Very disappointed and bad experience. Google map showed that it’s open from 8.30 to 6 pm daily but unfortunately it’s shutdown since covid19. Today we discovered that after one hour drive in Mumbai heavy traffic. How google map is still showing that is open with timing on daily basis and it’s in fact shut-downed since covid19?

Decent place to go as its unique place for most. Some of the statues do not fully resemble the personality. Photographers should not pressurize for paid photos. Entry fee Rs 400 on weekend and Rs 300 on weekday

The Red Carpet Wax Museum is a popular tourist attraction located in Mumbai. As the name suggests, the museum features lifelike wax statues of famous celebrities and historical figures, ranging from Bollywood actors to politicians and sports personalities. Visitors can take a guided tour of the museum and view the various exhibits, which include interactive displays and photo opportunities with the wax figures. The museum is well-maintained and the statues are incredibly lifelike, making for a fun and unique experience for visitors. Overall, the Red Carpet Wax Museum is a fun and entertaining attraction for those interested in celebrity culture and pop culture. Amazing place everyone should visit here much I like the way they maintain, their cleanliness and the lights arranged cool love to be here again and again. Staff is very good they allowed us to take image along with hot personalities and ya you can't click the image personally of any monuments strictly avoidable. They maintain very silence ,people love to take selfie. Lastly I would like to give credit to the great person behind who made so perfect it's look so real not wax .

Walking the Red Carpet has always been a dream for most individuals, for celebrities Red Carpet is synonymous to the Oscar Awards or the Cannes festival. The array of wax statues displayed at The Red Carpet wax Museum is a one of its kind and stature here in India or be it Mumbai. The who’s who of different generations are put together to give an individual a wholesome experience. The wax statues are larger than life and give a real lifelike feel. It’s a dream come true to standing besides the likes of Obama or Brad Pitt or Harry Potter for that matter. Pose with stars and be star like. A chance that no one would wish to miss. Every statue is surrounded by its theme and has its own ambience along with props for one to pose and click pictures. Monday - Sunday : 9:45am to 9:30pm

This wax museum at R-City mall is a good experience for those who haven't seen any other wax museums. The famous personalities coming alive through their wax statues is a must see. You can click quirky photos with all of them, and also buy some souvenir.  Tip: you can check online for cheaper tickets instead of going directly to the ticket booth and purchasing.

Worst time waste. Unfortunately the museum has been closed before the COVID 19 lockdown and still Google shows that it is open. Excitedly I left my house and took a long drive to r city with my family and was really disappointed afterwards.

Amazing 😍 i had a really good time with my family. Tickets were around 300rs per person which first sounds expensive but when you enter the museum you'll feel your money is well spent. I wouldn't say it's madame tussaud level real but it's quite at that level. They even give you to take photographs for no extra cost. Bala saheb thackeray statue is there but you can't really get up close to him. Gandhi looks fake. Rest all are good. My favorite was that security guy when you turn right for the first time. I was amazed how real it looked.

Red Carpet Wax Museum located in R City Mall, Ghatkopar is a gallery of global personalities showcased through 'life-like' wax statues. Organised in a plush setting which is unique and glamorous, the gallery gives the feeling of true red-carpet event to the audience. The motive of running this gallery is to support craftsmanship and present artists' perspective. Life-size wax models of famous musicians, politicians & actors in themed settings at R City Mall. Highly rated Good for kids

It's pathetic experience. Guys! they put you're good pics on banner of their promotion WITHOUT taking you're permission. Which is a legal offence. Me and my friend had went there 2 yrs back and also paid for a official camera person who gave us a copy of our pics but later they saved our pics without our knowledge and used in banner of their promotion. It's a good news that it got permanently closed. Such immoral museum doesn't deserve to work anywhere!

Hats off for the franchise to put up a museum at Mumbai heart of city not just like that for the namesake.. It's a very huge & as a mix of statues from different fields not just only actors. Each statues are in specific ambience and background setup & also have props to click pics.. which makes it a enjoying experience.. They also do have a facility to book the in house photographer who will be clicking pic of statues with you every where.. The draw back is they have only 2-3 photographer, if already booked u will to wait long.. Overall very nice experience & must visit for all age groups..

We travelled all the way from BKC to visit this museum. This was supposed to be located on first floor of “R mall” but sadly it’s not there anymore. Please don’t waste your time. We trusted some recent reviews and hoped it would be there despite some people warning in their reviews that it’s closed. Don’t feel cheated like us.

Amazing place that everyone should visit. I appreciate how well they maintain it, how clean they keep things, and how well the lighting is set up. I enjoy returning time and time again. The staff was excellent; they let us to take pictures with attractive people and informed us that it was strictly forbidden to take pictures of individual monuments. People love to take selfies, and they keep a very low profile. Finally, I would want to thank the wonderful person that created this work so perfectly and without wax.

Just 3 stars for the idea and atmosphere here, now only can be experience from the pics posted by those lucky visitors, because unfortunately this fantastic wax museum in R city Mall,Ghatkopar has been now closed 9 months back and has no reference of it's latest location. As of Nov.20.The all efforts to find out it's present status gone in vain.No response from it's website or FB page.It also had a big Snow Park and 3D Art Studio. The museum was set up by Pvt.Co.,but Mah. Govt. Could have made efforts to preserve this fabulous, ready made treasure of rare art form. But you don't have to regret. There is a good news for this museum lovers from Mumbai. You can visit similar theme Wax Museum at Lonavala on Mumbai_Pune Railway route, some 95 kms. away from the Mumbai, a one day tour itself with the chance to taste the heritage Lonavala Chikki and if you are ready to spare more time, you can also experience the charm of serene Khandala Hill stn., famous in the popular song of Aamir Khan,Rani Mukherjee's 1998 thriller movie,'Ghulaam', just a 5 minutes,5 Kms. further from Lonavala. It has colonial style bungalows of British era with new style bungalows of Celebrities across Mumbai.

A real surprising place to discover, in the middle of a very old mall. The whole place is nicely organized, and different options allow the access to different other "museums". Some of the characters are very well done, some others not really... But globally it can be a good time pass with friend and family.

It was close 10 months before itself, but Google displayed day schedule, complete time wasted to travel after 1:30 hrs. It should have updated details in Google map to avoid wrong information to public.

I visited the Red Carpet Wax Museum and was absolutely blown away by the experience. It's an amazing, cool place that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. I was particularly impressed by the museum's cleanliness and the way they have arranged the lights - it really adds to the ambiance and makes the wax figures look even more realistic. The staff is also excellent and very friendly. They allowed us to take pictures with some of the hottest celebrities, and even though you can't personally take pictures of the monuments, it was still an incredible experience. Parking was no issue, and the museum maintains a very peaceful and serene atmosphere, which I appreciated. I loved that people were able to take selfies and enjoy their time there. But what really sets the Red Carpet Wax Museum apart is the incredible attention to detail that went into each and every wax figure. It's amazing how lifelike they all look, and I couldn't help but be in awe of the great person behind it all who made it so perfect. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience at the Red Carpet Wax Museum and I would love to visit again and again. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and exciting adventure. Highly recommended!

It was my dream to go to Madame Tussauds, unfortunately I havent been able to, but this here is fulfilment. Now when I see such places in India, I wonder, why go aborad at all. Our country has it all. A beautiful place artistically designed holding installations of even Iron man. P.s Big fan. Love the art here.
