Nothing is working here, boat not working, even garden is under repair, don't go with family, only couples come here for privacy. It has Rs. 5 entry fee but not of any use. Only good part is u can see vey big cactus trees.

Just a small lake to view and some outdoor games near this area. Boating fares are reasonable. There is also a snacks centre here but have not tried food here. The ambience needs to be kept more clean. The roads a bit Rocky and filled with tiny holes.

It is okay. Quiet, at least. I went in September end. There is a small entry fee. The trees and cacti are tall and proud, and there is a sombre beauty in the knee high grass and untrimmed hedges. The garden paths are chipping away one rock at a time, the statues erected have a thick layer of muck and moss and can't even read whom they memoralise. Garden has been allowed to go into a natural disrepair it seems. The green areas are full of couples having a cosy time. Try not to surprise them :)

The place is closed now! They've broken down the entire place and restricted entry. Chota Kashmir was situated in a quaint location. For years it was attracting less visitors so almost zero maintenance. But still it was good for the local parents to come with their children. With the construction going on, it's probably not going to return to the state it was in before, so after reopening, if they don't renovate then it'll not be a place worth visiting.

Nice place for couples...but not for family ! If you are interested for boating then forget about it water smells like hell🙏, all kind of waste is in it ! But the garden is good old tall trees large ! But for couples only not for the family because it will not be okay if some couples are kissing and your children or grandparents are watching them !! It was a very nice garden . But once when I visited a month ago renovation work was going on and it had disturbed the surrounding which were the main attractions of this garden. There were hardly any people to visit . We were sad because we thought that it will be a good experience walking on the beautiful path of the garden . The greenery is good but the renovation work Has spread dust so we left the place . Then we thought for boating but the gate was closed and there was no one inside . We didn't even see any of the boats . Very bad experience

It's an amazing place to chill with family with boating, You can race with your loved ones, 1 single boat with 2 people in it cost 60rs for 30mins. The best is the dashing car which cost 50rs for single car for 3 mins, food is a bit expensive over here we took just tea and it costed 20rs per cup but it's still a nice place to do activity fun in minimal budget

The dashing car area could well have been utilised for arranging cultural evenings making it a star attraction for the place. The boat operations are still not functioning post COVID. Boating was a great fun activity for kids. The park is open, but I would say it's more of a couples hang out . Have seen families with picnic baskets in the park during earlier visit.

I recently visited this place (June 2023), but it was closed for boating from last 6 to 8 months. Maybe it would be Reopen for boating after sometime. Also maintenance work will start soon as per the conversation hear from some people which live there.

This boat club was overly small. Mostly meant for kids and boating for couples with kids. Queue for boating was way too long, more or less 1 hour waiting time for 20 min boating. Giant wheel was too small, cars were meant mostly for kids because of small area. Price was according to the place, very cheap I would say. Lake for boating was also small. Overall I was disappointed by the place.

Yes, you might find difficulty to reach here because of its extremely remote locality from the Main Town but, that's worth your effort to find a easing space in a City like Mumbai. Wild Animals are a big concern. You will find Parking Lot for your Cars. There is a Canteen. Boat Services are depending upon the availability which is a bit Frustrating. Boating Area is confined. Kids have small playing area.

The manager here is never on time. Comes at his own comfort. No point coming here and waiting for some manager who is not serious for his job. Returning without doing anything.

Chhota Kashmir boat club is closed from last 2 years. This is very beautiful place but not one take care of it. This lake is great in heart of Mumbai. I think please should go and government start this soon. But Aarey colony road is very bad . And not safe at night people can go for walking running by 6am to 6pm after that this place is not safe that much. But in 100m police station is there.

This location is right on the main Aarey Road. Good place for doing relaxed boating. Aarey colony itself is a good picnic spot with lot of greenery and play around for kids. Also good to have milk drink from the shops.
