I have visited The Yoga House several times in the past - both the cafe and the yoga classes. Usually been very happy with the service but this one experience has ensured that I will no longer visit The Yoga House. I would strongly suggest NOT taking a class with Vandana. Without mincing my words, I would say that she is arrogant and the least bit compassionate. She may teach PHYSICAL yoga (below average skills) but almost has a zero understanding of other aspects of yoga i.e. being a decent human being. My father is undergoing chemo and requires emergency medical treatment at any point - for which i need to be on call 24/7. I requested to keep my phone (on silent) by my side in case there is a medical emergency. Vandana, in her infinite and compassionate wisdom, told me to leave her class if I wanted to be by the phone. I understand why teachers need such discipline but despite knowing my situation, Vandana behaved like an absolute emotional imbecile. I would strongly suggest NOT attending her class. There are other teachers (Sheetal Chugh) who give you value for your money.

I used to be a regular a few years back, but am horrified by the state of the cafe now. I think the management is taking their customers for granted. The walls are mossy, the window glass shattered and there is a damp stink to the place. Overall the place looks dilapidated. There is no air conditioning anymore, I was sweating throughout the hours, I wonder how they'll hold up in summer. The level of service her also deteriorated, it's more like a Udupi joint now, where there's pressure to keep ordering, I was rudely asked to order or go as the were more people coming (despite a billing of Rs.1500). Yet despite all this the price on the menu had only gone North. The food quality had not been affected though, hope that stays intact.

Not sure if the reviews are genuine, but this is an overrated pretentious place with nothing special to offer. Sure the setting is interesting, but the food is super bland and not at all what a “yogi’s” food would be like, at least as far as breakfast is concerned. They’ve taken the quick and cheap breakfast options we would make at home and priced it up, think oatmeal and sandwiches and poha… that’s all. Anybody with an ounce of understanding about healthy food would know that overcooked chai is not healthy, bournvita or packaged foods are not good, and poha doesnt need to be tampered with. Waited 45 minutes for a poha and chai, and the poha had no salt in it and was super dry :’) The reviews say it’s a bit pricey but it’s not the price that’s the problem, it’s the VALUE that is super low. Great for rich people with no actual taste or sensibility.

Visit, spend time with loved ones, fall in love 😍, leave refreshed. The food is as brilliant as the ambience. It's like for a moment your away from the hustle-bustle of the city, can be in your Zen mode so whatever it is that you want, just no worries. Try carrot cake and the cookie. Starters are all delicious. Don't be here with an expectation to eat like in a restaurant, such people please go to Sukh Sagar. You've got low seating, bedding cushions, terrace seating as well. Yoga session do go hand in hand. With multiple floor dining arrangements almost like a micro-candies. This place can accomodate 30-50 pax depending upon which floors are open.

Pricey food but great experience! We loved the Cosy ambience and did feel the calm. The taste was kept simple yet it was flavorful! We ordered 3 dishes as the portion size was bit small. Loved the risotto and Avocado toast. Cost us about ₹1000/person

A pleasant place with refreshing meals! It’s more like a house rather than a typical cafe. They know to blend healthy and tasty food. Just the exact place to sit back and relax!

The health and fitness cafe. I wish there were more such places in town. What an ambience. The Colors, the seating, the atmosphere, and more importantly the food. It has all the comfort vibe and positive energy going around. The sandwiches here are so healthy and has perfect calorie intake one needs. Don’t forget to get the coconut water in the beginning.

Came here for lunch, the service was excruciatingly slow, messed up our orders. The staff seemed generally very zoned out. Will not be coming back...

A cute little bungalow in the bylanes of Bandra. It offers yoga classes on the first floor and serves as a restaurant on level 2. People are friendly. There is only vegan options good for people following strict diet, a very healthy menu. You can spend hours sitting here at their comfortable seating arrangements.

This is my favourite place for yoga in the city. I go there everyday and all the teachers are fabulous. They also have a cafe upstairs that serves organic/healthy stuff so incase you're into that stuff, do check it out. It's just super well lit and a very serene place that is in the middle of Bandra but away from all the cacophony.

Visited the cafe, great good. Extremely fresh and tasty. Has a lot of healthy, organic options. Good place to have a weekend breakfast or meal. The portion sizes were slightly smaller than what we were used to. But deliciously made. Good ambience with open and floor seating.

I don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. I went for one yoga class that cost 885 rupees. The AC was broken and not working. The entire floor was wet because of the heat and humidity. Zero ventilation. The indoor room temperature must’ve been 37 degrees Celsius or higher. Pathetic facilities and it’s a cruel joke that they charge so much. Shame on Yoga House for their poor services. The least you can do is ensure that the AC is working when you charge people so much money. You’re better off doing yoga at home for free rather than subject yourself to their filthy and unhygienic conditions

Very good quality food in a nice homely atmosphere. Staff is friendly and the process of ordering items and paying is fully automated. You order using your phone and pay at the end using your phone. No need to wait for someone to come and take your order.

it was a truly enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price. The North-Indian dishes I tried were cooked to perfection and tasted authentic. I could tell that the chefs put a lot of effort into creating each dish, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I found myself savoring each mouthful. The service at this restaurant was also excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly, always making sure that we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations for dishes that we might like. The ambience of the restaurant was the icing on the cake. The decor was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. From the elegant lighting to the comfortable seating, everything was just perfect. While the restaurant was a little pricey, I must say that it was well worth it. The quality of the food, service, and ambience more than made up for the cost. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience.

it was a truly enjoyable experience, the food was absolutely 😋 and definitely worth the price, the service is chilled out & lax. The ambiance is the best aspect as it feels like a cozy wooden house amidst the trees. Great ambience, neat and tidy, little bit pricy but worth it. Located in a very peaceful atmosphere.

Had a lovely visit a couple of weeks ago and have been craving the very vegan friendly food and lovely atmosphere ever since. The cafe is upstairs and we were lucky enough to get the top balcony seat which is a real treat. Cushions to sit on, low tables. Just lovely. They don't take reservations which is worth noting. I had the 'fulfilled' bowl with tofu, rice and veg. Followed by fruit bowl. And just because, Ladoo and chai to finish. So fresh, tasty and such a calm place to spend the afternoon. The healthy ladoo is something I need to replicate now I'm back at home in the UK. In 💚!

The Yoga House is a quaint place on Carter Road, serving some lovely Yoga food amidst an amazing ambiance. The service is chilled out & lax. The ambiance is the best aspect as it feels like a cozy wooden house amidst the trees. We ordered: Saffron Tea - Nice flavoured tea with almonds Masala Tea - Served in a kulhad with jaggery. Signature Quinoa Burger - This was very good. Tasty burger patty with green chutney. Highly recommended. Chocolate Mousse - It tasted a bit off and we didn't like it. Overall, the Yoga House is a lovely getaway from the city and you can spend hours here at peace with your pals. It is quite expensive but the unique experience is worth it.

Amazing and relaxing place, they have really nice and healthy eating options for a health freak, they don't use sugar only jaggery. I was skeptical earlier to have a coffee with jaggery but it was too good.

Well if you're attracted by the name Yoga, you gotta be attracted by the yoga house. The menu looks too yum which could be a problem as some items (such as the hashbrowns) are from the dark-side. But if you have the willpower to eat healthy, their oats and quinoa is to die for. In addition this is a beautiful cafe with a spiritually uplifting vibe.

The Yoga house Cafe The Yoga House Cafe is an amazing combination of preserving pre vedic Indian ancient wisdom of Yoga and its health benefits along with modern chic sophisticated ambience and organic concious food. It serves some cutting edge macrobiotic recipes and ancient dietary wisdom and traditions. When I entered this bright green Nargis Villa I started to have second thoughts because the wooden stairs which led to the cafe felt like may be I am in a wrong place. I reached a Yoga Classroom which is on the 1st floor and then it looked quite interesting. And then this cafe is located on the 2nd floor near Rizvi College Cater Road Bandra West. The interiors look and feel like you are relaxing somewhere in Goa. The colour combination of the interiors is very soothing and you will see all beautiful green plants everywhere. I took the best spot in the cafe which is the terrace with a nice glass rooftop. Here you are supposed to remove your footwear. Now coming to the Food it was served in brass vessel which again has several health benefits. This is what I tried - I AM INDULGING  Capri Tartine Rs 325 3*/5 Grilled Mozzarella,  black olives, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic bread and pepper The Tartine was nice and fresh with roasted sesame seeds and the flavour was good but I personally didn't find this extraordinary as it could have been more cheezy and I didn't get any taste of the garlic bread. Too expensive for the taste. - The Miracle Rs 255 5*/5 Apple ,Carrot and Beetroot juice Beautiful colour and amazing taste loved it. Definitely felt like it was some kind of a magic portion. - Cappuccino Rs 165 5*/5 The Yoga house blend served with delicious  jaggery extremely refreshing So I was here with a friend around 4 pm and I left this place around 8:30 pm which clearly gives this one indication that this place has a very comfortable and welcoming environment. We worked here for few hours without any disturbance and if you love books there are some great books on the shelf which you can pick up and read. *Note: The water served is bottled water for Rs 135. My Experience Food: 4*/5 Ambience: 5*/5 Service: 5*/5 Staff: Very Friendly Price: Can be priced better as tartine was too Expensive for the taste Parking: Not Available  (it's in a narrow lane) Seating: Very comfortable Quantity: Good Quality: Great Also Pet friendly Since i felt really relaxed over here the Overall Value for money me is 5*/5

Visited The Yoga House cafe for dinner. The Ambience The dining area is not to big, but creatively done to accommodate about 10-15 tables. The dining area is divided in two floors as well as indoor and semi outdoor. This place has floor level as well as table seating. The place is quiet and peaceful. The cutlery is made of golden plated brass gives a very traditional indian look. The menu There is no alcohol or non vegetarian food in the menu. But this is not a vegan place, all food is made of organic ingredients The menu is quite a sufficient one has about 40-50 dishes including desserts. Drinks are ₹250+, breakfast options are again from ₹250+ and main course ₹350+ , desserts are ₹200+. The Service There were about 5 customers and the service was quite fast the day I went. The waiters are very polite and knowledgeable. The food This was the best part, the food is not spicy but it is not bland. It is very flavorful , you can taste different vegetables and spices like turmeric etc in the food. I thought the quantity will be too less but each dish we ordered was sufficient for two. The must try is their signature hash brown. Desserts were great too it was not extremely sweet or extremely bitter the balance in the chocolate mousse was just right. Others No parking available, walk or take a taxi to this place It is not wheelchair accessible The place is in a quiet lane and hence not too much traffic I think breakfast and lunch is a better option here than dinner There is a small shop below selling organic ingredients and yoga stuff They run yoga classes and workshops you can register for the same
