Terrible experience,3 rooms were booked for our family,The rooms stinks, the bathroom was disgusting, the toilet was not at all clean, the bed sheets and towel were stained, the rooms were full of mosquitoes,had to remind the staff continuously to clean the room and to change bedsheet as I hav a baby,drinking water was provided in glass wd no lid,food was charged double from the actual rate,(eg.we found out from the restaurant directly about the charges,full dal fry is Rs.45,and dz hotel ppl charged us Rs 230/- for the same). pathetic service dy provide. Will not recommend it to anyone.thanks

Overall I think it is not eligible for 3 star hotel. For 1 night ok. USA visa office nearest to hotel. People in the area like autorickshaw, hotel well behaved & sober. Not charged more than than expected.

Pathetic hotel. My room had cockroaches and bed flies. Didn't serve breakfast though I paid for it. The reception boy lacks basic manners. They don't have card payment for extras you take - only cash. Not good even for 1 night stay. Not suitable for business travellers. I won't stay in this hotel again, even for free.

This hotel is in good location and very close to Kurla Complex. Mainly we need to discuss some good thing which they provided me. Firstly the night time I call to kitchen and ordered a cup of tea the helper served tea with in 10 minutes of time. Really the taste makes me relaxed . After that I ordered early morning 2 omelets again they served with in few minutes .apart from that room boys are very friendly and helpful in terms of service oriented , anytime they will be help for your stay and office people are also good .. remaining nothing else to discuss ..I went to this hotel two time in between week .I feel very comfortable and fabulous experience I have . Definitely will try it.. I works perfectly..

One of the option's for stay if you are visiting mumbai for visa and you need a place to stay for a night. It is in a walkable distance from the consulate. It is expensive for what they have to offer, the hotel surrounding isn't Good, the hotel itself is okay. I think one can easily find other nearby hotel for about the same price or a better price.

It was a worst experience. The AC was not working properly.They did not respond properly. No politeness. We asked for another room but they just neglected. At night I got suffocated. There was an army of mosquitoes.overall it was the worst experience. I advise never to stay there.

The hotel is located around 900m from Kurla station. Mostly visited by people when they come for visa interviews. The deluxe rooms are too small. I had booked room for 3 people. There was no space in room after keeping the extra mattress. The tv doesnt work. Most of the items on their menu card weren’t available. Breakfast was very bad.

Booked hotel through oyo and upon confirmation of availability and payment, hotel has no rooms If oyo doesn't have control over the hotel, better don't partner with these people and dont take payment The owner straight away ignored the call from oyo and oyo says overlooking issue!!
