and lives up to its name and fame. This is a place for the classes not the masses

Coffee by di Bella Coffees are made in heaven.... and the heaven on Earth is "Coffee by Di Bella". Visited the Bandra bandstand outlet for perfect snacks accompanied with the love of my life - obviously the coffee. The ambience and the location of the cafe is amongst the best in the heart of the city. Entering the outlet, we had goosebumps on our body because of the tempting aromatic experience of the coffee that totally melted our hearts. The sober lights with soft music helped us calm our senses over the coffee. However, a small suggestion to make the seating arena a little more comfortable to have an awful experience. The food served was completely superb and delicious in respect of taste and flavours. Properly presented and fresh cooked recipes made our mouth water from cheesy and sausy pink panther pasta, crispy cheesy fries, nachos to the fluffy and drooling omelette. Explaining the beverages wouldn't be enough ever. You pick up any taste of coffee from your favourite basket, to no surprise it's just gonna be the way you dreamt of it. Hot or cold coffees or freak shakes are totally adorable. Words fall short for these coffees and the aroma. The staff was friendly and warm however we faced some delay in servings from the team and had a little longer waiting time. But Mr Francis helped us feel at home by being on his toes constantly to serve his best.. special appreciation to him Coffee by di bella is a preferred option as far as lip smacking coffees are concerned in between the cream and polite crowd that adds to the beauty of the place

just for hangout. Enjoyed the cuisines with friends in the afternoon I liked the welcoming decor and ambience of the cafe. Manu here is elaborate as Gold cappuccino,Rose Cappuccino both are the hot coffee and the taste of gold one is of hazelnut and rose cappuccino has dehydrated rose patels. About Freakshake i have ordered Gold coast pretzel freakshake which is again hazelnut flavour and five star woth waffles and churros with vegeterian shell pasta - this pasta was all about red tomato sauce it was topped with a bit of mozzarella cheese and basil leaves and some cherry tomatoes .ultimate chocolate explosion waffle- according to its name it was actually an ultimate explosion it was drizzled with strawberry puree, bananas, marshmallows, nutella spread, whipped cream, served with vanilla icecream this 1 will surely fill your tummy. online payment facilities are available. highly recommend.. do come and taste the wonders.
