Terrible service, they didn't have enough towels, extra pillow there was no phone in the room, the bathroom false ceiling was open, could see rats roaming on the pipes above ceiling, there were rats roaming on the roof could hear scratching noises, the fan was extremely noisy, there was no TV, the closet had no hangers, there was one used towel lying in the closet, they gave a refilled bottle of water and gave a sealed one only after we asked them again, the plate and spoons were greasy, the shower valve wouldn't work properly - had to hold it down for shower else the water would flow to the tap, the flush wasnt working properly, there were some disgusting brown stains on a wall, a wire entering and exiting through a window so it wouldn't close completely and no blackout curtains. The room was not too small, fairly clean and well lit but overall a disgusting experience. Maybe this room was exceptionally bad and the rest are better but with so many issues and lapses I don't think much can be expected.

Please don't book this hotel. 🙏🏻 I wish I could give it ZERO star as this is the WORST hotel you can possibly imagine. If you have booked a room here, they can cancel it whenever they want, without any reason, even if you have made the payment. I strongly advise not booking this hotel for the sake of your mental peace.

THIRD-CLASS Hotel, only in the photos it looks good but not really. I have uploaded original photo have a look, very disappointed staying there for 5 days from june 17th to 22nd, i have book through online got less price compared to the actual hotel price. But after visiting the hotel they did not agree online What I paid. they spoke very rudely and they demand to pay the remaining amount for check-in. there was no option for me so paid the remaining amount through cash in the reception. And inside no Neatness very old building looks like a Haunted house and cockroaches inside the room, for safety purposes, it's not Good for COUPLES more over it's full of P O P material and the top roof sealing is asbestos cement sheet. finally, if you book this hotel you will suffer a lot.

It is different from the pic shown Rooms are not clean Unhygienic, bedsheets are with stains. They didn't allowed my checkin as it was booked through oyo,I paid again to get room as it was late night i didn't had any option. The room which was allocated to me was ok types there is no sound proof windows noise outside building was too much, because of which i couldn't sleep properly. They didn't provided me anything except water no towels no soap nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no parking space available outside hotel. Receptionist had not given me proper bill,bill is without gst no.If they are charging gst they should provide gst no. Bill but they didn't Receptionist said they will provide it to me in morning but they didn't,instead gave me his no. and asked to call later for proper bill I have called them several time,but they didn't reaponded properly neither they have sent me gst bill through email. Will suggest don't book this hotel through oyo room as they say oyo has not given their money of previous clients so they don't accept online booking through oyo.

I am forced to put atleast 1star for the review but they deserve zero. I have a doubt regarding what OYO AND GOIBIBO are doing to customers as the pictures shown in the website and app are no way matching with the actual appearance, the beds were not clean was dirty with dust and stains as well the bathroom wasn't proper with open ceiling and rats running around. So I suggest no one to book this hotel and if booked it bychance to recheck the place on arrival and cancel it. Though this review won't open the eyes of either OYO AND GOIBIBO to increase their responsibility and quality of the stay for what they charge. I regret that I couldn't take the photo of the hotel which is in original compared to the fake photo what is shown and post it in the review. Thanks.

Worst hotel you will ever visit. I had booked the hotel through Oyo but after reaching the hotel te receptionist told me that you have to pay double rate and Oyo shows wrong prices. Plz look into this Oyo and do the needful. Also the rooms were unclean they didn't provide AC later they provided AC but not ac remote Worst hotel

Amazing Place, wonderful gesture by the staff, lip smacking food, located at an easy travel location. Poor poor poor and abusive staff . They even have no fear of police . They are like jharkhands gunda handleing this hotel . Kindly beaware if u r staying alone . They talk to u like they r scaring u.i called police but as usual police dint came here .

If you need a place, in order to avoid sleeping on railway station or dormetry, it could be a possible alternate. Pro: Geyser was working AC was working(but was stinking) Cons: No safety. No door nob to lock from inside No cleanliness. Unhygienic surrounding Bed-sheet and rajai was stinking Even lack fan speed regulator. Conclusion: Everything was pathetic, just a shed to sleep inside.

Staff were polite and super friendly. Service is top notch🌟. It's located very close to US consulate, best hotel for US visa appointments. Super clean and well maintained. Everything you expect from a budget hotel.

The experience is very pathetic. They literally don't have any sense of hospitality or service. Talking about room, it was stinky, smelling badly. It had a queen size bed for which he charged whooping 2500 bucks. No towel, breakfast, water, or any other amenities were available. Even there was no remote for AC or TV. Hotel is on 2nd floor with no lift so be ready to pick your luggage. Overall worst experience with the hotel.

Rooms have a lot of cockroaches. Proceed at your own risk. Parking is available at 200₹ downstairs (can be negotiated)

The room was alright for the price. Staff is a bit lazy. Location is not the best. They definitely need to do something about the cockroaches there. But somehow for the price in mumbai. This wasn’t V Bad. But yes. You increase your budget a bit more and live more cleanly.

The kitchen and rooms was full of cockroaches. The room service was worst. The food served as per the menu card shown was bought from the roadside stall at nominal cost and charged exorbitantly.
