Coffee is decent - small place - indoor + outdoor seating - love the fact it has not only a washroom but also a loo 👍🏽

One of the few outlets of ccd which had outdoor sitting. But this cafe dosent have any views and ironically it has bigger outdoor sitting than indoor.

lady Senior citizen and children are the basic one who cannot control washroom... and cafe coffee day mazgoan branch did not allow to use washroom... they have staff washroom and also after requesting they said NO... Opp to coffee day there is a restaurant sadanand... they immediately allowed to use washroom. In india where there is a lack of basic amenities like washroom... cafe coffee day says no.... how can you run a coffee day without a washroom...

Cozy ambience, good and responsive service, can sit for hours and chill at this small ccd chain in mazgoan. Its overall a very good cafe for having meetings dates etc. The only negative is the beggers outside constantly staring at us which makes it uncomfortable for the customers

Very conjusted.. they don't have half the items on CCD's menu. The staff is also not very helpful. The coffee is fine, however if you order a snack, pastry or a cake, it's disappointing. One may better head to the Baker's Table, which is just 2 minutes away, for a moist pastry or cake. The ambience inside is quite good, considering that they sometimes play some really good music. However it is the al fiasco tables outside that attract many people, if they don't mind the heat outside, the mild traffic noise or the spice drifting from the nearby pav bhaji stall.

Small corner cafe with good coffee and snack options. It is located in the Byculla locality and has quite a number of schools and some offices nearby. Cafe coffee day is not my favourite, but the staff here were very helpful and courteous. It also has a decent washroom, and some outside seating areas if you need to smoke with coffee.

It's a quiet cozy place. Apt to hangout with friends, while slurping on coffee and gossips.

Team members keep attending customer professionally. However, the quality expectations of cafe is not to the mark. We can make a better coffee at home.

Small cozy place to go with decent coffee

Very small place. It should actually be a takeaway place only and I don't even know why tables have been placed there. People sitting on the table next are sitting right next to you and they can hear your whole conversation as if they are also a part of it. Another issue was that they turned off the ac and it was too hot inside. Contrastingly, the cappuccino served was cold. Also, the guy on the counter was unfriendly. Even though a customer is standing at the counter and waiting to place his order, his priority was to count and arrange his money in the drawer first. Not visiting this place again. CCD standards have touched a new low.
