This place has been cosily located at Pali Hill since years and has always been a quaint and cosy place. It's perfect for a quiet time with family or friends catching up or even a date. Food is top notch and the service too. Ambience is the best it can be considering the location in the heart of the village. Not much parking around for cars but its worth finding a spot and still making it to Bagel Shop. It's pet friendly too and they also have a decent pet menu... How cool is that?

The Bagel Shop allows pets in their outdoor seating area and also has a small sub section for pets in their menu. The food is good and takes a while to come but it's worth the wait .. they even have cute pet bowls they serve the pets food in. The chairs and outdoors are a bit grubby and could do with a wash.. overall we didn't think the outdoor seating was very comfortable but the food was worth it. Their salads are really nice but don't come with sides of bread or anything else. Chicken wings are also quite outstanding. The burger was not so great but comes with a side of fries. For drinks we did mojitos which were nice and also a cucumber cooler which was also really nice. Dessert was apple cake carrot cake both of which were very dry and not recommended. We give it a thumbs up overall.

We were searching for a decent cafe or a food joint to spend our winter afternoon chatting about our mundane life. We decided on The Bagel Shop (Bandra). The cafe looks quaint, whimsical, and picturesque at first glance with comfy seating and a peaceful environment that gives you a real old-school feeling. On a second note, there is so much to order from the menu. We ordered Green Gobblin Veg Bagel Sandwiches, Cheesy French Fries, and Cappuccino with Hazelnut add-on. The taste of the bagel was undoubtedly the best. The only thing with bagel bread is that start to turn hard if kept open for a long time (something we diners have to remember). The staff wore the best hospitality hat, and they even warmed my coffee as it went cold. A sophisticated place to spend your time with your loved ones, or even work from a cafe.

Visited Bagel Shop for lunch on this quiet Friday afternoon. As expected, the place was largely occupied by people working away in their laptops in quiet corners. Food: 4/5 We had the Smoked Chicken Ham Bagel & Vegan Classic Bagel. Both of which were amazing. Also loved the quality of the bagel itself. We also ordered the buttermilk fried chicken burger which was very mediocre with a very thick bun and not enough ingredients inside the burger apart from the chicken. Dessert: 5/5 We had the Chocolate Fudge Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. It was really good. Ambience: 1/5 A lot of their indoor seating isn't really great and you're just too close to other tables. Outdoor seating is too hot. In a way one could call this place "cute" but that just means it's too cramped. Service: 4/5 Decent service. Nothing to write home about but nothing bad either. Staff was attentive and knew to recommend items off the menu well.

Great experience, with fresh tasty food. The menu offers great variety and the ambience is comfortable! Definitely one of the best places to visit when in Bandra!

Its a nice small cafe very close to the beach. The ambiance and the vibe of the cafe is good but I felt they need to improve more on the product part. I tried the apple cake and personally I didn’t find it great. And their cappuccino can be improved too. Its just a suggestion! Thanks

Cozy place located in Pali that offers a great variety of bagels. Would have been nice if the bagels were not as dry as they felt when we had them. Kinda ruined the fun of the rest of the ingredients. Might give another try to see if this was a one off

Absolutely loved the ambiance. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I would prefer to order their signature dishes. Fresh pressed juices are highly recommended.

Came here during my stay in Bandra and kept coming back! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, fresh food (with modifications if requested) and staff was super friendly. Their smoothies were my favourite and they even have a quieter indoor space that’s great for working.

This place is a little run down- some of the seats need to be re-upholstered, and the coffee machine makes such a loud noise that it’s difficult to hear the person sitting across you on the table. We had a few bagel sandwiches which were very average. The road turning in from Carter road is currently dug up so you would have to access this lane through a smaller access road before turning onto carter road if you are coming from Bandstand. It has a potential to be a very cosy cute cafe with a few changes.

The staff is extremely helpful and prompt. I happened to drop some coffee on myself and they were very nice about it and replaced my drink in a jiffy. i’m addition the bagels are amazing !!

It has a boho vibe, very peaceful and cute with outdoor and indoor seating space! The bagels were so fresh and delicious!

1. Outdoor seating can be tad uncomfortable in the summer months. 2. Parking can be / is in short supply. 3. Attention / service is good including from the gentleman running the operations. 4. Bagels are overall good although a bit drier than I like it. The standard is brown bread, although you can ask and be served a white flour bagel. 5. Preparations we ordered were good on taste, flavours and quality. 6. I wish they'd move away from plastic cups.

The ambience gives a very vintage feel. Gives one a proper bandra feel. We visited to get some online work done and were seated in the inner room. Very quite and peaceful. Coffees and bagel quite good.

Very quaint little place in Pali hill.....small and cute place to rightly define it.....the ambience is nice and one would love to just hang around with friends and chat or maybe even alone working or reading.....the bagels are nice with a good variety of bagel preparations to choose from..... unfortunately there ain't parking place ....so you either walk to it or cab to it or maybe park so e distance away....the coffee is good too....

This place is one of the most popular places in Pali !! You will find cool vibe with descent view at this property ! Ding find great service here during my recent visit to this property !! The quality of food is down in recent times !!

The watermelon juice is really nice. And the bagels are good too. Nice ambience as well. Good place to hangout with your friends and close to the sunset view point of bandra
