The place is near prabodhankar thakre udyan sewri.great place for playing cricket.currently there is construction of sewri worli elevated connector bridge project.

I been a residence of sewri I know this udhyan very well. This is one of the oldest udhyan available in sewri it is kind of okess not many playing thing in good condition for small children but for then teen ager there is a big groud where u can play badminton, cricket,football, so it is decent one..even for Walker as well ..👍🏻👍🏻

This was analogous to "Central Perk" for me. While my nostalgia will never leave me, I do want the folks to add more amenities of hygiene there. Otherwise — it's good... The government might as well seek instituting lifestyle grooming premises around, to add to the state income...

Different kinds of shops and food court around the place. Has a chemist and hotels. Has a garden near by as well.

Ground is not that big . But children's can play and it's useful for morning walk .

Very well maintained greenery and good place for morning or evening walk, children has play area, young and old people can do yoga and excercise , included basket ball court and gym area, Just need to improve Toilet cleaning and Hygiene, other than that very good

It's a good place for walks and etc. There's always some or the other activity going on in this garden. Also opposite the garden there's Sewri deposit, so you can come n visit this place any time by traveling by bus. From sewri station it's 10-15minutes walk only. It's a good hangout place

Connected to sewri railway station West by FOB (hardly 5-7 minutes walking) Buses Available till Santacruz, Malad, ring routes going to Worli & 2 routes going to SoBo

Very congested and highly avoidable at the moment due to metro works carried out. Very few frequencies of buses are available due to the road being narrowed by metro construction.

This public park and open space is located in Sewri, just opposite to the Sewri Bus Depot. It is named after renowned social activist and author, Prabhodankar Thackeray, father of the best known persona of Amchi Mumbai-the founder of the Shiv Sena party, Shri Balasaheb Thackeray. He was a celebrity in his own right, having penned several literary works of repute. He had played stellar roles in the crusades against child marriage and untouchability, social evils of his time, and was instrumental in enabling woman empowerment.

There is a playground for Little children and a sitting area for adults where they can bring their child and sit and watch them playing

Only garden & play ground in locality, small but nice place located just opposite to the Sewri Bus depot. Good place to spend some time with children or to relax in garden. Surrounded by many small snacks vendors.

Burdwan

It was disappointing. With name of uddyan I was expecting greenery. But it looks like only playground.
