ITC Grand Central had its ups and down post covid but still offers a tranquil oasis in the middle of chaotic central Mumbai. HORNBY'S coffee shop is always top notch. FABIAN is the warm Go to man always smiling and always warm !

Point of View sits atop the 30th floor of ITC Grand Central. There are indoor and outdoor seating options. It has a good vibe and ambience owing to the super high ceilings. You can enjoy cocktails here. Good place for a sun downer.

Super dupar experience. Stay was very lavish on 25th Floor. Lounge Point of vew on 30th Floor service excellent. Dinner and Breakfast spread too Yummy. Value for Money.

Extremely rude staff that pushes you arround and makes it a point to make you feel unwelcomed. Goes on tell to you they're trying to provide a luxurious experience to guests, and strongly implying you aren't "luxurious" enough. Absolutely appalling, they should be ashamed.

POV is a beautiful roof top lounge. Amicable top fast service. Food is just mouth watering.... cant just stop to talk about with a 360 degree Airy view....Staff is super fast. Seating is just perfect.. Manager meets each guest and ensures all goes well...

Highly recommend point of view lounge at ITC for an incredible ambience and craft cocktails. You must try Raj’s martini when you are here. And then end the night with his own upgrade to an Appletini with sparkling wine called Last Call.

Service was great, staff went out of their way to greet me, help me with finding restaurants, calling uber drivers to make sure they pick me up. Appreciate the rooms for their size and many bottles of water. Only small detail is the strong aroma of their soaps... people with allergies may not be able to adapt

A really good hotel to visit. We have been here for Sangeet of my cousin in Ball room. A good service along with good ambiance. Ball room is really good . On thing I would like to tell, in functions don't serve rotis cold or prepared. Better to keep live counter for it. As rotis gets cold it is not properly chewed. Also butter/ghee is not kept with it. Over all ambiance of hotel is also good.
