Easy to reach place by walking from Ram Mandir station take only 2-3 min time. also Goregaon - Jogeshwari high is connected to Same and entrance is near to Hub Mall. Very beautiful and well managed IT park . Having most of international corporate clients office's situated in this IT park including TCS,JPMC, Deutsche Bank,BNP, City Bank,etc. Very nice fountain and Garden view inside of the IT park.

Very big and well maintained corporate park. You can find all the big corporate offices in the campus. To name some BNP Paribas Morgan Stanley, City bank, TCS etc. Connected to Western Express highway and 5 minutes walking distance to Ram Mandir Railway station. Cleanliness is maintained throughout and you will find security guards in each and every corner of the campus.

THIS IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW REVEALING THE REALITY: Nkp in itself is a good place. Surrounded by slums and has poor approach roads. Office spaces are good, but when you look out of window, all you see is poor buildings, SRA projects and slums. NKP staff located in building B4 are unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Extremely pathetic management. They act like landlords and treat everyone like garbage. Happy to inform that all cultured companies are moving out of nkp to better areas and parks. If you are not approaching from we highway, other approaches are either not safe, too congested or closed for maintenance. Road to goregaon station is pathetic and unsafe. Government shouldn't provide permission without planning out proper approaches. Internally, they have very poor planned entry and exits - most of which are closed few weeks to months time for maintenance. They just make you go round and round the campus as all the roads are one way only. Security guards are bizzare and act randomly at times. Nkp staff is stubborn, unprofessional and full of sh!t. If you are visiting NKP, then you can try to park bike or car outside of Oracle building. There are multiple smaller roads outside of campus where you can try to get parking. Parking inside complex is expensive and may not be even available depending on construction status. Rick and taxis are allowed inside campus only during monsoon.

Very nice place for offices. The things that I don't like is that the roads inside this place are one way. If you miss to take turn to your building then you'll have to take the whole round. Also, there are a lot of street dogs roaming inside this business park who will follow you and also sleep on the benches that are made for the employees to sit on.

This place is a commercial complex which was earlier a textile mill. There are a number of corporate offices in this complex. The complex is huge. The architecture inside is beautiful, With green lawns lovely fountains. The space is maintained really well. It has adequate security in place.

I had visited an office of Deauche Bank with the help of a friend for vaccination. The arrangement for Vaccination was made by DB with the assistance from Jaslok hospital. It was arranged in a very systematic way and DB staff as well as Joslok hospital staff was very cooperative and conducted the vaccination programme in a very diligent way. Sincere thanks to DB team for this wonderful service.

The best thing about this Tech Park is that it's in walking distance from Ram Mandir station. Inside campus is huge and has ample of area to take after lunch walk. It has entries and exit from 3 different gates.

A proper Corporate type of setup. While the landscaping & buildings look great they don't appeal to people like me. They look so artificial with people keeping to themselves & an absence of the 'human element' which we people of India are so used to.

Nirlon knowledge park is on Western express Highway nearby Hub Mall. The best about this place is connectivity. If you want to opt local then Ram Mandir is at walking distance. If you want to go Goregaon station it will cost you 30 from auto. Indian oil Bus stop nearby. It's opposite of Western express Highway. You can reach airport with in 20 mins. Inside the campus you will find Starbucks, Barista, Chayoos, pizza, Subway. Also there is common canteen call Nirlon's canteen. Overall if you get your work location in Nirlon knowledge park then you will be lucky.

Nirlon canteen is there for all the employees who work inside of this knowledge park and they serve good & fresh food on normal rate. Subway outlet is also there inside. Hub mall is just beside of this Knowledge park, where MacDonald, Food Bazar, Balaji, Movie Time etc.. have thier outlet and one of the best part is that this knowledge park is just on Goregoan Western Express Highway (Just opposite to Vanrai Police station) I.e. very convenient to reach by road vehicles.
